Abstract
A Japanese rigid paper, including recycled paper, fan is formed by blanking and stamping at one time. Stamping lines in radial are on the body. A grip including the bottom of the body is held from both sides by a reinforcing attachment cut from a double face corrugated sheet. A direction of the grooves of the one side and the direction of the grooves of the other side are symmetric. The corrugated sheet which has 93±5 flutes per 30 cm in length and the height of the flute is 1.1-1.6 mm.
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to a Japanese paper fan. More particularly, the present invention relates to a Japanese rigid paper fan, made of recycled paper, by setting up stamping lines on the body—namely, the upper part except its grip, and also its grip is considered the direction of flutes of a corrugated sheet.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] In the prior art, a usual Japanese paper fan, which has a grip, generally the bone part of the body and a grip are molded with the plastic and so on, and a bone part is covered with paper. Also, there is a fan covered with film to be strengthened on the surface of the body.
[0003] And the Japanese paper fan made from plastic and soon, which doesn't have a bone part and a grip, is made of an elastic paper. Then it has a structure provided with the reinforcement part to improve the strength of the grip through forming a body and a grip in one by blanking.
[0004] There is also a Japanese paper fan, which is reinforced with an extra thickness of a corrugated sheet.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] Accordingly, it is an object of the invention to provide a Japanese paper fan which cost isn't expensive as much as the fan covered with plastic or film.
[0006] It is another object of the invention to provide a Japanese paper fan which is environmentally friendly.
[0007] It is another object of the invention to provide an improved durable paper fan.
[0008] It is another object of the invention to provide a strengthened Japanese paper fan which material isn't expensive and thick.
[0009] It is another object of the invention to provide a Japanese paper fan which looks beautiful and has less air resistance and also doesn't need complicated process.
[0010] It is another object of the invention to provide a Japanese paper fan which is thoroughly how to reinforce the grip against its bending feature.
[0011] The stamping lines on the body of this invention consist of a straight line, a curve, and combination of these lines, elliptical lines and so on. (FIG. 1, FIG. 4, FIG. 5, FIG. 6, FIG. 7, FIG. 9, FIG. 11)
[0012] There are some settings in stamping such as a radiating set from the center bottom of the body, vein-shaped, and so on. The numbers of the radiating line should be 5-10 in consideration of its strength and printing designs.
[0013] As for the structure of this invention, a double face corrugated sheet being cut (FIG. 3(a)), hold a grip and a finger support area on the body lower central from both sides like a clip. A direction of grooves inside the corrugated sheet is at an angle with a direction of the grip. Furthermore, the direction of the grooves of one side and the direction of grooves of the other side, are symmetrical.
[0014] Here is an explanation about the angle that a groove inside the corrugated sheet and a grip make.
[0015] When a reinforcing attachment shaped on FIG. 3(b) is folded on the folding line (8), the direction of the groove inside the corrugated sheet for one side runs parallel to the direction of the groove for the other side, and an angle is 0° toward the grip as well. In this case, the strength can be secured by holding from both sides, though the corrugated sheet is not strong against the pressure along the groove because of its 0 ° angle. There is a possibility of getting hurt because the section (11) becomes sharp cutting along a groove.
[0016] When a reinforcing attachment shaped on FIG. 3(c) is folded on the folding line (8), the direction of the groove inside the corrugated sheet for one side runs parallel to the direction of the groove for the other side and an angle is 90° toward the grip as well.
[0017] In this case, the strength is insufficient, as the above case of 0° , because the grooves of both sides are still parallel. Also the sharpness of the section (11) seems to be reduced compare with the above case of 0° angle.
[0018] When a corrugated sheet shaped on FIG. 3(a) is folded on the folding line (8) holding the grip, a direction of the grooves of one side and the direction of the grooves of the other side, toward a grip, are symmetric as shown (Q) of FIG. 1. A dash and dotted line for one side, and a dash and two dotted lines for the other side. These lines are only for the explanation. Such a structure improves the strength of the Japanese paper fan.
[0019] The sharpness of the section (11) in FIG. 3(a) seems to be reduced compare with the section (11) in FIG. 3(b), (c) . Especially, in case of FIG. 3(b), there is a possibility of getting hurt by the liners covered corrugated.
[0020] If the direction of the groove of inside corrugated sheet doesn't run parallel to the direction of the groove for another side, as above case, its strength is expanded against bending direction.
[0021] It is more desirable that the reinforcing attachment shaped in FIG. 3 can be cut at one time. Also, as for the angle of the groove and the grip direction, it is desirable to set up the angle of 10° and more, when the sharpness of the section is taken into consideration. Then, approaching 90° beyond 45° of above angle, it becomes easy to bend by using.
