The present invention relates to an oven, and more specifically relates to a hybrid oven which can utilize both gas and electricity for heating.
Ovens currently available nowadays are usually mono-functional in that they are either electrical ovens or gas ovens. Gas ovens can be heated up quickly but the heating temperature cannot be effectively controlled. On the contrary, electrical ovens have a precise control over heating temperature, but they can only be heated up slowly and they also consume a large amount of energy. These two ways of heating cannot be effectively combined and sufficiently utilized according to the existing prior arts.
In view of the aforesaid disadvantages now present in the prior art, the present invention provides a hybrid oven. The present invention can achieve double and complementary heating effect by both electrical heating and gas heating, thereby enhancing heating effect and efficiency. Also, the hybrid oven of the present invention can still operate with the availability of either electricity or gas, if not both.
The present invention employs the following technical scheme:
A hybrid oven comprising an oven case; an upper cover is hinged on an upper part of the oven case; gas stove heaters are provided below the upper cover; a control panel is provided at an upper part of a front surface of the oven case; a lower part of the oven case is provided with an oven; a back panel inside the oven is provided with electrical heating elements; a bottom part inside the oven is provided with gas heating elements; the electrical heating elements and the gas heating elements are electrically connected to the control panel.
The back panel inside the oven is provided with a temperature control device.
The bottom part inside the oven is provided with another temperature control device.
An air passage is provided between the oven and the oven case; the air passage is in communication with the electrical heating elements and an outer environment exterior to the oven case; the electrical heating elements comprise a heating pipe, an even heat distribution fan disposed at a back side of the heating pipe, and a fan cover through which the heating pipe and the even heat distribution fan are fixed on the back panel.
The gas heating elements comprise a lower flame channels main gas pipe; the lower flame channels main gas pipe is provided with flame channels blocking panels on two sides; the lower flame channels main gas pipe is fixed to the bottom part of the oven via a flame channels bracket; a flame guiding tray, a cooking tray and a grid tray are mounted sequentially from bottom to top above the lower flame channels main gas pipe and the flame channels blocking panels.
The technical scheme of the present invention has the following advantages:
The electrical heating elements are mounted on the back panel at the back inside the oven; an even heat distribution fan is used for enhancing the heating effect of the heating pipe; gas heating elements are mounted on the bottom part inside the oven so that heating by the use of gas is achieved based on the principle that flame will burn upward; also, the oven is heated up by using temperature control at the bottom part and in the middle of the back of the oven at the same time; the characteristics of quick heating by gas and the characteristics of precise heating by electricity are fully utilized to quickly achieve the desired cooking temperature and lower the energy consumption and saving time and effort during cooking procedures.
Further, even under the availability of only one power source, meaning that either gas or electricity is available, but not both, the oven can still be used for cooking. In this case, the equipment is fully utilized by its capability of being powered by different power sources.
