The present disclosure relates to the technical field of automation equipment, in particular to an intelligent extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles.
Cleaning and caring articles are people's daily necessities. As people's demands continue to increase, there are more and more types of cleaning and caring articles, and their packaging designs and capacity sizes are also diverse. Common ones are press packaging and extrusion packaging.
At present, in order to make the extrusion of cleaning and caring articles more convenient and sanitary, an automatic extrusion device has appeared, but this kind of automatic extrusion device is equipped with a dedicated liquid storage bottle, and the cleaning and caring articles need to be poured into the storage during use. The liquid bottle is not suitable for the existing packaging bottles of various cleaning and caring articles, so it needs improvement.
The primary purpose of the present disclosure is to aim at the defects and deficiencies of the prior art to provide an intelligent extruding device for supplying clean and caring articles, which has the advantages of wide application range, portability, convenient disassembly and assembly of the cleaning and caring articles, and simple structure.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical solution adopted by the present disclosure is: an intelligent extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles, comprising: a casing; a fixing device assembled on the casing for detachably installing the casing on a packaging bottle; a human body sensing device mounted on the casing for real-time detection of a human body and sending a control signal to a pressing device based on a detection result; and the pressing device mounted on the casing corresponding to the packaging bottle and configured to receive the control signal sent by the human body sensing device to press or stop pressing an indenter of the packaging bottle; wherein a pressing cavity for accommodating the packaging bottle is provided between the casing and the fixing device.
The fixing device comprises: a clamping board installed on the casing, and a first bayonet for engaging with a mouth of the packaging bottle is provided on the clamping board.
The fixing device further comprises: a limiting pad block arranged between the clamping board and the mouth, and a second bayonet that faces a different direction from the first bayonet is provided on the limiting pad block.
The fixing device further comprises: a detachable assembly for embodying disassembly and assembly between the clamping board and the casing, wherein one part of the detachable assembly is arranged on the casing, and one part of the detachable assembly is arranged on the clamping board.
An insertion slot is provided on one side of the casing, and the detachable assembly comprises: a plug-in board of which one end is fixedly connected to the clamping board and the other end is inserted into the insertion slot; a first clamping member arranged on the plug-in board; a through slot provided on the casing (1) and corresponding to the first clamping member; a second clamping member rotatably assembled on the casing and corresponding to the through slot, and configured for engaging or disengaging the first clamping member; a button assembled on the second clamping member and configured for a user to press so as to disengage the second clamping member from the first clamping member; and a reset elastic piece assembled between the second clamping piece and the casing.
A third bayonet that is symmetrical to the first bayonet and has a different size is provided on the plug-in board; and a third clamping member that is engagable with the second clamping member on a same side of the clamping board (8) is provided on the clamping board.
The first clamping member, the second clamping member and the third clamping member are all clamping teeth.
An opening corresponding to the first bayonet is provided on the casing, and the pressing device comprises: a press block slidably assembled within the casing and arranged at the opening; a motor assembled within the casing and connected to a power source; a cam connected to a motor shaft of the motor for pushing the press block to slide relative to the clamping board; and a spring assembled between the press block and the casing and configured to reset the press block so that the press block is always attached to the cam.
A guide rib is provided within the casing, the press block comprises a guide part extending along one side of the fixing device, and a sliding groove corresponding to the guide rib is provided on the guide part; and a pressing part arranged on the guide part away from an end of the fixing device.
A clamping slot is provided on one side of the casing.
After adopting the above technical scheme, the beneficial effects of present disclosure are as follows.
1. With the fixing device installed on the casing, the intelligent extruding device for supplying cleaning and caring articles can be installed on packaging bottles of different capacities and shapes to embody the automatic extrusion of the cleaning and caring articles and increase the scope of application.
2. The detachable assembly between the clamping board and the casing allows the detachable installation between the clamping board and the casing, which facilitates the replacement of clamping boards suitable for packaging bottles of different specifications.