[0022] As a conclusion the angle of the direction of the groove and the direction of the grip that it is made is suitable at 10°-45° from the above mentioned.
[0023] One of the best ways to form the reinforcing attachment is blanking it in one.
[0024] There is another way of making the reinforcing attachment. A half of the reinforcing attachment is made separately. And two of the reinforcing attachment can be put together. Then each of them has different angle of the groove.
[0025] And the double face corrugated sheet of E-flute which has 93±5 flutes per 30 cm in length and the height of the flute is 1.1˜1.6 mm is the most desirable. It can be used by the double face corrugated sheet, which has other numerical value if it can maintain and improve the effect of the present invention. There are a few of fans without grips. For example, the one transformed the body or set up a finger hole.
[0026] A virgin pulp or the paper recycled from milk packs, liquor packs are used for the material.
[0027] Furthermore, the shape of a reinforcing attachment, is not limited FIG. 3. But the pressure against a fulcrum must be taken into consideration. It must be resistible against said pressure and keep the effect.

[0042] The first embodiment of the present invention will be described referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3(a)(b)(c), FIG. 8.
[0043]
FIG. 1 is a fragmentary perspective view of this invention. Reference numeral (1) denotes a Japanese rigid paper fan itself, and (Q) shows a reinforced grip.
[0044]
FIG. 2 shows a Japanese rigid paper fan itself of the present invention before reinforcing a grip.
[0045] Reference numeral (2) denotes a Japanese fan itself before reinforcing a grip, (3) denotes the body, (4) denotes a stamping line, (5) denotes a grip before reinforcing.
[0046]
FIG. 3(a) is a development of a reinforcing attachment made of a double face corrugated sheet that the grooves inside make the angle of 45° against a grip. Reference numeral (6) denotes a reinforcement settlement made of a double face corrugated, (7) denotes the groove, (8) denotes a folding line, (11) denotes a section.
[0047]
FIG. 3(b) is a development of a reinforcing attachment made of a double face corrugated sheet that the grooves inside run parallel to the grip.
[0048]
FIG. 3(c) is a development of a reinforcing attachment made of a double face corrugated sheet that the grooves inside make the angle of 90° against a grip.
[0049]
FIG. 8 is a fragmentary view, which illustrates the construction, on an enlarged scale, for the stamping lines on the body. (P) denotes the pressure applied to the body.
[0050] The paper recycled from milk packs, liquor packs are used for the material of the fan itself (2) before reinforcing a grip and a reinforcing attachment (6) made of a double face corrugated.
[0051] Blanking by the shape of Japanese fan itself (2) before reinforcing, and stamping radiating lines (4) is formed symmetrically leaving the same space, between the lines at one time. Blanking, using wave edge, by the shape of a reinforcing attachment (6) made of a double face corrugated shown in FIG. 3, and a stamping folding line (8) at one time.
[0052] At this time, the angle of the grooves (7) and the reinforcing attachment (6) is 45° as shown in the FIG. 3(a). As for this angle, 10°-45° is desirable as mentioned in SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION. Then, the double face corrugated sheet of E-flute which has 93±5 flutes per 30 cm in length and the height of the flute is 1.1˜1.6 mm is the most desirable.
[0053] The Japanese rigid paper fan (1) of this invention is formed by turning up a reinforcing attachment (6) with the folding line (8), and it puts it in the grip of the Japanese fan's own (2) before reinforcing.
[0054] Stamping radiating lines (4) present the effect of the rigidity. This effect is explained in the following with a fragmentary view, which illustrates the construction, on an enlarged scale, for the stamping lines on the body. (FIG. 8).
[0055] Each stamping line makes a section dome-shaped. The dome-shape absorbs the pressure (P) shown in FIG. 8, and disperses it. Then the rigidity is presented as the whole of the fan. And, stamping radiating lines (4), are not parallel with each other, the effect of rigidity is excellent against the bend by the using.
[0056] Furthermore, the direction of the grooves of a reinforcing attachment comes to cross to each other when it folds along the folding line (8). This is taken the character of corrugated sheet into consideration, that it is poor against the pressure in the direction along the groove, and it is resistible to the vertical pressure.
[0057] By using the grooves as above-mentioned, it presents rigidity and durability against the pressure from the various directions in due to the twist. And it can get over the weakness of the Japanese paper fan in comparison with the case of the directions of the grooves for both sides being the same.
[0058] And the direction of the groove (7) of a reinforcing attachment (6), has the angle of 45° against the grip, is formed by blanking. The effect of this case is to be able to gain a soft cutting surface. There is a possibility of getting hurt by the liner, which covers flute, may be shown separately in the section (11) when it is cut in parallel.
[0059] Furthermore, the sharpness is more reduced by cutting a little wave in the section (11) by using the wave edge.
