Claims
- 1. An oil-filled electric power supply cable comprising a conductor, and a plurality of insulating layers, at least one of said insulating layers consisting of an insulating polyolefin laminated paper comprising first and second fiber paper layers having an impermeability of 20 to 4000 Gurley-seconds and a polyolefin film layer to which said first and second fiber paper layers are laminated, at least one of said fiber paper layers being mechanically deformed prior to lamination in such a manner that irregularities whose depth is 2 to 50% of the thickness of said fiber paper layer are formed thereon, and a water content of said fiber paper layers being controlled to 4% or less immediately before laminating to said polyolefin film layer, said fiber paper layers having a thickness of at least 30 microns.
- 2. An oil-filled electric power supply cable as claimed in claim 1, in which synthetic insulating oil such as dodecyl benzene (DDB) is impregnated in said polyolefin film.
- 3. An oil-filled electric power supply cable as claimed in any one of claims 1, or 2, further comprising a second insulating polyolefin laminated paper, comprising first and second fiber paper layers each having flat surfaces without being subjected to surface irregularities, said first and second insulating polyolefin laminated paper layers being arranged in alternating manner.
- 4. An oil-filled electric power supply cable as claimed in any one of claims 1, or 2, further comprising a second insulating polyolefin laminated paper, comprising first and second fiber paper layers each having flat surfaces without being subjected to surface irregularities, said insulating layer being arranged in such a manner that two or three layers of said second insulating polyolefin laminated paper are interposed between layers of said first insulating polyolefin laminated paper.
- 5. An oil-filled electric power supply cable as claimed in any one of claims 1, or 2, in which said cable is heat-conditioned by heating for 24 to 48 hours at a highest expected operation temperature.
- 6. An oil-filled electric power supply cable as claimed in claim 3, in which said cable is heat-conditioned by heating for 24 to 48 hours at a highest expected operation temperature.
- 7. An oil-filled electric power supply cable as claimed in claim 4, in which said cable is heat-conditioned by heating for 24 to 48 hours at a highest expected operation temperature.
