The following description relates to multiple technical improvements of the intelligent pesticide tank assembly, and in the case of no conflict, the technical improvements can be combined partly or wholly with each other in an appropriate manner. It can be understood that, without departing from the technical idea of the present disclosure, simple variations can be made to the relevant structures and connection relations in the intelligent pesticide tank assembly to obtain other varied technical solutions. During the use of the intelligent pesticide tank assembly, the cover body and the measuring assembly are vulnerable parts, and at the same time, the intelligent pesticide tank assembly is not necessarily defined to comprise a pesticide tank body connected with it.
In relevant technologies, some liquid storage tanks for plant protection machineries are usually provided with a liquid level sensor, the liquid level sensor triggers magnetic switches at different heights through the floater which changes with the liquid level, and thus can measure the liquid level in the liquid storage tank. However, the liquid level sensor is usually integrated on the cover of the liquid storage tank, the cover of the liquid storage tank comprises an upper cover and a lower cover by which an accommodating space is defined, and a processor for connecting the liquid level sensor is disposed in the accommodating space. The above relevant technologies have the following defects: when the cover of the liquid storage tank is opened or closed, the integrated liquid level sensor will be moved together, and thus it is inconvenient in use.
The intelligent pesticide tank assembly 100 provided by the present embodiment can solve the technical problem. Specifically, the intelligent pesticide tank assembly 100 provided by the present embodiment will be described below in details.
Specifically, in the description of the present embodiment, in the case of no contrary explanation, the used orientation terms such as “top portion”, “top wall”, “bottom portion” and “bottom end” usually indicate the orientations as shown in
In combination with
In the present embodiment, the cover body 2 of the intelligent pesticide tank assembly 100 is arranged individually relative to the measuring assembly 3 (the measuring assembly 3 is not integrated on the cover body 2), and thus, during assembly and disassembly, the measuring assembly 3 can be inserted or pulled out along the axial direction of the mounting hole 11 (specifically, it is a round hole), and is then pressed and fixed by using the cover body 2. Thus, the measuring assembly 3 is prevented from rotating together with the cover body 2 when the cover body 2 is tightened, and the assembly and disassembly of various components can thus be easily completed. Meanwhile, during assembly and disassembly, the agitation of the pesticide liquid in the pesticide tank body 1, which is rendered by the rotation of the measuring assembly 3 due to the cover body 2, is prevented, thereby reducing the possibility of problems such as deformation, damage and mismeasurement and the like of the measuring assembly 3 caused by the impact of the pesticide liquid.
Referring to
In the meantime, in order that the pesticide liquid in the pesticide tank body 1 is sprayed out smoothly, a pesticide tank ventilating structure can be provided, and configured to keep the pressure balance between the inner cavity 12 of the pesticide tank body 1 and the outer space 200. By adopting the traditional technology, for example, separately arranging the liquid level sensing element and the pesticide tank ventilating structure, damage to the electronic devices of the mainboard 302 rendered by the pesticide liquid moisture from the exhaust of the ventilating structure of the pesticide tank can avoided satisfactorily, but it increases the manufacturing cost and complexity of the structure of the intelligent pesticide tank assembly 100.
Thus, in the present embodiment, the pesticide tank ventilating structure can be integrated and disposed in the measuring assembly 3, and in a precondition of reducing the complexity of the structure, the pesticide liquid moisture can be prevented from contacting the mainboard 302 by disposing the mainboard 302 and an air flow channel 30511. Specifically, the measuring assembly 3 can comprise an upper housing body 304 and a lower housing body 305, the upper housing body 304 is detachably and hermetically connected to the lower housing body 305 to form an accommodating cavity 301, and the mainboard 302 is mounted in the accommodating cavity 301. The pesticide tank ventilating structure can comprise the air flow channel 30511 configured for ventilating, and the pesticide liquid moisture can be prevented from contacting the mainboard 302 as long as the air flow ventilating channel 30511 is isolated from the accommodating cavity 301. It should be explained that the two housing bodies of the measuring assembly 3 can also be arranged at left and right sides, for example, it comprises a left housing body and a right housing body, and the left housing body and the right housing body can be detachably and hermetically connected to each other to form the accommodating cavity 301.
In the present embodiment, as shown in
In the above, when the air is ventilated through the connecting tube 3051 on the lower housing 305 to keep the internal and external air pressure balance of the pesticide tank body 1, the pesticide liquid in the pesticide tank body 1 may overflow from the connecting tube 3051 due to vibration and the like. Thus, a ventilating tube 307 can be connect to the connecting tube 3051 at the side towards the pesticide tank body 1, and therefore, even if the pesticide liquid in the pesticide tank body splashes during the working process, it cannot directly overflow to the outer space 200 through the connecting tube 3051. Specifically, the cover body 2 is formed with the airflow orifice 21, and the inner cavity 12 of the pesticide tank body 1 is communicated with the outer space 200 sequentially through the ventilating tube 307, the connecting tube 3051 and the airflow orifice 21.
In the present embodiment, the ventilating tube 307 comprises at least one complete spiral. As shown in
The ventilating tube 307 can be communicated to the inner cavity 12 of the pesticide tank body 1 at the communicating tube 3053 by multiple methods in the prior art. In the structure as shown in
At the other end of the connecting tube 3051, it can be communicated with the outer space 200 through the airflow orifice 21 in the cover body 2. As shown in
In combination with
The housing body connecting portion 3045 of the upper housing body 304 can be formed with a positioning groove 3042, and the connecting tube 3051 in the lower housing body 305 can pass through the positioning groove 3042 and extend, to define the circumferential relative position of the upper housing body 304 and the lower housing body 305, which makes positioning and mounting convenient.
