The present invention relates to a household thin paper storing container.
As a storing container of wet tissues that are household thin paper or the like, there has been conventionally known a storing container that biases a lid body toward the opening direction by a biasing member such as a plate spring while locking the lid body in a closed state by a predetermined locking member so that the lid body is opened with a single touch when the user operates a button provided on the locking member (for example, see patent document 1).
[Patent Document 1] JP 5280743 B
However, when the button of the storing container in the above patent document 1 is operated, the lid body biased by the biasing member is opened in one movement without decreasing the speed until the lid body is fully opened. Since the lid body shakes in reaction to the opening, there have been cases where the storing container is deviated from the installed position due to the rocking of the container itself caused by the shaking. When the storing container is deviated from the installed position and changes its direction, the household thin paper may not be easily taken out from the storing container.
An object of the present invention is to provide a household thin paper storing container that has a lid body which can be opened suitably.
In order to achieve the object, according to the invention recited in claim 1, there is provided a household thin paper storing container including:
a container body inside which household thin paper is stored and which has an opening to take out the household thin paper;
a lid body that is provided to be pivotable to the container body and makes the opening openable and closable;
and a biasing member that biases the lid body in a direction away from the container body, wherein
the container body and the lid body are connected to be pivotable via a container hinge on a container body side and a lid hinge on a lid body side, and
a brake is provided to one of the container hinge and the lid hinge, and a sliding contact that slidingly contacts the brake during pivoting of the lid body in the direction away from the container body is provided to the other of the container hinge and the lid hinge.
By the household thin paper storing container in such a configuration, for example, the slide contact on the opened lid body (lid hinge) side slidingly contacts the brake on the container body (container hinge) side to apply a frictional force to the pivoting lid body, so that the pivoting momentum of the lid body can be suppressed. Thus, the household thin paper storing container is not deviated from the installed position and does not change its direction in reaction to the opening of the lid body.
It is possible to suitably open the lid body of the household thin paper storing container that is placed at a desired position, and take out the household thin paper from the storing container and use the household thin paper.
According to the invention recited in claim 2, there is provided a household thin paper storing container according to claim 1, wherein a height of the brake gradually becomes high to an end point side from a start point side of sliding contacting of the sliding contact with the brake, in accordance with the pivoting of the lid body in the direction away from the container body.
According to the invention recited in claim 3, there is provided a household thin paper storing container according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a contact area between the sliding contact and the brake becomes large to an end point side from a start point side of sliding contacting of the sliding contact with the brake, in accordance with the pivoting of the lid body in the direction away from the container body.
According to the invention recited in claim 4, there is provided a household thin paper storing container according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a holder is provided, the holder holding, between the holder and the brake, the sliding contact that moves relative to the brake in accordance with the pivoting of the lid body in the direction away from the container body.
According to the invention recited in claim 5, there is provided a household thin paper storing container according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the biasing member is a plate spring made of a resin.
According to the invention recited in claim 6, there is provided a household thin paper storing container according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a protrusion protruding toward a front surface of the container body is provided in a nearly center in a width direction of a rear surface of the container body on which the container hinge is provided.
According to the present invention, there is provided a household thin paper storing container that has a lid body which can be opened suitably.
Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, an embodiment of the household thin paper storing container according to the present invention will be described in detail. Though the embodiment described below is provided with various technically preferable limitations to perform the present invention, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiment or illustrated examples.
In the following description, the front-rear direction, left-right direction, and up-down direction are defined as shown in
[Configuration of Embodiment]
{Entire Configuration}
For example, as shown in
[Container Body and Lid Body]
This household thin paper storing container 100 is a container in a housing form to store the household thin paper P, such as wet sheets and wet tissues, therein in a state in which the lid body 20 is closed to the container body 10.
The container body 10 and the lid body 20 are formed by shaping a resin such as PP (polypropylene), ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), PE (polyethylene), and a mixture of PP and PE by a general manufacturing method such as blow molding, and injection molding (cold runner, hot runner).
