Claims
- 1. An injection valve having a housing, having a nozzle body and having a clamping nut which is connected to the housing and rests with a first bearing surface on a second bearing surface of the nozzle body, the clamping nut clamping the nozzle body against the housing, wherein the first or the second bearing surface has a curvature in the direction of the second or first bearing surface, and in that the first and the second bearing surfaces bear against each other in the region of the curvature, wherein the first bearing surface is designed as a convex surface, and the second bearing surface is designed as a concave partially spherical surface.
- 2. The injection valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the convex surface has, in cross section, an angle larger than 20° and smaller than 70° with respect to the central axis of the injection valve.
- 3. The injection valve of claim 1, wherein the curvature has a radius in the range of from 20 to 60 mm in the plane of the central axis of the injection valve.
- 4. The injection valve of claim 1, wherein the curvature has a radius in the range of from 2 to 20 mm in the plane of the central axis of the injection valve.
- 5. The injection valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first and the second bearing surfaces bear against each other in the region of the curvature with a prestressing force.
- 6. The injection valve as claimed in claim 5, further comprising the nozzle body including a pressure chamber which is arranged in the region of the curvature such that the prestressing force passes through the pressure chamber.
- 7. An injection valve having a housing, having a nozzle body and having a clamping nut, the clamping nut having a first bearing surface and the nozzle body having a second bearing surface, the clamping nut being connected to the housing and the clamping nut transmitting a prestressing force from the first to the second bearing surface in order to clamp the nozzle body against the housing, wherein a transmission element is arranged between the first and the second bearing surfaces, said transmission element transmits the force between the first and the second bearing surfaces.8.The injection valve of claim 7 wherein the clamping nut has a ring part which merges into a sleeve part, the sleeve part being arranged parallel to the longitudinal axis of the injection valve and extending as far as the housing, in that the first bearing surface is arranged on the ring part, and in that the transmission element is spaced apart from the sleeve part by means of a gap.
- 9. The injection valve of claim 7 wherein the transmission element has a third and fourth bearing surface, said third bearing surface assigned to the first bearing surface, and the first and third bearing surfaces constitute a first surface pairing, in that the fourth bearing surface is assigned to the second bearing surface, and the second and fourth bearing surfaces constitute a second surface pairing, in that the first and the second surface pairings are at an angle to each other which is smaller than 90°.
- 10. The injection valve of claim 9 wherein the first surface pairing is arranged essentially perpendicular to the central axis, and in that the second surface pairing is arranged at an angle of between 10 and 70°.
- 11. The injection valve of claim 7 wherein the transmission element is designed in the form of a ring.
- 12. The injection valve of claim 7 wherein the nozzle body has a pressure chamber which is arranged in the region of the transmission element.
- 13. The injection valve as claimed in claim 12 further comprising a bearing region in which the prestressing force is directed towards the center of the pressure chamber.