The cover body 2 can comprise a center through hole 22 at the position corresponding to the protruding portion 3041 of the upper housing body 304. In the mounting state, the cover body 2 is provided to cover the upper housing body 304 and make the protruding portion 3041 extend into the center through hole 22, and the inner side of the top wall 202 of the cover body 2 is supported on the cover body supporting portion 3044 to press and fix the measuring the assembly 3. Specifically, the cover body supporting portion 3044 is supported on the top edge of the mounting hole 11, the cover body 2 presses the cover body supporting portion 3044 tightly, to press and fix the overall measuring assembly 3 to the pesticide tank body 1.
In the present embodiment, the measuring assembly 3 is provided with a button circuit board 308 which is mounted to the upper housing body 304, and the button circuit board 308 can be fixed in the sink groove 3043 through the first threaded fastener 314 (for example, a screw). In order to ensure the sealing of the accommodating cavity 301, the button circuit board 308 can be provided with a waterproof silicone 313 at the side towards the accommodating cavity 301. The button circuit board 308 can be electrically connected to the mainboard 302 through a spring thimble connector 309, and thus, the buttons on the button circuit board 308 can be directly operated through the center through hole 22 in the cover body 2, and the measuring assembly 3 can be started and stopped without disassembling the cover body 2, which effectively improves the convenience in use. In the above, the button circuit board 308 can also be provided with the waterproof silicone 313 at the side facing away from the accommodating cavity 301, and a button film 315 is provided on the top surface of the protruding portion 3041, to improve the appearance and the hand feel during operation.
The measuring assembly 3 senses the changes of the liquid level in the pesticide tank body 1 through the liquid level sensor 303 which is electrically connected to the mainboard 302. The liquid level sensor 303 can be formed in multiple appropriate manners. In the present embodiment, the liquid level sensor 303 can comprise a circuit board and multiple magnetic switches provided on the circuit board, and the magnetic switches can be triggered by the floaters 311 (which will be detailed in the following text) to obtain corresponding liquid level signals. In order to prevent the electronic components from contacting the pesticide liquid in the pesticide tank body 1, in the present embodiment, a sensor casing 306 (specifically, a round casing) is used to isolate the liquid level sensor 303 from the pesticide liquid, and the liquid level sensor 303 can be provided in the sensor casing 306. For example, the above-mentioned circuit board provided with magnetic switches can be of a strip shape and extend into the sensor casing 306. In other words, the measuring assembly 3 further comprises the sensor casing 306 which extends from the lower housing body 305 into the pesticide tank body 1, and the liquid level sensor 303 passes through the lower housing body 305 and extends into the sensor casing 306.
As for the elongated structure of the sensor casing 306, the one-piece molding will lead to higher mold manufacturing cost. In the present embodiment, the sensor casing 306 is configured to comprise a plurality of casing sections 3061 which are detachably connected to one another. As shown in
The above plurality of casing sections 3061 can have the same or different lengths. As shown in
The liquid level sensor 303 in the sensor casing 306 can be triggered by the floater 311 which rises and falls along with the changes of the amount of the pesticide liquid, and the floater 311 can keep the distance from the liquid level sensor 303 in an appropriate manner, so as to ensure the accuracy of the measurement. In
The floater guide rod 310 can be a hollow stainless steel tube, so as to reduce the corrosion rate of the pesticide liquid. The floater guide rod 310 is provided with a clip 317 at one end, and configured to be clamped and fixed with the clamping groove 3063 in the top portion of the sensor casing 306, the floater guide rod 310 is provided with a limit piece 319 with a circumferential limit structure at the other end, and configured to be fixed with the bottom portion of the sensor casing 306 through a threaded end cover 318, so as to have relatively good assembling performance and measurement accuracy.
Specifically, a clamping groove 3063 is provided at a position of the basic casing section 306a corresponding to the top end portion of the floater guide rod 310, and the clip 317 can be clamped in the clamping groove 3063; the bottom end casing section 306c is formed with a circumferential limit structure cooperating with the limit piece 319 on the outer circumferential wall, so as to define the circumferential relative position of the floater guide rod 310 and the sensor casing 306, to prevent the bottom end of the floater guide rod 310 from rotating around the center axis of the sensor casing 306, have the floater 311 float up and down in the direction parallel to the center axis of the sensor casing 306, and then ensure relatively high measuring accuracy.
The circumferential limit structure of the bottom end casing section 306c and the limit piece 319 mentioned previously can be an outer gear portion 3064 formed on the outer circumferential surface at the bottom end portion of the bottom end casing section 306c and an inner gear portion 3191 formed on the limit piece 319, as shown in
In order to implement better plant protection operation, besides monitoring the liquid level in the pesticide tank body 1, the measuring assembly 3 can also be used to monitor the temperature of the pesticide liquid. Thus, a temperature sensor can be provided at the bottom end portion of the sensor casing 306, for example, the temperature sensor can be provided on the bottom end casing section 306c.
The present embodiment also provides a plant protection machinery, and the plant protection machinery comprises the above-mentioned intelligent pesticide tank assembly 100.
The plant protection machinery can be a plant protection drone, and the intelligent pesticide tank assembly 100 is mounted on the main body of the plant protection drone. The plant protection machinery can also be a plant protection driverless car, and the intelligent pesticide tank assembly 100 is mounted on the vehicle body of the plant protection driverless car. The plant protection machinery comprises all the functions of the intelligent pesticide tank assembly 100.
