Claims
- 1. A beverage bottle, comprising:
a top attaching to the bottle and having a stem for drinking the beverage; means on the top for performing an interactive action; and means on the top for operating the interactive action.
- 2. The beverage bottle of claim 1, wherein the interactive action is selected from the group consisting of a mechanical action, an electrical action, and an electro-mechanical action.
- 3. The beverage bottle of claim 1, wherein the means on the top for performing the interactive action comprises a movable body, a sparking surface, a speaker, a light, a battery, or a circuit.
- 4. The beverage bottle of claim 1, wherein the means on the top for operating the interactive action comprises a mechanical motor, a wind-up motor, a pull-back motor, a linkage, a gear, a biasing member, a flywheel, a rotor, an impeller, an electric motor, a knob, a switch, a button, a zip strip, a biasing member, a timer, a light sensor, a sound sensor, a magnetic sensor, or a motion sensor
- 5. The beverage bottle of claim 1, wherein at least a portion of the performing means or operating means on the top is coupled to a removable body attached to the top.
- 6. The beverage bottle of claim 5, wherein the removable body comprises a locking member engageable with a retaining member on the stem for attaching or removing the removable body.
- 7. The beverage bottle of claim 1, wherein the means on the top for performing the interactive action comprises a body movably positioned on the stem, and wherein the means on the top for operating the interactive action comprises a biasing member having a first end attached to the body and having a second end attached to a portion of the top.
- 8. The beverage bottle of claim 1, wherein the means on the top for performing the interactive action comprises an articulating member movably positioned on the top, and wherein the means on the top for operating the interactive action comprises a linkage attached to the articulating member for moving the articulating member.
- 9. The beverage bottle of claim 1, wherein means on the top for performing the interactive action comprises a body positioned adjacent the top, and wherein the means for operating the interactive action comprises an attachment ring attaching the body to the stem and rotatable on the stem for spinning the body about the stem.
- 10. The beverage bottle of claim 1, wherein the means on the top for operating the interactive action comprises electrical contacts at least partially positioned in an internal bore of the stem and operating the interactive device by a closed circuit formed between the electrical contacts when the beverage is passed through the internal bore.
- 11. The beverage bottle of claim 1, wherein the means on the top for operating the interactive action comprises a rotor at least partially positioned in an internal bore of the stem and operating the interactive device by rotation of the rotor when the beverage is passed through the internal bore.
- 12. An interactive top for a beverage bottle, comprising:
a cap for attaching to the bottle; a stem on the cap having an internal bore for drinking the beverage; an interactive device positioned on the top and operable to perform an interactive action; and an operating device coupled to the interactive device and at least partially positioned in the internal bore of the stem, the operating device operating the interactive device when the beverage is passed through the internal bore.
- 13. The interactive top of claim 12, wherein the operating device comprises electrical contacts creating a closed circuit when beverage is passed through the internal bore.
- 14. The interactive top of claim 13, wherein the interactive device comprises electronics coupled to the electrical contacts and operated by the closed circuit.
- 15. The interactive top of claim 14, wherein the electronics are removable from the top.
- 16. The interactive top of claim 14, wherein the electronics comprise a light, a speaker, a motor, a circuit, or a battery.
- 17. The interactive top of claim 12, wherein the operating device comprises a rotor rotated by the beverage when passed through the internal bore.
- 18. The interactive top of claim 17, wherein the rotor comprises a plurality of blades.
- 19. The interactive top of claim 17, wherein the interactive device comprises a gear, a linkage, an articulating member, a sparking surface, a flywheel, a mechanical motor, a light, a speaker, an electrical motor, or a circuit operated by rotation of the rotor.
- 20. An interactive top for a beverage bottle, comprising:
a cap for attaching to the bottle; a stem on the cap for drinking the beverage; a body positioned on the stem; an interactive device on the body operable to perform an interactive action; and an operating device on the body coupled to the interactive device and operating the interactive device.
- 21. The interactive top of claim 20, wherein the interactive device on the body comprises an electric motor, a mechanical motor, a wind-up motor, a speaker, a light, a battery, or a circuit.
- 22. The interactive top of claim 20, wherein the operating device on the body comprises a switch, a button, a knob, a flywheel, a rotor, a zip strip, a light sensor, a sound sensor, a magnetic sensor, or a motion sensor.
- 23. The interactive top of claim 20, wherein at least a portion of the body is removable from the top.
- 24. The interactive top of claim 20, wherein the interactive device or the operating device is removable from the body.
- 25. An interactive top for a beverage bottle, comprising:
a cap for attaching to the bottle; a stem on the cap for drinking the beverage; a removable body positioning on the stem; a retaining member disposed on the top; and a locking member disposed on the removable body and engageable with the retaining member for removing or retaining the removable body on the top.
- 26. The interactive top of claim 25, wherein the locking member comprises an internal shoulder disposed within the removable body, and wherein the retaining member comprises an external shoulder disposed on the stem.
- 27. The interactive top of claim 26, wherein the removable body defines a key slot adjacent the internal shoulder, the key slot fitting over the external shoulder on the stem, the removable body rotatable on the stem to engage the internal shoulder with the external shoulder.
- 28. The interactive top of claim 25, wherein the locking member comprises a ring movably disposed within the removable body, and wherein the retaining member comprises an external shoulder disposed on the stem.
- 29. The interactive top of claim 28, further comprising a biasing member disposed within the removable body and urging the ring to engage the external shoulder on the stem.
- 30. The interactive top of claim 28, further comprising a button on the ring extending outside the removable body for moving the ring relative to the external shoulder on the stem.
- 31. The interactive top of claim 25, wherein the locking member comprises a deformable ring disposed within the removable body, and wherein the retaining member comprises an external shoulder disposed on the stem, the deformable ring fitting over the external shoulder on the stem to engage the ring with the external shoulder.
