The present disclosure claims priority of Chinese patent application with the filing number 202320350993X filed on Feb. 23, 2023 with the Chinese Patent Office, and entitled “Inflatable Bed”, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in entirety.
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of inflatable beds, in particular to an inflatable bed.
Most of the existing inflatable mattresses are purely inflatable structures. In order to improve comfort and thermal insulation, the air-filled interior will be filled with sponge, thus the weight and volume increase, which cause inconvenience of storing and carrying.
The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide an inflatable bed to solve the technical problem that the inflatable bed is large in size and hard to store due to the overall filling of the sponge layer.
The present disclosure provides an inflatable bed, which includes an inflatable bed main body, wherein an air-filled chamber is arranged in the inflatable bed main body; and the air-filled chamber includes a first air-filled chamber and a second air-filled chamber arranged along the length direction of the inflatable bed main body;
In an optional embodiment, the inflatable bed main body includes a top wall, a side wall and a bottom wall; and the side wall is arranged between the top wall and the bottom wall, such that the top wall, the side wall and the bottom wall form an air-filled chamber.
In an optional embodiment, one end of the pulling rib is connected to the top wall, and the other end is connected to the bottom wall.
In an optional embodiment, the longitudinal section of the pulling rib is U-shaped, O-shaped or C-shaped.
In an optional embodiment, an air valve is provided on the side wall corresponding to the first air-filled chamber and/or on the side wall corresponding to the second air-filled chamber.
In an optional embodiment, the sponge layer is penetrated by a plurality of first through holes extending along the width direction of the inflatable bed main body.

The air-filled chamber of the inflatable bed main body of the inflatable bed provided by the present disclosure is divided into a first air-filled chamber and a second air-filled chamber. The sponge layer is filled in the first air-filled chamber, and the pulling ribs are provided in the second air-filled chamber. The part of the inflatable bed main body with the sponge layer has higher hardness than the part of the inflatable bed main body equipped with the pulling ribs, such that when people use the inflatable bed, the upper body lies on the part of inflatable bed where the sponge layer is provided, and the lower body lies on the part of the inflatable bed equipped with pulling ribs, which can meet the needs of use. At the same time, the usage amount of sponge is reduced, thereby reducing the volume of the product and improving the storage efficiency.

In some embodiments, the air-filled chamber in the inflatable bed main body 100 of the inflatable bed is divided into a first air-filled chamber and a second air-filled chamber; and the first air-filled chamber and the second air-filled chamber are arranged along the length direction of the inflatable main bed body 100.
A sponge layer 800 is arranged in the first air-filled chamber, and a plurality of pulling ribs 700 are arranged in the second air-filled chamber; and the first air-filled chamber communicates with the second air-filled chamber, and the air pump 200 in the second air-filled chamber can fill the entire inflatable chamber with gas.
The strength of the part of the inflatable bed main body 100 with the sponge layer 800 is greater than that of the part with the pulling ribs 700. When in use, the upper body of people lies on the part of inflatable bed with the sponge layer 800, and the lower body lies on the part of the inflatable bed with the pulling ribs 700. In this way, on the premise of ensuring comfort, the amount of sponge used in the inflatable bed is reduced, the weight of the product is lowered, and the volume of the product is decreased and the storage efficiency is improved.
In an optional embodiment, the inflatable bed main body 100 includes a top wall 400, a side wall 500 and a bottom wall 600, wherein the side wall 500 is arranged between the top wall 400 and the bottom wall 600, such that the top wall 400, the side wall 500 and the bottom wall 600 form an air-filled chamber.
In an optional embodiment, one end of the pulling rib 700 is connected to the top wall 400, and the other end is connected to the bottom wall 600.
In an optional embodiment, the longitudinal section of the pulling rib 700 is U-shaped, O-shaped or C-shaped.
The top wall 400 and the side wall 500 of the inflatable bed main body 100 are generally made of TPU composite elastic fabric, which is environmentally friendly and comfortable and has strong tension; and the bottom wall 600 is generally made of TPU casting fabric. The TPU casting fabric can be pongee, Oxford cloth and the like, which are waterproof, dirt-resistant, and not easy to wear, thereby being suitable for mobile use in most outdoor scenes.
The pulling rib 700 is generally made of TPU casting Oxford cloth, which is resistant to stretching and can improve support and strength, and at the same time, the stability of the inflatable bed is improved by the pulling rib 700.
The pulling ribs 700 can be C-shaped opened strips or O-shaped ring-shaped strips, wherein the upper and lower sides of the pulling rib 700 are press-welded with the top wall 400 and the bottom wall 600 of the inflatable bed, respectively, and the welding points can be points or lines.
The air pump 200 arranged in the second air-filled chamber is of an air bag structure that can be squeezed and inflated inwardly. An air valve 300 is provided on the air bag, which can be inflated by pressing down with feet, without the aid of inflating tool.
In an optional embodiment, the side wall 500 corresponding to the first air-filled chamber and/or the side wall 500 corresponding to the second air-filled chamber is provided with an air valve 300.
In some embodiments, one or more air valves 300 can be provided on the side wall 500 of the inflatable bed, wherein one air valve 300 communicated with the first air-filled chamber and one air valve 300 communicated with the second air-filled chamber can be provided. Generally, the air valves 300 are arranged at both ends of the inflatable bed main body 100 in the length direction, and the air valves 300 communicated with the first air-filled chamber are generally anti-backflow air valves 300.
When the inflatable bed is equipped with one air valve 300, the air in the air-filled chamber is discharged, when venting, by squeezing one end of the inflatable bed toward the other end, such that the volume is compressed to store; the air valve 300 can be arranged at the other end of the inflatable bed at the same time to improve exhaust efficiency. The inflatable bed can also be inflated through the air valve 300 by means of the air pump 200 tool.
In an optional embodiment, the sponge layer 800 is penetratingly provided with a plurality of first through holes 900 extending along the width direction of the inflatable bed main body 100.
In an optional embodiment, the section of the first through hole 900 is triangular.
In an optional embodiment, the sponge layer 800 is penetratingly provided with a plurality of second through holes 110 extending along the height direction of the inflatable bed main body 100.
In an optional embodiment, the section of the second through hole 110 is circular.
In an optional embodiment, the air pump 200 is a foot-operated air pump 200.
In order to reduce the mass of the sponge layer 800 while improving the inflation efficiency, the sponge layer 800 is provided with first through holes 900 or second through holes 110, wherein the shape of the first through hole 900 and the second through hole 110 can be geometric shape such as circular or square and so on, also can be irregular shape, so as to ensure the support to human body without affecting the comfort and reduce the weight of the sponge, thereby reducing the overall weight and being easy to carry.
The air-filled chamber of the inflatable bed main body 100 of the inflatable bed provided by the present disclosure is divided into a first air-filled chamber and a second air-filled chamber. The sponge layer 800 is filled in the first air-filled chamber, and the pulling ribs 700 are provided in the second air-filled chamber. The part of the inflatable bed main body 100 having the sponge layer 800 has higher hardness than the part of the inflatable bed main body 100 equipped with the pulling ribs 700; when people use the inflatable bed, the upper body lies on the part of inflatable bed where the sponge layer 800 is provided, and the lower body lies on the part of the inflatable bed equipped with pulling ribs 700, which can meet the needs of use. At the same time, the usage amount of sponge is reduced, thereby reducing the volume of the product and improving the storage efficiency.
