- c. a first contact pad adjacent said first ends of each of said movable contact arms and each of said movable contact arms coupled to said first surface of said printed circuit board at said movable contact arm second end;
- d. each of said fix contact arms having a first end and a second end; and
- e. a second contact pad adjacent said first ends of each of said fixed contact arms and each of said fixed contact arms coupled to said second surface of said printed circuit board at said fixed contact ann second end.
- 7. An in-line cord ground fault circuit interrupter as defined in claim 1, wherein there are two movable contacts and two fixed contacts.
- 8. An in-line cord ground fault circuit interrupter as defined in claim 1, wherein said armature comprises:

- b. two arms extending from said central plated in opposite directions along a common axis; and
- c. a pad of insulating material on each of said two arms and positioned in line with its associated ones of said movable and fixed contacts, whereby when said armature is positioned in said first position, each of said pads of insulting material on said arms engages its associated, movable contact arm and moves such movable contact arm and contacts into engagement with its associated fixed contact and holds said movable and fixed contacts in such position.
- 9. An in-line cord ground fault circuit interrupter as defined in claim 1, wherein said means for detecting a ground fault comprises at least one toroidal transformer through which conductors coupled to said supply line conductors pass.
- 10. An in-line cord ground fault circuit interrupter as defined in claim 9, wherein said means for detecting a ground fault comprises two toroidal transformers, one of which is a differential transformer through which conductors coupled to said supply line conductors pass.
