Application scenarios of the present disclosure are described below.
Generally, there are multiple terminals 10, and one or more terminals 10 may be distributed in a cell managed by one network device 20. The terminal 10 may include various devices having wireless communication functions, such as handheld devices, vehicle-mounted devices, wearable devices, computing devices or other processing devices connected to a wireless modem, as well as various forms of user equipment (UE), and mobile station (MS). For convenience of description, in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the above-mentioned devices are collectively referred to as terminals.
The network device 20 is a device deployed in the access network to provide the terminal 10 with a wireless communication function. For the convenience of description, in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the above-mentioned devices that provide the wireless communication function for the terminal 10 are collectively referred to as network devices. A connection may be established between the network device 20 and the terminal 10 through radio, so as to realize the communication (including signaling and data interaction) through the connection. The number of network devices 20 may be more than one, and the communication between two adjacent network devices 20 may be performed in a wired or wireless manner. The terminal 10 may switch to different network devices 20, that is, establish connections with different network devices 20.
The network device 20 may include macro base stations, micro base stations, relay stations, and access points in various forms. In systems using different radio access technologies, the names of devices having network device functions may be different, for example, in the 5G NR system, they are called gNodeB or gNB. The term “network device” may change as the communication technology evolves.
The network device 20 includes at least one access network device 30 through which the terminal 10 is provided with the communication function. That is, the network device 20 expands the coverage by configuring the access network device 30 so that more terminals 10 are connected to the network device 20.

In block 201, the terminal sends channel state information to a network device, where the channel state information indicates phase information and/or amplitude information of at least two access network devices.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the network device configures at least one access network device to provide service(s) for the terminal. Each access network device has a corresponding phase and amplitude, and the terminal may indicate the phase information and/or amplitude information of at least two access network devices by sending channel state information.
The terminal will perform measurements based on channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) and/or synchronization signal and PBCH block (SSB) sent by the network device, to obtain the channel state information measured according to at least one resource. The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for reporting information. The terminal reports the channel state information to the network device, so as to indicate the phase information and/or amplitude information of each access network device in the at least two access network devices, thereby ensuring that the network device determines the phase and/or amplitude of each access network device, which not only improves the transmission performance, but also saves the signaling overhead.
Optionally, on the basis of the embodiments shown in
In some embodiments, the phase information includes a first-type phase coefficient and a second-type phase coefficient, where the first-type phase coefficient indicates a phase coefficient corresponding to each of the at least two access network devices, and the second-type phase coefficient indicates a phase coefficient corresponding to each element in each access network device, and the first-type phase coefficient and the second-type phase coefficient are used to determine the phase of each element in each access network device.
In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the first-type phase coefficient is indicated in a dimension of the access network device, that is, the phase coefficient corresponding to each access network device. It can also be understood that the first-type phase coefficient is a phase coefficient shared by all elements of the access network device. The second-type phase coefficient is indicated in a dimension of an element of the access network device, that is, the phase coefficient corresponding to each element, and it can also be understood that the second-type phase coefficient is a phase coefficient corresponding to each element individually.
The phase corresponding to each element in the access network device is indicated by the first-type phase coefficient and the second-type phase coefficient included in the phase information.
In some embodiments, a product of the first-type phase coefficient and the second-type phase coefficient is a phase corresponding to each element in the access network device.
The first-type phase coefficient indicates the phase coefficient shared by the elements in each access network device, and the second-type phase coefficient indicates the phase coefficient corresponding to each element individually. In order to determine the phase of each element in the access network device, the product of the first-type phase coefficient and the second-type phase coefficient is determined as the phase corresponding to each element in the access network device.
In some other embodiments, a sum of the first-type phase coefficient and the second-type phase coefficient is a phase corresponding to each element in the access network device.
The first-type phase coefficient indicates the phase coefficient shared by the elements in each access network device, and the second-type phase coefficient indicates the phase coefficient corresponding to each element individually. In order to determine the phase of each element in the access network device, the sum of the first-type phase coefficient and the second-type phase coefficient is determined as the phase corresponding to each element in the access network device.
In some embodiments, the element includes at least one of the following or a combination of more than one of the following: (1) an antenna port; (2) a beam; (3) a wideband; (4) a subband; (5) a frequency domain unit; or (6) a time domain unit.
It should be noted that, the embodiments of the present disclosure are described with an example of the second-type phase coefficient. In another embodiment, the second-type phase coefficient is divided according to elements.
Optionally, an interval between second-type phase coefficients corresponding to two adjacent elements in each of the at least two access network devices is a first interval, and/or an interval between second-type phase coefficients corresponding to two adjacent elements of two adjacent access network devices is the first interval.

When the bandwidth is 24-72 physical resource blocks (PRBs), a size of the subband is 4 or 8 PRBs. When the bandwidth is 73-144 PRBs, a size of the subband is 8 or 16 PRBs. When the bandwidth is 145-275 PRBs, a size of the subband is 16 or 32 PRBs.
