Claims
- 1. An insertion and withdrawal connector apparatus comprising a connector receiving body which has a pair of parallel frames, a pair of frame blocks positioned at both end portions, and a plurality of partition members, and which is constituted in such a manner that one connector and one mating connector are received in each of a plurality of receiving chambers partitioned by said frames, said frame blocks, and said partition members, characterized in that:
each of said partition members has a lance with a spring characteristic; each of said connectors has an interlocking groove portion; and each of said connectors is prevented from moving in a withdrawal direction by the fact that each of said lance interlocks with said interlocking groove portion in the midway that each of said connectors is inserted into each of said receiving chambers.
- 2. An insertion and withdrawal connector apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of said partition members has said lance on both side surfaces, and each of said connectors has said interlocking groove portion on both side surfaces.
- 3. An insertion and withdrawal connector apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a convex portion formed on the side surface of each of said connectors is brought into contact with an end surface of each of said partition members whereby each of said connectors is prevented from moving in an insertion direction beyond an engagement position between each of said connectors and each of said mating connectors.
- 4. An insertion and withdrawal connector apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said pair of frames have frame plate portions facing each other in parallel and a guide portion formed in a direction perpendicular to an insertion and withdrawal direction of each of said connectors at both end sides of each of said frame plate portions, each of said connectors has a pair of projections facing to each of said frame plate portions, each of said frame plate portions has a projection moving window adapted such that each of said projections can project over each of said frame plate portions in such a manner as to move in said insertion and withdrawal direction under a state that each of said connectors is received in each of said receiving chambers, and said apparatus has a slider for engaging and separating each of said connectors with and from each of said mating connectors by being guided by each of said guide portions in a direction perpendicular to said insertion and withdrawal direction so as to move each of said projections.
- 5. An insertion and withdrawal connector apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein said slider has a pair of slider plate portion guided by each of said guide portions, each of said slider plate portions has a sliding groove portion for sliding each of said projections, and each of said sliding groove portions has a straight groove portion extending in a front end direction of each of said slider plate portions and sliding each of said projections, an inclined groove portion inclined with respect to each of said straight groove portions near the front end of each of said slider plate portions, and an insertion groove portion for each of said projections extending from each of said inclined groove portions to the front end of each of said slider plate portions.
- 6. An insertion and withdrawal connector apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein each of said mating connectors has a pair of projections facing each of said frame plate portions, and each of said frame plate portions has a projection window adapted such that each of said protections in each of said mating connectors can project over each of said frame plate portions so as to move in said insertion and withdrawal direction under a state that each of said mating connectors is received in each of said receiving chambers.
- 7. An insertion and withdrawal connector apparatus comprising:
a plurality of connectors each having substantially cylindrical first and second projections; a first frame holding each of said connectors in such a manner as to be movable in a first direction, extending along said first direction and having each of first holding grooves movably receiving each of said first projections; a second frame holding each of said connectors in such a manner as to be movable in said first direction, extending along said first direction and having each of second holding grooves movably receiving each of said second projections; a first slider provided in said first frame in such a manner as to be movable in a second direction, and having a first cam groove receiving each of said first projections and being brought into contact with each of said first projections so as to move each of said first projections in said first direction; and a second slider provided in said second frame in such a manner as to be movable in said second direction, and having a second cam groove receiving each of said second projections and being brought into contact with each of said second projections so as to move each of said second projections in said first direction; characterized in that:
a diameter of each of said first projections and a diameter of each of said second projections are equal; each of said first projections has a recess portion; at least a part of each of said recess portion is inserted into each of said first holding grooves and a width of each of said recess portions in a widthwise direction of each of said first holding grooves is set to be smaller than said diameter of each or said second projections; a width of each of said first holding grooves corresponds to said width of each of said recess portions in said widthwise direction of each of said first holding grooves; and a width of said first cam groove and a width of said second cam groove are equal.
- 8. An insertion and withdrawal connector apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein each of said recess portions is formed in both sides of each of said first projections in said widthwise direction of each of said first holding grooves.
- 9. An insertion and withdrawal connector apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein each of said recess portions is formed on a part of a surface of a root portion of each of said first projections in said widthwise direction of each of said first holding grooves.
- 10. An insertion and withdrawal connector apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein each of said recess portions is formed on all the periphery of a surface of a root portion in each of said first projections.
- 11. A structure for remote-controlling engagement and separation of an insertion and withdrawal connector apparatus comprising:
a drive shaft; a first bevel gear fixed to said drive shaft; a second bevel gear meshed with said first bevel gear; a screw shaft to which said second bevel gear is fixed; a nut fitted to said screw shaft; a pair of slide plates fixed to said nut; a pair of guide plates guiding said pair of slide plates; and a pair of sliders fixed to said pair of slide plates and engaging and separating a plurality of connectors with and from a plurality of mating connectors.
- 12. A structure for remote-controlling engagement and separation of an insertion and withdrawal connector apparatus as claimed in claim 11, wherein said pair of guide plates are constituted integrally with a gear box in which said first bevel gear and said second bevel gear are received.
- 13. A connection frame block structure comprising:
a first connection frame block in which two guide pipes and two fixing screw through holes coaxial with said two guide pipes are provided; a second connecting frame block in which two guide holes and two fixing screw holes coaxial with said two guide holes are provided; and two fixing screws; characterized in that:
said two fixing screws are respectively inserted into said two guide pipes, said two fixing screw through holes and said two guide holes so as to be fastened to said two fixing screw holes.
- 14. A connection frame block structure as claimed in claim 13, wherein a beveling is provided in each of front ends of said two guide pipes, and a beveling is provided at a corner of a connection starting surface between said second connection frame block and each of front ends of said two guide pipes.
