Claims
- 1. A method of operating an information processing system having a plurality of systems comprising the steps of:
- a) assigning a function to each of said plurality of systems;
- b) each of said plurality of systems performing a function and forming a result;
- c) each of said plurality of systems evaluating its own processing result and the processing results of each of the other said plurality of systems;
- d) selecting a unifying system from any one of said plurality of systems based on an information system processing event and on an operational state of said plurality of systems;
- e) said unifying system setting goals for itself and each of the other said plurality of systems and collecting the processing results of each system and evaluating the processing results; and
- f) said unifying system acquiring knowledge of information about the other systems through the communication with the other systems, and said selected unifying system setting a goal for each system considering said acquired information about the other system.
- 2. A method of operating an information processing system having a plurality of systems, each having a function, some of said systems having an evaluation mechanism which can evaluate the processing results in the other systems as well as its own processing result, and a goal setting mechanism which can set goals for the other systems as well as for itself comprising the steps of:
- (a) selecting a unifying system from said some of said systems based on a predetermined rule;
- (b) said selected unifying system setting goals for itself and each of the other said plurality of systems;
- (c) said selected unifying system collecting the processing results of said each systems and evaluating the processing results; and
- (d) said unifying system acquiring knowledge of information about the other systems through the communication with the other systems, and said selected unifying system setting a goal for each system considering said acquired information about the other system.
