Description
TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to a hybrid gel nail sticker, and more particularly, to a hybrid gel nail sticker characterized in that a portion that is attached to a nail is in a semi-cured state and an extended portion is in a cured state.

BACKGROUND ART

The modern nail beauty industry has rapidly grown along with the development of the service industry, and today, nail decoration has become a part of fashion and has been positioned as a necessary condition of daily lives. Nail decoration has become popular regardless of age and plays an important role in expressing oneself in pursuit of self-satisfaction or self-realization. As life becomes more diversified, individualized, and advanced, more and more people are creating their own individuality and beauty, and various nail materials and design techniques reflecting the tastes of modern young people who are always seeking new things are being studied. However, in the case of nail art in which manicure or the like is applied to nails, this work is very cumbersome and difficult, and a long time is required.

However, a conventional nail sticker has a hard material or is naturally cured quickly when adhered, and thus has problems of poor fitting and low aesthetics.

In order to address these problems, a gel nail sticker such as one disclosed in Korean Patent No. 10-1797203 has been provided. The gel nail sticker is based on a method of attaching a soft gel nail sticker onto a nail and then curing the soft gel nail sticker with UV.

However, although fitting of the aforementioned soft gel nail sticker is good, it is difficult to form an extended portion of the soft gel nail sticker in a uniform and aesthetic shape.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
Technical Problem

Provided is a hybrid gel nail sticker that has improved fitting and improved aesthetics, shortens a nail art time, and is easily cured, compared to conventional nail stickers and gel nail stickers.

Technical Solution

According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a hybrid gel nail sticker includes an adhesive layer which is a portion attached to a nail or a toenail and is adhesive, a release paper located below the adhesive layer, a design layer located over the adhesive layer, and a gel layer located over the design layer and formed of a curable transparent material. A soft gel layer is formed in an area of the gel layer attached to a nail or a toenail, and a hard gel layer is formed in an area of the gel layer and extending forward from the nail or toenail.

The hybrid gel nail sticker may further include lateral hard gel layers on left and right sides of the soft gel layer.

The adhesive layer may be formed below only the area where the soft gel layer is formed.

Advantageous Effects

A hybrid gel nail sticker according to the present disclosure forms a soft gel layer in an area of the hybrid gel nail sticker to which a nail or toenail is attached and forms a hard gel layer in an extended portion of the hybrid gel nail sticker, thereby providing a nail extension effect, unlike conventional gel nail stickers that only give a design effect on nails and do not extend nails.

The effects of the present disclosure are not limited to the above-mentioned effects, and other effects not mentioned will be clearly understood by a person skilled in the art from the following description.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a hybrid gel nail sticker according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the hybrid gel nail sticker according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and FIGS. 3 and 4 are views illustrating usage states of the hybrid gel nail sticker according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a hybrid gel nail sticker according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a hybrid gel nail sticker according to a third embodiment of the present disclosure.

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of a conventional gel nail sticker attached to a nail.

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the hybrid gel nail sticker according to a third embodiment of the present disclosure attached to a nail.

As shown in FIG. 4, when a hybrid gel nail sticker 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure uses an ultraviolet (UV) curable material, the hybrid gel nail sticker 1 may be attached to a nail 2 of a user and then cured by a UV lamp 3 for use.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the hybrid gel nail sticker 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a gel layer 10, a design layer 20, an adhesive layer 30, and a release paper 40.

The adhesive layer 30, which is a portion attached to a nail or a toenail, is adhesive.

The release paper 40, which is a portion located below the adhesive layer 30, protects the adhesive layer, and is released when being used, is a paper or a synthetic resin material that is frequently used in a sticker and detached when the sticker is attached, and is separated and removed to be used also in an embodiment.

The design layer 20, which is a portion located over the adhesive layer and expresses a color and a pattern, expresses a design on a synthetic resin material according to a printing method in an embodiment. However, a design layer may be formed by using a synthetic resin material having a color or coating or coloring ink on the synthetic resin material.

The gel layer 10 is a portion that is located over the design layer 20 and formed of a curable transparent material to provide a unique gloss effect and also protects the design layer and makes a user's nail visually shiny.

As shown in FIG. 3, in the gel layer 10, an area formed on a nail and an area extending from the nail are distinguished from each other as a soft gel layer in a semi-cured state and a hard gel layer in a cured state, respectively. A soft gel layer 11 that is curable using various methods such as UV, heat, solar light, and air contact and formed of a soft material is formed in an area attached to a nail or toenail. A hard gel layer 12 is formed in an area to which a nail or toenail is not attached and which extends from the nail or toenail. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the cured layer may be in a fully cured state, but may be in a cured state of about 60 to 70% of elasticity where its shape is fixed, and the soft gel layer may be in a semi-cured state where its shape is changeable.

In a conventional gel nail sticker, as shown in FIG. 7, a conventional gel layer 110, a conventional design layer 120, and a conventional adhesive layer 130 are arranged only on a nail 2, and a portion of the sticker deviating from the nail area should be cut to be used. This is because the conventional gel layer 110 is soft and thus hangs loose and accordingly is able to be attached to a nail but is unable to extend.

According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 8, a soft gel layer is attached to a nail in accordance with various shapes of nails, and a hard gel layer with a fixed shape is included on its front side, thereby providing an extension effect.

As shown in FIG. 5, lateral hard gel layers 13 may be further included on left and right sides of the soft gel layer so that a shape ranging from the soft gel layer to the hard gel layer forms a gentle curve. Thus, the entire shape of a gel nail sticker according to an embodiment attached to a nail becomes more aesthetic.

As shown in FIG. 6, the adhesive layer 30 may be formed below only an area where the soft gel layer is formed, and may not be formed below an area where the hard gel layer is formed, so that a lower surface portion of the extended hard gel layer is not sticky. In this case, in an embodiment where lateral hard gel layers are formed, the adhesive layer 30 may be formed also below the lateral hard gel layers.

Embodiments of the present disclosure disclosed in the present specification and drawings are merely presented as specific examples to easily explain the technical contents of the present disclosure and help the understanding of the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present disclosure. It will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art to which the present disclosure pertains those other modifications based on the technical spirit of the present disclosure can be implemented in addition to the disclosed embodiments.