The household thin paper storing container 100 that is configured by including the container body 10 and the lid body 20 is formed to have a dimension of preferably 90 mm to 150 mm, more preferably 100 mm to 120 mm in the front-rear direction, preferably 100 mm to 200 mm, more preferably 140 mm to 160 mm in the left-right direction, and preferably 60 mm to 130 mm, more preferably 90 mm to 110 mm in the up-down direction. The thickness of each surface is preferably 0.5 mm to 3 mm, more preferably 1 mm to 2 mm.
This dimension and thickness achieve the strength having no problem in the actual use, and enable to suitably store the household thin paper P.
There are formed container hinges 11 near the opening 10c on the rear surface 10a of the container body 10, and a lid hinge 21 is formed on the rear surface side of the lid body 20.
In this storing container, the lid hinge 21 is sandwiched between a pair of the container hinges 11 and axially attached.
For example, an axis projection J (see
The lid body 20 is arranged to be pivotable with respect to the container body 10 via the pivoting part 50.
As shown in
The functions and the like of the brakes 51, sliding contacts 52 and the holders 53 in the pivoting part 50 will be described later.
(Biasing Member)
A biasing member 30 that is a plate spring made of a resin, for example, is arranged inside the storing container around the pivoting part 50.
To be specific, the biasing member 30 is arranged inside the household thin paper storing container 100 in such a manner that one end of the biasing member 30 is fixed to a spring fixing part 31 provided near the opening 10c inside the rear surface 10a of the container body 10 and the other end of the biasing member 30 is fixed to a spring fixing part 32 provided inside the lid body 20.
By the biasing member 30 biasing the lid body 20 in the direction away from the container body 10, the lid body 20 is pushed up to pivot around the pivoting part 50 (axis holes H, axis projection J (see
An engagement part 13 is formed near the opening 10c of the front surface 10b of the container body 10, and a locking part 23 is formed on the front surface side of the lid body 20.
When the front surface side of the lid body 20 contacts the front surface 10b of the container body 10, by the engagement part 13 being engaged with the locking part 23, the lid body 20 is held on the container body 10 side and the opening 10c is closed.
A nipping part 12 protruding forward is provided near the engagement part 13 on the front surface 10b of the container body 10, and an engagement release member 14 is provided to the nipping part 12, with the axis supported such that the arrangement of the engagement release member 14 is changeable.
When the engagement release member 14 and the nipping part 12 are nipped, one end 14a of the engagement release member 14 rocks in the direction approaching the nipping part 12. When the arrangement of the engagement release member 14 is changed so as to make the engagement release member 14 rock in such a way, the other end 14b of the engagement release member 14 pushes up push-up projections 24 of the lid body 20 to release the engagement between the locking part 23 and the engagement part 13.
That is, when the engagement between the locking part 23 and the engagement part 13 is released by nipping the engagement release member 14 and the nipping part 12 so as to make the engagement release member 14 rock, the lid body 20 is pushed up to be opened by the biasing force of the biasing member 30.
On the periphery 4 of the opening 10c of the container body 10, there is formed a groove 5 to fit the periphery 3 of the lid body 20 when the lid body 20 is closed with respect to the container body 10.
When the periphery 3 of the lid body 20 fits into the groove 5 on the periphery 4 of the container body 10, the outer surface of the periphery 3 is firmly fixed to the inner surface of the groove 5.
When the lid body 20 is closed to close the opening 10c of the container body 10 and the periphery 3 of the lid body 20 fits into the groove 5, it is possible to seal between the container body 10 and the lid body 20 by tightly fixing the inner surface of the groove 5 to the outer surface of the periphery 3 over the entire circumference of the opening 10c. Thus, it is possible to secure the tightly-closed state of the household thin paper storing container 100.
(Protrusion)
The protrusion 40 protruding toward the front surface 10b of the container body 10 is provided in the nearly center in the width direction of the rear surface 10a of the container body 10 in the household thin paper storing container 100.
This protrusion 40 has a shape having the width in the left-right direction increasing from the upper side of the container body 10 toward the bottom 10d, and the protrusion 40 in a front view of the rear surface 10a has a nearly trapezoid shape.
In other words, the protrusion 40 is formed in a manner of indenting the rear surface 10a of the container body 10 toward the front surface 10b in a nearly trapezoid shape. The concave space formed by indenting the rear surface 10a of the container body 10 is in a nearly quadrangular prism shape (nearly trapezoidal prism shape).
