Claims
- 1. An information signal recording apparatus for recording an information signal including a composite video signal on an information recording disc, said information recording disc comprising a recording surface and a guide track formed on said recording surface at a position different from a track position of the information signal which is to be recorded, said guide track comprising a spiral guide track or concentric guide tracks, said guide track being pre-recorded with a control signal in recording portions thereof, said information signal recording apparatus comprising:
- a motor for rotating said information recording disc;
- recording means for recording the information signal on said information recording disc while reproducing said control signal from said information recording disc; and
- control means responsive to a synchronizing signal within the information signal and a reproduced control signal reproduced from said guide track of said information recording disc for controlling a rotation of said motor so that said recording means records the information signal on an information signal recording track located in a region between two mutually adjacent track turns of said guide track by positioning each of said recording portions within a vertical blanking period of the composite video signal.
- 2. An information signal recording apparatus as claimed in claim 1 in which said control means comprises a separating circuit for separating a composite synchronizing signal from the composite video signal of the information signal which is to be recorded, a pulse generating circuit responsive to the separated composite synchronizing signal for generating a first pulse signal which undergoes a transition within one predetermined horizontal scanning period, and a phase comparator for comparing a phase of said first pulse signal and a phase of a signal which is synchronized to edges of the reproduced control signal and for producing a phase error signal which controls said motor.
- 3. An information signal recording apparatus as claimed in claim 2 in which said control means further comprises a circuit for supplying to said phase comparator a second pulse signal which undergoes a transition responsive to edges of the reproduced control signal which is reproduced first during one revolution period of said information recording disc.
- 4. An information signal recording apparatus as claimed in claim 2 in which said pulse generating circuit comprises a circuit for discriminating whether the separated composite synchronizing signal is of an odd field or an even field and for generating a second pulse signal which undergoes a first transition at the odd field and a second transition at the even field, and a circuit for delaying said second pulse signal so as to generate said first pulse signal which undergoes a transition within said one predetermined horizontal scanning period.
- 5. An information signal recording apparatus as claimed in claim 1 in which said recording means records an information signal which has a frequency band different from a frequency band of said control signal.
- 6. An information signal recording apparatus as claimed in claim 1 in which a first track turn out of said two mutually track turns of said guide track comprises a first recording portion in which said control signal is pre-recorded and a second track turn out of said two mutually adjacent tracks turns of said guide track comprises a second recording portion in which said control signal is pre-recorded, said first track turn being scanned before in time as compared to said second track turn, said control means controlling said motor so that said recording means records a color burst signal of the composite video signal approximately at a center of an interval between a terminal position of said first recording portion and a starting position of said second recording portion.