3. By setting the first, second and third clamping members as clamping teeth, the distance between the clamping board and the pressing device can be adjusted, which is suitable for packaging bottles with different indenters. In addition, through the third clamping member set on the clamping board, and the third clamping slot with a different size from the first bayonet set on the card board, it is convenient for users to switch the bayonet according to the size of the packaging bottle. The present disclosure has the advantages of wide range, portability, convenient disassembly and assembly of cleaning and caring articles, and simple structure.

A pressing cavity c for accommodating packaging bottles is arranged between the casing 1 and the fixing device 2. The human body sensing device 3 is assembled on the casing 1 at the front end of the pressing cavity c, and the human body sensing device 3 is an infrared sensor. The pressing device 4 is assembled on the casing 1 corresponding to the packaging bottle. The human body sensing device 3 is used to detect the human body in real time and send a control signal to the pressing device 4 according to the detection result. Further, the detachable assembly 7 includes: a plug-in board 8, a first clamping member 9, a second clamping member 10, a button 11 and a reset elastic member. One side of the casing 1 is provided with an insertion slot b, one end of the plug-in board 8 is fixedly connected to the clamping board 5, and the other end is inserted into the insertion slot b. The first clamping member 9 is arranged on the plug-in board 8, preferably on two opposite sides of the plug-in board 8. The casing 1 is provided with a through slot a corresponding to the first clamping member 9. The second clamping member 10 is assembled on the casing 1 through a rotating shaft, and is arranged corresponding to the through slot a, and a limit plate is provided on one end of the shaft away from the casing 1 to prevent the second clamping member 10 from being separated from the shaft. The second clamping member 10 is used for engaging or disengaging with the first clamping member 9 to embody the disassembly and assembly of the plug-in board 8. The clamping board 5 is provided on the same side as the plug-in board 8 with a third clamping member 22 which can be clamped with the second clamping member 10. When the clamping board 5 is inserted on the casing 1, the third bayonet i of the plug-in board 8 is clamped on the packaging bottle, and the casing 1 can be installed on packaging bottles of different specifications. In other embodiments, the fixing device 2 is a bolt, and the casing 1 and the clamping board 5 are correspondingly provided with bolt holes. The clamping board 5 is installed on the casing 1 by assembling the bolts and the bolt holes; the detachable assembly 7 is a bolt. Both the plug-in board 8 and the casing 1 are provided with jacks, and the plugs pass through the jacks on the casing 1 and are inserted into the plug-in board 8 to embody the detachable connection between the plug-in board 8 and the casing 1.

The guide part 19 extends along one side of the fixing device 2, and a sliding slot h is provided on the guide part 19 corresponding to the guide rib 21. The working principle of the present disclosure is roughly as follows. When installing, the first bayonet d of the clamping board 5 is clamped to the bottle opening of the packaging bottle, and then the limit gasket is inserted to make the direction of the second buckle of the limit gasket opposite to the direction of the opening f of the first bayonet d, and then the indenter is tightened to press the limit gasket on the clamping board 5. Finally, the button 11 is pressed to make the second clamping member 10 rotate around the rotating shaft 15 to the end away from the casing 1, plug-in board 8 is inserted, and the distance between the clamping board 5 and the pressing device 4 is adjusted according to the height of the indenter of the packaging bottle. The button 11 is reset under the action of the restoring force of the reset elastic member, and the second clamping member 10 is clamped to the first clamping member 9 to embody the installation with the plug-in board 8 and the installation is very simple.
When in use, it only needs to place the hand in the pressing cavity c and aim at the liquid outlet, the human body sensing device 3 senses the presence of a human body, and sends a control signal to the motor 13. The motor 13 starts after receiving the control signal, and the cam 14 is driven to rotate, then the cam 14 pushes the press block 12 to slide toward the indenter and press on the indenter to complete an extrusion action. During the movement of the press block 12, the spring 18 compresses and generates the force of the reset to the press block 12, so that the press block 12 is always attached to the cam 14, and the press block 12 reciprocates, so as to achieve multiple squeezing. When the hand leaves the pressing cavity c, the human body sensing device 3 sends a stop control signal to the motor 13 to stop the rotation of the motor 13 and stop the liquid discharge.