For example, this protrusion 40 is formed to have the size of preferably 2 mm to 20 mm, more preferably 3 mm to 10 mm in the front-rear direction, preferably 15 mm to 60 mm, more preferably 20 mm to 40 mm in the left-right direction, and preferably 30 mm to 90 mm, more preferably 60 mm to 75 mm in the up-down direction.
The width in the left-right direction of the protrusion 40 is formed to have the lower section on the bottom 10d side wider than the upper section, by preferably 20% to 60% and more preferably 30% to 50%.
In a case where multiple pieces of household thin paper P laminated in the front-rear direction are stored in the household thin paper storing container 100 (container body 10) provided with such protrusion 40, for example, as shown in
The bunch of pieces of the household thin paper P stored to lean against the protrusion 40 inside the container body 10 is stored with a gap between the rear surface 10a and the bunch of pieces of the household thin paper P.
In such a way, the household thin paper P stored to lean against the protrusion 40 inside the container body 10 is stored with a gap between the rear surface 10a and the household thin paper P. Thus, the end of the household thin paper P is easily grasped and easily taken out by using the gap.
[Pivoting Part (Brake, Sliding Contact, Holder)]
The functions and the like of the brakes 51, the sliding contacts 52 and the holders 53 in the pivoting part 50 of the household thin paper storing container 100 in the present embodiment will be described.
The pivoting part 50 is configured by including the container hinges 11 and the lid hinge 21.
As shown in
Each of the brakes 51 is a protruding piece that is provided to extend along the pivoting direction of the lid body 20. In a lateral view of the brake 51, the brake 51 has a nearly arc shape having different heights (thicknesses) on one end side and on the other end side as shown in FIGS. 6A to 6D.
To be specific, as shown in
The brake 51 formed on the surface of the container hinge 11 is preferably formed in the nearly arc shape with the central angle of 50 to 90 degrees, for example.
When the central angle of the brake 51 is within the above range, the sliding contact 52 slidingly contacts the brake 51 suitably, and it is possible to suitably suppress the pivoting momentum of the lid body 20.
On the other hand, when the brake 51 has the central angle less than 50 degrees, the region to be slidingly contacted by the sliding contact 52 is short, and it may be not possible to sufficiently suppress the pivoting momentum of the lid body 20.
The central angle of the brake 51 is determined within the above range since the brake 51 having the central angle of 90 degrees can suppress the pivoting momentum of the lid body 20 well and it is not necessary to further widen the region of the brake 51.
For example, the height on the one end side (start point side) of the brake 51 is preferably 0.05 mm to 0.15 mm from the surface of the container hinge 11, and the height on the other end side (end point side) of the brake 51 is preferably 0.2 mm to 1.0 mm from the surface of the container hinge 11.
When the height of the brake 51 is within the above range, the sliding contact 52 slidingly contacts the brake 51 suitably, and it is possible to suitably suppress the pivoting momentum of the lid body 20.
On the other hand, when the height of the brake 51 is below the above range, it may be not possible to sufficiently suppress the pivoting momentum of the lid body 20. When the height of the brake 51 exceeds the above range, the lid body 20 may stop pivoting without being completely opened.
When the engagement release member 14 and the nipping part 12 in the household thin paper storing container 100 are nipped to release the engagement between the locking part 23 and the engagement part 13, the lid body 20 pushed up by the biasing force of the biasing member 30 pivots in the direction away from the container body 10.
When the lid body 20 pivots in the direction away from the container body 10 in such a way, as shown in
The brake 51 that is slidingly contacted by each of the sliding contacts 52 is formed to be higher on the end point side than on the start point side of the sliding contact. Thus, in accordance with the pivoting of the sliding contact 52 toward the end point side of the brake 51, the sliding contact 52 and the brake 51 gets in pressure contact, the frictional force between the sliding contact 52 and the brake 51 gradually increases, and the brake suppressing the pivoting momentum of the lid body 20 is applied.
In such a way, the sliding contact 52 moving relative to the brake 51 slidingly contacts the brake 51, and it is possible to suppress the pivoting momentum of the lid body 20.