- 32. The interactive top of claim 25, further comprising a decorative body attached to the removable body.
- 33. The interactive top of claim 32, wherein the removable body is positioned in the decorative body, the removable body having a first end attached to a first opening in the decorative body and having a second end attached to a second opening in the decorative body.
- 34. The interactive top of claim 25, wherein the removable body has a first portion, a second portion, and a central portion, the first portion of the removable body weighing substantially equivalent to the second portion of the removable body such that the removable body is substantially balanced when the central portion of the removable body is supported on the distal end of the stem.
- 35. The interactive top of claim 34, wherein at least one of the first or second portions comprises a weight attached to the removable body.
- 36. An interactive top for a beverage bottle, comprising:
a cap for attaching to the bottle; a stem on the cap for drinking the beverage; a body movably positioning on the stem; and a biasing member having a first end attached to the body and having a second end attached to a portion the top.
- 37. The interactive top of claim 36, wherein the biasing member comprises a spring.
- 38. The interactive top of claim 37, wherein the portion of the top having the second end of the spring attached to comprises a retaining shoulder formed on the stem.
- 39. The interactive top of claim 38, wherein an enclosure holds the second end of the spring to the retaining shoulder formed on the stem.
- 40. The interactive top of claim 36, wherein the biasing member comprises a substantially tubular body having a plurality flexible folds formed thereabout.
- 41. The interactive top of claim 36, wherein the stem defines a first shoulder, and wherein the body defines an internal passage therethrough defining a second shoulder engageable with the first shoulder on the stem.
- 42. The interactive top of claim 36, wherein the body is movable along a length of the stem.
- 43. The interactive top of claim 36, wherein the body is rotatable about the stem.
- 44. An interactive top for a beverage bottle, comprising:
a cap for attaching to the bottle; a stem on the cap for drinking the beverage having a distal end; a first body defining a first internal passage therethrough and positioned on the stem; and a second body defining a second internal passage therethrough and positioned on the stem such that the distal end of the stem extends therefrom, wherein the first and second bodies are rotatably coupled together such that at least one of the bodies is rotatable about the stem.
- 45. The interactive top of claim 44, further comprising an intermediate member fixedly coupled to the first internal passage of the first body and rotatably coupled to the second internal passage of the second body.
- 46. The interactive top of claim 44, wherein the first body is fixedly coupled to the top.
- 47. An interactive top for a beverage bottle, comprising:
a cap for attaching to the bottle; a stem on the cap for drinking the beverage; a body positioned on the stem; an articulating member movably coupled to the body; and an operating device on the body coupled to the articulating member and moving the articulating member when activated.
- 48. The interactive top of claim 47, wherein the operating device comprises a linkage housed in the body.
- 49. The interactive top of claim 48, wherein the operating device comprises a biasing member coacting between the body and the linkage.
- 50. The interactive top of claim 48, wherein the linkage is operated by a manual button or lever.
- 51. The interactive top of claim 47, wherein the operating device comprises a mechanical motor, a wind-up motor, a pull-back motor, a linkage, a gear, a biasing member, a flywheel, a rotor, or an impeller.
- 52. The interactive top of claim 51, wherein the operating device is activated by a button, a lever, a switch, a knob, a wheel, or a zip strip.
- 53. The interactive top of claim 47, wherein the operating device comprises an electric motor housed in the body.
- 54. The interactive top of claim 53, wherein the electric motor is activated by a button, a switch, a timer, a circuit, a light sensor, a sound sensor, or a magnetic sensor.
- 55. An interactive top for a beverage bottle, comprising:
a cap for attaching to the bottle; a stem on the cap for drinking the beverage; an attachment ring positioned about the stem and rotatable thereon, and a body attached to the attachment ring for spinning about the stem.
- 56. The interactive top of claim 55, further comprising a mount positioned on the stem and supporting the attachment ring on the stem.
- 57. The interactive top of claim 56, further comprising a spout attached to a distal end of the stem and sustaining the attachment ring on the stem.
- 58. The interactive top of claim 56, further comprising a washer disposed between the attachment ring and the mount.
- 59. An interactive top for a beverage bottle, comprising:
a cap for attaching to the bottle; a stem on the cap for drinking the beverage having a distal end; an inner body positioned on the stem such that the distal end of the stem extends therefrom; an outer body having at least two portions connectable together and positioning on the stem to conceal the inner body.
- 60. An interactive top for a beverage bottle, comprising:
a cap for attaching to the bottle; a stem on the cap for drinking the beverage; a string; and a body positioned on the top and defining a first open area for sliding on the string.
- 61. The interactive top of claim 60, wherein the body has a second open area for storing the string.
- 62. An interactive top for a beverage bottle, comprising:
a cap for attaching to the bottle; a stem on the cap for drinking the beverage having a distal end; a spout movably coupled to the distal end of the stem for controlling passage of the beverage; and a body coupled to the spout for opening and closing the spout, the body defining an internal passage for passing the beverage from the spout to an outlet of the body.
- 63. An interactive top for a beverage bottle, comprising:
a cap for attaching to the bottle; a stem on the cap for drinking the beverage; and a body positioned on the stem and defining a deformable cavity, the cavity having an inlet and an outlet, the inlet receiving beverage from the stem, the outlet passing the beverage from the deformable cavity when the body is squeezed.
- 64. An interactive top for a beverage bottle, comprising:
a cap for attaching to the bottle; a stem on the cap for drinking the beverage having a distal end; a body positioned on the stem; a pump on the body having an inlet and an outlet, the inlet connected to the distal end of the stem; and a trigger coupled to the pump and operating the pump to squirt beverage from the outlet.
