- 12. An image processing method according to claim 10, whereinthe address correspondence table includes at least one address allocated for every error type, and, if it is discriminated in said discriminating step that the image processing has not been normally performed, an error type is determined and the error notification is sent to the at least one address allocated for the determined error type.
- 13. An image processing method according to claim 10, further comprising the step of generating a view image in a file format that may be viewed in the external apparatus, wherein the view image indicates output contents of the information received from the external apparatus.
- 14. An image processing method according to claim 13, further comprising the steps of:managing the view image generated in said generating step; and transmitting the view image managed in said managing step to the external apparatus via the Internet, in response to a request from the external apparatus.
- 15. An image processing method according to claim 14, further comprising the step of, if said analyzing step analyzes that the information received from the external apparatus indicates a pull print, in which print data is obtained from the external apparatus to perform a printing process, accessing the external apparatus, based on location information designated by the received information, and obtaining print data to be printed.
- 16. An image processing method according to claim 15, wherein,if said analyzing step analyzes that the received information indicates the pull print, the view image is generated in said generating step, and, if said analyzing step analyzes that the received information indicates a push print, in which print data is included, no view image is generated in said generating step.
- 17. An image processing method according to claim 10, wherein said method is performed in a facsimile apparatus.
- 18. An image processing method according to claim 10, whereinthe message is sent via e-mail, and the error notification is sent via e-mail.
