Claims
- 1. An isolated polypeptide, comprising amino acid residues 41 to 353 of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 2. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1, wherein the polypeptide has an amino acid sequence consisting of amino acid residues 41 to 353 of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 3. The isolated polypeptide of claim 1, wherein the isolated polypeptide comprises amino acid residues 1 to 353 of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 4. The isolated polypeptide of claim 3, wherein the polypeptide has an amino acid sequence consisting of amino acid residues 1 to 353 of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 5. An isolated nucleic acid molecule that encodes a polypeptide comprising amino acid residues 41 to 353 of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 6. The isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 5, wherein the nucleic acid molecule comprises nucleotides 121 to 1059 of SEQ ID NO:1.
- 7. The isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 5, wherein the nucleic acid molecule encodes a polypeptide comprising amino acid residues 1 to 353 of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 8. The isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 7, comprising the nucleotide sequence of nucleotides 1 to 1059 of SEQ ID NO:1.
- 9. A vector, comprising the isolated nucleic acid molecule of any one of claims 5 or 7.
- 10. An expression vector, comprising the isolated nucleic acid molecule of claim 5, a transcription promoter, and a transcription terminator, wherein the promoter is operably linked with the nucleic acid molecule, and wherein the nucleic acid molecule is operably linked with the transcription terminator.
- 11. A recombinant host cell comprising the expression vector of claim 10, wherein the host cell is selected from the group consisting of bacterium, avian cell, yeast cell, fungal cell, insect cell, mammalian cell, and plant cell.
- 12. A method of producing a polypeptide that has an amino acid sequence comprising amino acid residues 41 to 353 of SEQ ID NO:2, the method comprising culturing recombinant host cells that comprise the expression vector of claim 10, and that produce the polypeptide.
- 13. The method of claim 12, further comprising isolating the polypeptide from the cultured recombinant host cells.
- 14. An antibody or antibody fragment that specifically binds with a polypeptide that has the amino acid sequence of amino acid residues 1 to 353 of SEQ ID NO:2.
- 15. A composition, comprising a carrier and the polypeptide of claim 1.
