Claims
- 1. An isolated nucleic acid molecule that encodes a serine protease comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 2. The isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 1, wherein the nucleic acid molecule encodes a serine protease consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 3. The isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 2, wherein the nucleic acid molecule comprises the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO:1.
- 4. A vector, comprising the nucleic acid molecule of claim 1.
- 5. A vector, comprising the nucleic acid molecule of claim 3.
- 6. A recombinant host cell, comprising an expression vector, wherein the expression vector comprises:a nucleic acid molecule that encodes a serine protease comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2, a transcription promoter, and a transcription terminator, wherein the promoter is operably linked with the nucleic acid molecule, and the nucleic acid molecule is operably linked with the transcription terminator, wherein the host cell is selected from the group consisting of bacterium, yeast cell, fungal cell, insect cell, avian cell, mammalian cell, and plant cell.
- 7. The recombinant host cell of claim 6, wherein the host cell is a bacterium.
- 8. The recombinant host cell of claim 6, wherein the host cell is a yeast cell.
- 9. The recombinant host cell of claim 6, wherein the host cell is a fungal cell.
