The disclosure relates to a sofa structure, and particularly to inflatable furniture.
Inflatable furniture is a kind of portable furniture, such as inflatable sofa and inflatable bed.
Taking the inflatable sofa as an example, the inflatable sofa comprises an air bag and an air pump, the air pump inflates the air bag to make the air bag expand into a sofa shape, which is convenient to use, and after being deflated, the air bag takes up a small space and is convenient to pack, store and transport.
However, existing inflatable furniture has a single shape, which is difficult to meet diversified use needs.
The disclosure aims to solve at least one of the technical problems in the prior art. Therefore, the disclosure provides inflatable furniture, which can have various shapes to meet diversified use needs.
According to an embodiment of the disclosure, inflatable furniture comprises an inflatable main body and a casing sheathed on the main body, wherein the main body comprises an inflator pump and a plurality of inflatable bags communicated with the inflator pump and configured for forming various parts of the inflatable furniture, one inflatable bag is provided with a mounting cavity for accommodating the inflator pump, at least one inflatable bag is provided with an exhaust valve, and the casing is provided with a first opening for operating the inflator pump, a second opening for operating the exhaust valve, a first curtain for covering the first opening, a second curtain for covering the second opening, a first hook and loop fastener for connecting the first curtain with the casing, and a second hook and loop fastener for connecting the second curtain with the casing.
In some embodiments, the inflatable bag is connected with an inflatable joint and an inflatable tube configured to be inserted into the inflatable joint, and the inflatable tube is connected with the inflator pump, or at least one inflatable tube is connected with another inflatable bag.
In some embodiments, the inflator pump is arranged on a rear side of the inflatable furniture, and the exhaust valve on the inflatable bag for accommodating the inflator pump and the inflator pump are horizontally arranged left and right.
In some embodiments, the exhaust valve located on the rear side of the inflatable furniture and the inflator pump share the first curtain.
In some embodiments, the inflator pump is arranged on a rear side of the inflatable furniture, the casing is provided with a third opening for accommodating the main body, and the third opening is located at a bottom portion of the inflator pump.
In some embodiments, the third opening extends left and right, and the third opening is closed through a zipper.
In some embodiments, the casing is provided with an armrest portion for forming an armrest, an outer side of the armrest portion is provided with a storage pocket, and a top portion of the storage pocket is provided with a handle.
In some embodiments, the plurality of inflatable bags comprise a main air bag for forming a seat and at least one auxiliary air bag for forming an armrest.
In some embodiments, the plurality of inflatable bags comprise a main air bag for forming a seat and at least one auxiliary air bag for forming a backrest.
In some embodiments, the main air bag is provided with the inflator pump.
The inflatable furniture according to embodiments of the disclosure at least has the following beneficial effects.
1. According to the disclosure, by arranging the inflator pump, the plurality of inflatable bags and the exhaust valve, one or more inflatable bags may be inflated, or one or more inflatable bags may be deflated as needed, so that the inflatable furniture shows different shapes to meet different needs such as sitting, leaning and lying, thus meeting diversified demands.
2. According to the disclosure, by arranging the mounting cavity, it is also convenient to hide the inflator pump without being placed or carried separately, thus being convenient to use, pack and store.
3. According to the disclosure, by arranging the first opening and the second opening, it is also convenient to operate the inflator pump and the exhaust valve from the outside, thus being convenient to use.
4. According to the disclosure, by arranging the first curtain and the second curtain, the inflator pump and the exhaust valve can be shielded, which can not only avoid accidental touch, but also reduce the intrusion of external dust, dirt and leaves.
5. According to the disclosure, by arranging the first hook and loop fastener and the second hook and loop fastener, the need of fixing the first curtain and the second curtain is met, and the use of hard objects is avoided, thus reducing the risk of damage to the inflatable furniture in a stored state.

In an embodiment, the inflatable furniture comprises a casing 1, and the casing 1 is used for contacting with a human body, and may be made of textile, leather or other materials to provide different comfort levels, thus meeting different price and use needs.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the casing 1 may have several detachable parts to form different shapes, depending on whether there is a backrest, whether there is an armrest, whether one or two armrests are provided, or the like, thus forming different inflatable sofas or inflatable beds.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the detachable parts of the casing 1 may be connected using various methods such as a hook and loop fastener, a buckle, a zipper and the like.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the casing 1 may be provided with redundant curtains at the detachable parts to close exposed parts after removal.
In an embodiment, the inflatable furniture further comprises an inflatable main body, and the main body comprises one or more inflatable bags. When the inflatable bag is inflated to expand, the inflatable bag occupies a space, so that the inflatable furniture has an appearance and a supporting strength similar to those of a conventional sofa, thus meeting use needs.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the inflatable bags may be connected through the hook and loop fastener, which is convenient to determine a mutual position relationship of the inflatable bags, thus forming the inflatable furniture in a needed shape.
In an embodiment, the inflatable furniture further comprises an inflator pump 5, the inflator pump 5 may be provided with a battery, the inflator pump 5 may also be connected with an external wire, so that the inflatable bag may be automatically inflated under the drive of electric power, thus saving manpower.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, one of the inflatable bags may be provided with a mounting cavity, and the inflator pump 5 is mounted in the mounting cavity, which avoids the inflator pump 5 from being exposed, and is convenient to hide the inflator pump 5, so that the inflator pump 5 can be carried with the inflatable furniture, thus being not easily lost.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the mounting cavity of one of the inflatable bags may be provided with a mounting shell, which is convenient to disassemble and assemble the inflator pump 5, and is convenient to perform charging and other operations.
