Claims
- 1. A hydrophilized porous polyolefin membrane, wherein a polymer of a monomer containing at least one unsaturated polymerizable bond and having an HLB value of 2-20 is held on at least a part of the pore walls of a starting porous polyolefin membrane.
- 2. The hydrophilized porous polyolefin membrane as claimed in claim 1, wherein the HLB value of the monomer is 5-15.
- 3. The hydrophilized porous polyolefin membrane as claimed in claim 1, wherein the starting porous membrane is in the form of hollow fibers.
- 4. The hydrophilized porous polyolefin membrane as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polyolefin is a polymer composed principally of at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of ethylene, propylene, 4-methyl-1-pentene and 3-methyl-1-butene.
