The present invention relates to a wide-mouth bottle sealing cap, and more particularly to an integrated wide-mouth bottle cap with a disposable and breakable inner plug.
For example, the Chinese patent publication no. CN204916566U “wide-mouth bottle” discloses a wide-mouth bottle comprising a bottle, a cap and an inner plug, wherein the inner plug and the cap are separated, the inner plug is disposed on an opening of the bottle, and the inner plug includes an inner plug ring, an inner plug tab and a tear tab. The inner plug seals the opening of the bottle, and the opening of the bottle may only be opened after pulling the tear tab to break and remove the inner plug tab. It is designed as a disposable and breakable sealing cover, thus preventing a user from arbitrarily taking the contents inside the bottle before purchase in order to avoid contaminating the contents inside the bottle.
However, as described structures above, since the cap and the inner plug are two separate components that need to be separately assembled on the bottle, which results in additionally adding an extra processing procedure for the assembly, and significantly increasing the labor and costs required for manufacturing, and the added procedure will not only increase the risk of contamination, but also cause leakage when the assembly is poor. Furthermore, since the cap and the inner plug are manufactured separately, and the materials of the cap and the inner plug are different, there will be problems of twofold material preparation and storage, and the sorting will be troublesome when recycling.
A main object of the present invention is to provide a wide-mouth bottle cap which is low in cost and may avoid contamination while meeting environmental protection requirements.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is an integrated wide-mouth bottle cap with a disposable and breakable inner plug comprising a lower cover, an upper cover and an inner plug. The lower cover comprises an opening, the upper cover extends integrally from one side of the lower cover, and the upper cover rotates relative to the lower cover to fasten the lower cover and thereby seals the opening. The inner plug integrally extends from the lower cover adjacent to the periphery of the opening and seals the opening, the inner plug and the lower cover comprise a tearing zone therebetween, and the inner plug is connected to a tearing member so that a user may pull the tearing member to drive the inner plug displacement relative to the lower cover, so as to disengage the inner plug from the lower cover and expose the opening by tearing off the tearing zone.
Accordingly, the lower cover, the upper cover and the inner plug are integrated structures, so that a single material may be used, the processing procedures for assembly may be reduced, the manufacturing costs may be reduced, and at the same time, the possibility of contamination may be reduced, and there is no recycling problem of material sorting to meet the requirements for environmental protection.
The detailed description and technical contents of the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings.
In terms of actual structures, the lower cover 10 may be a ring and comprise a flange 12 which is located at an inner edge, the upper cover 20 comprises a groove 21 corresponding to the flange 12, and the flange 12 is inserted and fastened into the groove 21. An outer edge of the lower cover 10 may comprise a recessed area 13, and the recessed area 13 is adjacent to one side of the flange 12. When the upper cover 20 is fastened with the lower cover 10, the recessed area 13 may provide an operation space for a user to more easily contact with an edge of the upper cover 20 to facilitate opening of the upper cover 20.
Upper and lower sides of the lower cover 10 may respectively comprise an upper arcuate edge 101 and a lower arcuate edge 102 which are symmetrically disposed and bent outwardly, and left as well as right sides respectively comprise a left straight edge 103 and a right straight edge 104 which are vertically disposed. Lengths of the upper arcuate edge 101 and the lower arcuate edge 102 are equal, and longer than lengths of the left straight edge 103 and the right straight edge 104. The upper cover 20 may be formed by integrally extending from a middle portion of the upper arcuate edge 101 of the lower cover 10, and the lower cover 10 may be connected with the upper cover 20 by a bent section 22. In order to match a shape of the upper arcuate edge 101 of the lower cover 10, so as to increase the strength and durability of the bent section 22, the bent section 22 may comprise a main connector 221 and two auxiliary connectors 222 by two sides of the main connector 221.
In addition, the inner plug 30 integrally extends from the lower cover 10 adjacent to the periphery of the opening 11 and seals the opening 11, the inner plug 30 and the lower cover 10 comprises a tearing zone 31 therebetween, and the inner plug 30 is connected to a tearing member 32 so that a user may pull the tearing member 32 to drive the inner plug 30 displacement relative to the lower cover 10, so as to disengage the inner plug 30 from the lower cover 10 and expose the opening 11 by tearing off the tearing zone 31.
In implementation, the tearing zone 31 may be a film structure, and the tearing member 32 may be a pull-ring structure, so that the user may hook on to the pull-ring structure of the tearing member 32 with a finger, and tear the film structure of the tearing zone 31, which may easily disengage the inner plug 30 from the lower cover 10 and thereby expose the opening 11. Moreover, a junction between the tearing member 32 and the inner plug 30 may comprise a reinforcing structure 33 to avoid breakage and subsequent separation between the tearing member 32 and the inner plug 30.
In summary, the present invention provides the integrated wide-mouth bottle cap with the disposable and breakable inner plug, with advantages at least including:
1. The lower cover, the upper cover and the inner plug are integrated structures, which may not only simplify the manufacturing process, but also reduce the production costs by using a single material.
2. The lower cover, the upper cover and the inner plug are integrated structures, which are manufactured at the same time. That is, the invention achieves the efficiency of preventing leakage, resisting deformation and disengagement to solve the conventional problem of product contamination since the cap and the inner plug of conventional are separated structures, as a result, the contents inside the bottle are easier to be seeped by thermal expansion and contraction or squeezing and shaking during shipping, thus the present invention is not only reducing the possibility of contamination, but also avoiding leakage caused by poor assembly.
3. A single material is used to improve the recovery rate of waste, which is environmentally friendly, and meets environmental protection requirements.
