Claims
- 1. A compound having the formula wherein R25 is (C1-C12 alkyl)carbonyl or (C1-C12 alkoxy)carbonyl, and Q is a group of the formula wherein: R1 is cyano, halogen, formyl, —C(O)R2, H, or R2; R2 is C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl, or cycloalkyl which is unsubstituted or is substituted with one or more halogen; R3 is —S(O)nR6; R6 is C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl, or cycloalkyl which is unsubstituted or is substituted with one or more halogen; R14 is H, halogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, C1-C4 haloalkoxy, C1-C4 alkylthio, C1-C4 haloalkylthio, cyano or nitro; R15 and R17 are, independently, H or halogen; R16 is halogen, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, C1-C4 haloalkoxy, cyano, nitro, —C(O)R18, or —S(O)qR19; R18 is C1-C3 alkyl or C1-C3 haloalkyl; R19 is C1-C3 alkyl or C1-C3 haloalkyl; R20 is H, halogen, cyano, nitro, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, or C1-C4 haloalkoxy; X is a nitrogen atom or C—R20; n is 0, 1 or 2; and q is 0, 1 or 2.
- 2. A compound according to claim 1 having at least one feature selected from the group consisting of:(a) R1 is cyano; (b) R14 is halogen; (c) each of R15 and R17 is H; (d) R16 is C1-C4 haloalkyl; and (e) X is C—R20.
- 3. A compound according to claim 1 wherein R1 is cyano, halogen, —C(O)R2, H, or R2; R14 is halogen; each of R15 and R17 is H; and R16 is C1-C4 haloalkyl.
- 4. A compound according to claim 1 wherein R1 is cyano; R6 is C1-C2 haloalkyl; R14 is halogen; each of R15 and R17 is H; and R16 is C1-C2 haloalkyl.
- 5. A compound according to claim 2 wherein R1 is cyano; R6 is C1-C2 haloalkyl; R14 is halogen; each of R15 and R17 is H; and R16 is C1-C2 haloalkyl.
- 6. A compound according to claim 1 wherein R6 is CF3 and R16 is CF3.
- 7. A compound according to claim 2 wherein R6 is CF3 and R16 is CF3.
- 8. A compound according to claim 3 wherein R6 is CF3 and R16 is CF3.
- 9. A compound according to claim 4 wherein R6 is CF3 and R16 is CF3.
- 10. A compound according to claim 5 wherein R6 is CF3 and R16 is CF3.
- 11. The compound according to claim 1, wherein is 5-(2′-bromo-2′-carbomethoxy)ethyl-3-cyano-1-(2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-4-trifluoromethylthiopyrazole.
