Claims
- 1. In a sign having at least two spatially separated faces adapted to be illuminated from light radiated into the interior of said sign between said spatially separated faces, said at least two spatially separated faces including at least one translucent face, the improvement comprising:
- a luminaire mountable on the periphery of said sign having means for providing light in the region between said spatially separated faces, means for eliminating bright spots on said at least one translucent faces adjacent said luminaire, said elimination means comprising a perforated metal panel.
- 2. In a sign having at least two spatially separated faces adapted to be illuminated from light radiated into the interior of said sign between said spatially separated faces, said at least two spatially separated faces including at least one translucent face, the improvement comprising:
- a luminaire mountable on the periphery of said sign having means for providing light in the region between said spatially separated faces, means for eliminating bright spots on said at least one translucent faces adjacent said luminaire, said elimination means comprising a pair of spatially separated perforated metal panels disposed parallel to said at least one translucent face.
