- 2. An apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said control means causes said image output means to execute image formation based on the first and second information.
- 3. An apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the first information is for managing a schedule including an order of output operations by said image output means and times required for the output operations in said image output means, and a delivery date of a product and customer information in accordance with the electronic ordering information to be used in back ordering management.
- 4. An apparatus according to claim 1, wherein said image output means comprises a plurality of recording heads for recording using recording agents having different color tones.
- 5. An apparatus according to claim 4, wherein each recording head comprises an ink-jet recording head arranged to discharge ink as a recording agent.
- 6. An image processing system comprising:image forming means comprising a recording element for forming an image corresponding to received image data to be recorded on a recording medium for forming a printed product by depositing a recording material on the recording medium; supplying means for supplying electronic order information of the printed product via a network, the electronic order information accompanied with first information used in management of ordering of the printed product produced by said image output means and second information including image data used to form the printed product and an output form of the image data; management means for registering the first information and the second information in a database by correlating the first information and the second information with each other and managing the first and second information; and control means for producing the printed product based on the first information and the second information corresponding to the first information in the database, wherein information extracted from the first information to specify a customer who ordered the printed product is formed on the recording medium.
- 7. An apparatus according to claim 6, wherein said image forming means comprises an ink-jet recording head for discharging ink as a recording agent.
- 8. An apparatus according to claim 7, wherein said ink-jet recording head comprises an element for generating heat energy for causing film boiling in the ink to cause discharge of the ink.
- 9. An apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the said image forming means forms the image on cloth as the recording medium.
- 10. An apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the first information includes data associated with ordering of the printed product.
- 11. An image processing method comprising the steps of:supplying electronic order information of a printed product via a network, the electronic order information accompanied with first information used in management of ordering of the printed product produced by image output means and second information including image data used to form the printed product and an output form of the image data; registering the first information and the second information in a database by correlating the first information and the second information with each other and managing the first and second information; and producing the printed product based on the first information and the second information corresponding to the first information in the database, wherein information extracted from the first information to specify a customer who ordered the printed product is formed on the recording medium.
- 12. A method according to claim 11, further comprising a managing step comprising the steps of:managing a schedule including an order of output operations and times required for the output operations in a plurality of image output apparatuses; and managing data including a delivery date of the printed product and customer information.
- 13. A method according to claim 11, further comprising the step of forming at least some of the first information together with an image corresponding to received image data.
- 14. A method according to claim 13, wherein said producing step is executed by using a recording head to form an image on the recording medium.
- 15. A method according to claim 14, wherein the image is formed with a plurality of recording heads supplying recording agents having different color tones.
- 16. A method according to claim 14, wherein the recording head comprises an ink-jet recording head which discharges ink as a recording agent.
- 17. A method according to claim 16, wherein the ink-jet recording head discharges the ink by utilizing heat energy, and comprises a heat energy converting element for generating the heat energy to be applied to the ink.
- 18. A method according to claim 17, wherein the ink-jet recording head discharges the ink from discharge openings as a result of a change in state of the ink caused by the heat energy applied from the heat energy converting element.
- 19. A method according to claim 11, wherein a woven textile is used as the recording medium.
- 20. A method according to claim 11, further comprising the step of fixing ink to the recording medium after recording.
- 21. A method according to claim 20, further comprising the step of washing the recorded recording medium after said step of fixing the ink.
- 22. A method according to claim 11, further comprising the step of performing a pre-treatment of adding a pre-treatment agent to the recording medium before recording.
- 23. An image processing method comprising the steps of:receiving electronic order information of a printed product via a network, the electronic order information accompanied with first information used in management of ordering of the printed product produced by image output means and second information including image data used to form the printed product and an output form of the image data; registering the first information and the second information in a database by correlating the first information and the second information with each other and managing the first and second information; and producing the printed product based on the first information and the second information corresponding to the first information in the database, wherein information extracted from the first information to specify a customer who ordered the printed product is formed on the recording medium.
