Abstract
Disclosed is an image processing apparatus comprising: an image obtaining member which obtains an original image and outputs original image data of the original image; a first merging member which merges unique additional image data to the original image data so as to form merged image data in a page basis, the unique additional image data being added page by page; a memory for storage which stores the original image data and/or the merged image data; a second merging member which merges the unique additional image data to the original image data which is stored in the memory for storage so as to form the merged image data in a page basis; a controller which operates the first merging member or the second merging member selectively; and a image forming member which forms an image based on the merged image data.

Claims
  • 1. An image processing apparatus comprising: an image obtaining member which obtains an original image and outputs original image data of the original image,a first merging member which merges unique additional image data to the original image data so as to form merged image data in a page basis, the unique additional image data being added page by page,a memory for storage which stores the original image data and/or the merged image data,a second merging member which merges the unique additional image data to the original image data which is stored in the memory for storage so as to form the merged image data in a page basis,a controller which operates the first merging member or the second merging member selectively, andan image forming member which forms an image based on the merged image data formed in the first merging member or the second merging member.
  • 2. The image processing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first merging member and the second merging member each comprises: an additional data forming member which forms the additional image data which is added to each page of the original image data, anda memory controller which sends and stores the original image data and the additional image data formed in the additional data forming member to the memory for storage, in which the additional data corresponds to each page of the original image data.
  • 3. The image processing apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: a setting member which enables to set a mode to print a test sheet as an output mode of the image forming member, wherein when a mode other than the mode to print a test sheet is selected on the setting member, the memory controller outputs the merged image data merged in the first merging member, andwherein when the mode to print a test sheet is selected on the setting member, the memory controller outputs the merged image data merged in the second merging member, and when the mode to print a test sheet ends, the memory controller sends and stores the merged image data merged in the second merging member to the memory for storage.
  • 4. An image processing apparatus comprising: an image obtaining member which obtains an original image and outputs original image data of the original image,a merging member which merges unique additional image data to the original image data so as to form merged image data in a page basis, the unique additional image data being added page by page,a memory which stores the original image data and-the merged image data,an image forming member which forms an image based on the merged image data formed in the merging member, anda controller which executes a first mode or a second mode selectively, in which the first mode is to form the merged image data in the merging member before the original image data is stored to the memory, to store the merged image data to the memory, to read the merged image data stored in the memory, and to form an image by the image forming member, and in which the second mode is to read the original image data from the memory after the original image data is once stored to the memory, to form the merged image data in the merging member, and to form an image by the image forming member.
  • 5. The image processing apparatus of claim 4, further comprising: a setting member which enables to select the first mode or the second mode as an output mode from the image forming member, wherein the controller executes one of the first mode and the second mode according to a selection on the setting member.
  • 6. The image processing apparatus of claim 4, wherein the second mode is a mode to print a test sheet.
  • 7. An image processing method comprising the steps of: obtaining an original image and so as to output original image data of the original image,merging unique additional image data to the original image data so as to form merged image data in a page basis, the unique additional image data being data to be added page by page,storing at least one of the original image data and the merged image data,forming an image based on the merged image data formed in the merging step, andexecuting a first mode or a second mode selectively, in which the first mode is to execute the storing step and the forming step after the merging step, and the second mode is to execute the merging step and the forming step after the storing step.
  • 8. The image processing method of claim 7, further comprising the step of: setting the first mode or the second mode by a selection, executed prior to the controlling step, wherein in the controlling step, one of the first mode or second mode is executed according to the selection in the setting step.
  • 9. The image processing method of claim 7, wherein the second mode is a mode to print a test sheet.
  • 10. A computer-readable program causing a computer to carry out the functions of: obtaining an original image and so as to output original image data of the original image,merging unique additional image data to the original image data so as to form merged image data in a page basis, the unique additional image data being data to be added page by page,storing at least one of the original image data and the merged image data,forming an image based on the merged image data formed in the merging function, andcontrolling to execute a first mode or a-second mode selectively, in which the first mode is to execute the storing function and the forming function after the merging function, and the second mode is to execute the merging function and the forming function after the storing function.
  • 11. The program of claim 10, wherein the computer further carry out the function of: setting the first mode or the second mode by a selection, executed prior to the controlling function, wherein in the controlling, one of the first mode or second mode is executed according to the selection in the setting function.
  • 12. The program of claim 10, wherein the second mode is a mode to print a test sheet.