In an embodiment, the one or more inflatable bags comprise at least one main air bag 2 for sitting.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the number of main air bags 2 may be increased, or a relatively large main air bag 2 is used, which is convenient for more people to sit and even convenient for people to lie down.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the main air bag 2 may be integrally provided with a backrest portion, which is convenient for people to lean.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, an auxiliary air bag 3 separately used for leaning may be provided, so that whether or not the auxiliary air bag 3 is used may be selected as needed.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, an auxiliary air bag 3 used for forming an armrest may be provided, so that the need of placing an arm is met.
In an embodiment, at least one inflatable bag is provided with an exhaust valve 6, so that a specific inflatable bag may be deflated, thus being convenient and quick.
In an embodiment, the exhaust valve 6 may be in a common blocking form, thus reducing the manufacturing cost.
In order to facilitate the use, in an embodiment, the casing 1 is provided with a first opening 7 for operating the inflator pump 5, a second opening 8 for operating the exhaust valve 6, a first curtain 9 for covering the first opening 7, a second curtain 10 for covering the second opening 8, a first hook and loop fastener for connecting the first curtain 9 with the casing 1, and a second hook and loop fastener for connecting the second curtain 10 with the casing 1.
To sum up, firstly, in the embodiments of the disclosure, by arranging the inflator pump 5, several inflatable bags and the exhaust valve 6, one or more inflatable bags may be inflated, or one or more inflatable bags may be deflated as needed, so that the inflatable furniture shows different shapes to meet different needs such as sitting, leaning and lying, thus meeting diversified demands.
Secondly, in the embodiments of the disclosure, by arranging the mounting cavity, it is also convenient to hide the inflator pump 5 without being placed or carried separately, thus being convenient to use, pack and store.
Furthermore, in the embodiments of the disclosure, by arranging the first opening 7 and the second opening 8, it is also convenient to operate the inflator pump 5 and the exhaust valve 6 from the outside, thus being convenient to use.
In addition, in the embodiments of the disclosure, by arranging the first curtain 9 and the second curtain 10, the inflator pump 5 and the exhaust valve 6 can be shielded, which can not only avoid accidental touch, but also reduce the intrusion of external dust, dirt and leaves.
Finally, in the embodiments of the disclosure, by arranging the first hook and loop fastener and the second hook and loop fastener, the need of fixing the first curtain 9 and the second curtain 10 is met, and the use of hard objects is avoided, thus reducing the risk of damage to the inflatable furniture in a stored state.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the inflator pump 5 has inflating and deflating functions to meet diversified needs.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the inflatable bag may be disassembled and assembled together with the detachable parts of the casing 1, which is convenient to use, and particularly reduces the difficulty of putting the whole main body into the casing 1.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the inflatable bag may be connected with an inflatable joint and an inflatable tube 4 configured to be inserted into the inflatable joint, and the inflatable tube 4 is connected with the inflator pump 5, or at least one inflatable tube 4 is connected with another inflatable bag.
It is easy to understand that, in the embodiment, by arranging the inflatable tube 4 and the inflatable joint, when the inflatable tube 4 is communicated with the inflator pump 5, a specific inflatable bag may be inflated conveniently in a targeted manner, and when the inflatable tube 4 is communicated with another inflatable bag, a length of the inflatable tube 4 can be shortened, and pipeline layout in the casing 1 can be simplified.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the inflator pump 5 may be arranged on a rear side of the inflatable furniture, and the exhaust valve 6 on the inflatable bag for accommodating the inflator pump 5 and the inflator pump 5 are horizontally arranged left and right.
It is easy to understand that, in the embodiments of the disclosure, by arranging the inflator pump 5 and the exhaust valve 6 on the rear side of the inflatable furniture, the inflator pump 5 and the exhaust valve 6 are not easily touched by mistake, thus avoiding an influence on use.
Meanwhile, in the embodiments of the disclosure, the inflator pump 5 and the exhaust valve 6 are arranged horizontally left and right, which is also in line with the habit of people operating equipment, thus being convenient for a user to be familiar with the method of using the inflatable furniture.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the exhaust valve 6 located on the rear side of the inflatable furniture and the inflator pump 5 may share the first curtain 9.
It is easy to understand that, in the embodiments of the disclosure, by combining the first curtain 9 and the second curtain 10 into one curtain, it is beneficial for reducing the number of parts, thus facilitating production and manufacturing.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the inflator pump 5 may be arranged on a rear side of the inflatable furniture, the casing 1 is provided with a third opening 11 for accommodating the main body, and the third opening 11 is located at a bottom portion of the inflator pump 5.
It is easy to understand that, in the embodiments of the disclosure, by arranging the third opening 11, not only the need of putting in the main body is met, but also the inflator pump 5 and the exhaust valve 6 can be close to the third opening 11, which is convenient to align them with the third opening 11, thus avoiding the main body from being put in reversely.
Meanwhile, the third opening 11 is located at a bottom portion of the inflatable furniture, which also avoids accidental removal by children.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the third opening 11 extends left and right, and the third opening 11 is closed through a zipper.
It is easy to understand that, in the embodiments of the disclosure, by extending the third opening 11 left and right, the third opening 11 can be enlarged conveniently, which is convenient to put in more inflatable bags.
Meanwhile, the closing through the zipper may adapt to the situation that the third opening 11 is long, which avoids the inflatable bag from being exposed.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, the casing 1 may be provided with an armrest portion for forming an armrest, and an outer side of the armrest portion is provided with a storage pocket 12.
It is easy to understand that, in the embodiments of the disclosure, by arranging the storage pocket 12, it is also convenient to store a charging cable, a mobile phone and other articles, thus avoiding loss.
In some embodiments of the disclosure, a top portion of the storage pocket 12 may be provided with a handle 13, so that it is convenient to move the inflatable furniture, and convenient to sew the handle 13 and the storage pocket 12 together, thus improving the manufacturing efficiency.
