Claims
- 1. A method of killing insects selected from the insect orders of Diptera, Orthoptera, Hemiptera, Homoptera, Coleoptera and Lepidoptera selected from the group consisting of Cabbage Looper and Beet Armyworm comprising applying to the habitat thereof an insecticidally effective amount of a compound of the formula ##STR7##wherein R is a lower alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms and R.sub.1 is selected from the group of lower alkyl and lower alkoxy having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms.
- 2. A method of claim 1 wherein R is methyl and R.sub.1 is methoxy.
- 3. A method of claim 1 wherein R is ethyl and R.sub.1 is ethoxy.
- 4. A method of claim 1 wherein R is ethyl and R.sub.1 is ethyl.
