It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
Systems, methods and devices for physical development of human beings and training them for developing their skills in various sports are well known. These work on principles and knowledge of body structure and its movements in defined patterns and fashions in order train for specific energy flow/manipulation and body movements.
Some devices include punching bags, exercise boards, weight lifting machines, bench bars, dumbbells etc. All these, however, do not emphasis upon particular ways of movement and applying force in specific amounts and directions to achieve specific results which are critical in many sports, particularly sports played with a ball such as tennis, golf, lawn tennis, cricket etc.
Also, present devices do not provide for guiding various body actions in defined directions and defined pathways, neither do they allow for data collection during actual body movements for analysis, training and comparison purposes.
Further, due to variable and untrained use of different limbs consequent to incorrect ways of playing games or stretching/exercising or simply due to unresolved injuries, changes and errors occur in the alignment/proportionality of the human body. Such changes and errors can affect personal efficiency of sportsmen at various levels that becomes all the more critical for a player targeting professional level skills where small mistakes can lead to huge setbacks.
Practice of intersectional impact, that is based on a particular punching action taken along with foot orientation signs/techniques in any sports, for example tennis, cricket, golf etc. is very important. The particular punching action taken along with foot orientation provides higher average positive results along with resolving many health performance or progression issues related to sports. A good understanding and training of intersectional impact improves overall training and progression of a player for a particular sport. Object of understanding the intersectional impact is to develop understanding of application of force/energy along with body conditioning. Due complexity and non-intuitive nature, understanding or articulating the intersectional impacts is difficult and hence training the player for such impacts become difficult.
Hence there is a requirement in the art for a correct and easily teachable or learning way with corresponding techniques, correcting general principles and tools that enable people to correctly position them and apply force accordingly so as to achieve optimum results for the sports they are playing or training for. Tools are required for enabling a player to understand the intersectional impact and practice the game accordingly.