When the pivoting of sliding contact 52 proceeds furthermore, as shown in
At this time, since the pivoting momentum of the lid body 20 is braked and suppressed by the sliding contact 52 slidingly contacting the brake 51, the lid body 20 does not shake in reaction to opening of the lid body 20, and the container body 10 is not deviated from the installed position due to the rocking or the like.
In accordance with the pivoting of the lid body 20 in the direction away from the container body 10, the sliding contact 52 that moves relative to the brake 51 is held between holder 53 and the brake 51 as shown in
[Effects of Embodiment]
According to the household thin paper storing container 100 in the present embodiment, when the user nips the engagement release member 14 and the nipping part 12 to release the engagement between the locking part 23 and the engagement part 13, the lid body 20 is automatically flipped up by the biasing force of the biasing member 30, and thus it is easy to open the lid body 20 at the time of using the household thin paper.
Particularly, in the household thin paper storing container 100, the sliding contacts 52 on the opened lid body 20 side slidingly contact the brakes 51 on the container body 10 side to apply the frictional force to the pivoting lid body 20, and it is possible to apply the brake to suppress the pivoting momentum of the lid body 20. Thus, the lid body 20 and the container body 10 do not get shaky in reaction to the opening of the lid body 20, and the household thin paper storing container 100 is not deviated from the installed position and does not change the direction thereof.
Moreover, since the sliding contacts 52 on the lid body 20 side are respectively held between the brakes 51 and the holders 53 on the container body 10 side in a state in which the lid body 20 is open, it is possible to suitably maintain the opened lid body 20 in this posture.
Since such a household thin paper storing container 100 is not deviated from the installed position in reaction to the opening of the lid body 20, it is possible to suitably open the lid body 20 of the household thin paper storing container 100 that is placed at a desired position, and to take out the household thin paper P from the storing container 100 to use the household thin paper P.
[Modification Examples]
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.
For example, as shown in
As shown in
As shown in
By the household thin paper storing container 100 in such a configuration, it is possible to suitably suppress the pivoting momentum of the lid body 20 since the frictional force between the sliding contact 52 and the brake 51 gradually becomes larger in accordance with the pivoting of the sliding contact 52 toward the end point side of the brake 51.
Even in a case where the brake 51 has a nearly arc shape having the same height (thickness) on the one end side and on the other end side, by the configuration having the larger contact area between the sliding contact 52 and the brake 51 on the end point side than on the start point side of sliding contacting of the sliding contact 52 with the brake 51, it is possible to suppress the pivoting momentum of the lid body 20 since the frictional force between the sliding contact 52 and the brake 51 gradually becomes larger in accordance with the pivoting of the sliding contact 52 toward the end point side of the brake 51.
The width of the upper surface (sliding contact surface) of the brake 51 may be formed to gradually become wider to the end point side from the start point side of sliding contacting of the sliding contact 52 with the brake 51, in accordance with the pivoting of the lid body 20 in the direction away from the container body 10.
By the household thin paper storing container 100 having such brakes 51, it is possible to suitably suppress the pivoting momentum of the lid body 20 since the contact area between the sliding contact 52 and the brake 51 gradually becomes large and the frictional force between the sliding contact 52 and the brake 51 gradually becomes large in accordance with pivoting of the sliding contact 52 toward the end point side of the brake 51.
The above embodiment has been described by taking, as an example, a case for the configuration of the pivoting part 50 where the brakes 51 (and holders 53) are provided to the respective container hinges 11 of the container body 10, and the sliding contacts 52 are provided to the lid hinge 21 of the lid body 20. However, the present invention is not limited to this.
For example, the brakes 51 (and holders 53) may be provided to the lid hinge 21 of the lid body 20, and the sliding contacts 52 may be provided to the container hinges 11 of the container body 10.
Even by the pivoting part 50 configured in such a way, it is possible to suppress the pivoting momentum of the lid body 20 since the sliding contacts 52 that move relative to the brakes 51 slidingly contact the brakes 51 in accordance with the pivoting of the lid body 20 in the direction away from the container body 10.
Modifications can be appropriately made to the other specific detailed configurations and the like.
The present invention can be used as a household thin paper storing container that has a lid body which can be suitably opened due to the configuration described above.
