Claims
- 1. Injection nozzle for mixing heads of reaction molding machines, comprising:
an adjustment unit disposed in a housing and operatively connected to a nozzle needle for moving the nozzle needle to set operational points; said adjustment unit is movable between first and second stops and includes a control sleeve defining a pressure chamber for carrying a pressure medium and a control piston for slidably moving within the pressure chamber; said control sleeve is movable to the first stop and said control piston is movable to the second stop.
- 2. Injection nozzle according to claim 1, wherein the first stop for the control sleeve is configured for slidably moving parallel to the nozzle needle and the second stop for the control piston is disposed in the first stop for the control sleeve and configured for sliding and positioning.
- 3. Injection nozzle according to claim 2, wherein the second stop is a set screw, which is secured with a counter nut and guided within the first stop.
- 4. Injection nozzle according to claim 2, wherein the first stop for the control sleeve is configured as a hollow cylindrical set screw having an outer and inner thread.
- 5. Injection nozzle according to claim 1, wherein the first stop for the adjustment unit is disposed co-axially relative to the nozzle needle.
