Abstract
A packaging for all kinds of objects with an at least partially flexible cover, which at least partially surrounds the object to be packaged, wherein the flexible cover at least partially limits or encloses one or more gas chambers, which are filled with a gaseous medium and preferably may be emptied such that they are refillable, wherein the gas chamber(s), define a packaging space in which the object to be packaged may be accommodated, wherein an outer cover made from a rigid or from an inherently flexible material is provided, which is dimensionally stable under stress in the inflated state, such that compressive forces may be accommodated via the outer cover, wherein the packaging space is largely retained in the empty state under compressive load. The invention further concerns a method for packaging objects with a packaging of this kind as well as a method for manufacturing such packaging.
Description

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

Further advantages, characteristics and features of the present invention are apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment using the enclosed drawing. FIG. 1 illustrates in purely schematic form a three-dimensional view of a packaging in accordance with the invention.

Claims
  • 1. Packaging for all kinds of objects comprising: an at least partially flexible cover, which is configured to at least partially surround the object to be packaged, the flexible cover at least partially limiting or enveloping at least one gas chamber, which is filled with a gaseous medium wherein the gas chamber defines a packaging space in which the object to be packaged may be accommodated;an outer cover; anda packaging space limitation, wherein the outer cover is formed from a flexible material, which is dimensionally stable under stress in an inflated state, such that compressive forces may be accommodated via the outer cover, wherein the packaging space is formed in the shape of a cavity, which is additionally largely retained in an empty state under compressive force, and the packaging space limitation assumes a contour which is complementary to the object to be packaged and so accommodates the object by means of positive locking and/or is deformable such that the flexible cover at the packaging space side makes contact with the object to be packaged and holds it in position.
  • 2. The packaging in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the packaging is disposable.
  • 3. The packaging in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the packaging space has an opening for inserting the object to be packaged, said opening capable of being closed by the surrounding gas chamber in the inflated state and/or by closures.
  • 4. Packaging in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the gas chamber forms a self-supporting structure around the packaging space.
  • 5. Packaging in accordance with claim 1, wherein: closures are provided for closing the packaging space.
  • 6. Packaging in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the outer contour of the packaging at least in the inflated state is of a different shape from the packaging space.
  • 7. Packaging in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the outer contour has flat areas.
  • 8. Packaging in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the packaging is a two-part construction comprising the outer cover and the packaging space limitation.
  • 9. Packaging in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the packaging is formed from plastic.
  • 10. Packaging in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the packaging has cooling and/or heating agent chambers into which cooling and/or heating agents may be filled.
  • 11. Packaging in accordance with claim 1, further including: cooling and/or heating devices for heating and/or cooling the object.
  • 12. Packaging in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the packaging is configured to surround the object to be packaged.
  • 13. Packaging in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the packaging space is quadratic, cubic, spherical, cylindrical or slit-like.
  • 14. A method for packaging objects of all kind comprising: providing of a packaging in accordance with claim 1;inserting the object to be packaged into the packaging space; andfilling the has chamber with a gaseous medium.
  • 15. Method in accordance with claim 14, further including: closing the packaging space.
  • 16. A method for producing the packaging in accordance with claim 1, wherein: the outer cover and/or packaging space limitation or parts thereof are produced in a corresponding form.