[0060] Moreover, the Japanese rigid paper fan of this invention can be collected at the time of scrapping for recycling as it is made of only paper without films for reinforcement. When this fan is made of the recycled paper from milk packs, it can be put as it is in the recycled route for milk pack. By using the present invention as one of the advertisement media, a company will be known that it takes the environmental issues into consideration, and the company's evaluation will be raised.
[0061] The second embodiment of the present invention, which doesn't have a grip affects claim 2, will be described referring to FIG. 4-FIG. 7.
[0062]
FIG. 4 shows a Japanese rigid paper fan, which makes a part of the body a grip (5). Reference numerical (4) denotes a stamping line.
[0063]
FIG. 5 shows a front view of the Japanese rigid paper fan, which is set up stamping elliptical lines (4) radiating from the bottom of the body, with a finger hole (9).
[0064]
FIG. 6 shows a front view of the Japanese rigid paper fan, which is set up stamping lines (4) in the vein-shaped on the body.
[0065]
FIG. 7 shows a development figure, which is set up the stamping lines (4) putting straight lines and curves together, and which partly opened the adhesion part (10) of a grip (5) in the bottom part of the body.
[0066] Blanking by the shape shown in FIG. 4-FIG. 7 from recycled paper which made of milk packs, liquor packs, and the stamping lines (4) and a folding line (8) is formed on the body at one time.
[0067] Though the part, which surrounded it with the dotted line, is used as a grip (5), it is good that such a grip isn't set up especially of the Japanese rigid paper fan of FIG. 4.
[0068] And, when the stamping formed elliptical line set up radially as shown in FIG. 5, it has still rigidity on the body. It becomes handy by setting up a finger hole (9). A part around the hole is used as a grip.
[0069] It is effective as an advertisement medium of the company from designing it freely on its surface.
[0070] Then, even if it is made the vein-shaped stamping lines shown in the FIG. 6, there is no change in the rigidity in comparison with the stamping radiating lines, and new design can be expected.
[0071] The Japanese rigid paper fan shown in FIG. 7 has the stamping line (4) combining a straight line and curves on the body, it keeps the rigidity as well.
[0072] Moreover, a reinforcement part (10) is turned up with the folding line (8) and it sticks to the bottom part. The bottom part of the body, which becomes a fulcrum is reinforced because a reinforcement part (10) is wider than the width of the grip (5)(a<b).
[0073] The third embodiment of the present invention, which shows variations affects claim 1, will be described referring to FIG. 9-FIG. 11.
[0074]
FIG. 9 shows a front view of the Japanese rigid paper fan, which is set up the stamping circles (4) and straight line (4) on the body.
[0075]
FIG. 10 shows a front view of the Japanese rigid paper fan, which transformed reinforcing attachment (6) made of a double face corrugated in accordance with the circumference of the body. Reference numeral (12) denotes modified part of the body, (13) denotes modified part of the reinforcing attachment.
[0076]
FIG. 11 shows a front figure of the Japanese rigid paper fan, which is set up the stamping straight lines (4) circles (4) on the body in accordance with the circumference form of the body.
[0077] Blanking into the shape shown in FIG. 9-FIG. 11 from recycled paper which made of milk packs, liquor packs, and stamping lines (4) on the body at one time.
[0078] The fan of FIG. 9 secured rigidity by setting up the stamping lines combining straight lines and circle lines.
[0079] In consideration of the load occurred by modifying parts (12) to the body the modified part of reinforcing attachment (6) is formed in accordance with the circumference form.
[0080] Extending the stamping lines to the modified parts (12) can maintain the rigidity. If a new pressure is yielded on the center bottom of the body by changing the outline of the body, the above extending is adopted.
[0081]
FIG. 11 is one of the variations of this invention. A straight stamping line is set up on the body (3), and the stamping oval lines are set up in the modified part (12). Fresh design can be expected with maintaining rigidity by such a form.
[0082] Although the invention has been described in its preferred form with a certain degree of particularity, it is understood that the present disclosure of the preferred form has been changed in the details of construction and the combination and arrangement of parts may be resorted to without departing from the spirit and the scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
[0083] As set forth hereinabove, as for the present invention, there is an advantage in the process because stamping and blanking processing are available at one time.
[0084] Furthermore, this invention presents the effect, which stands up to bend without using both plastic born and film for the reinforcement.
[0085] Moreover, as for the reinforcing attachment, considered the direction of the grooves inside, it shows excellent rigidity and durability against the pressure toward the fulcrum and a grip, as fanning hard. This invention improves the strength of the usual Japanese paper fan, by using only paper.
[0086] This fan becomes firm by using the recycled paper of the drink pack, and effective use of the resources can be possible. And it can be collected for recycling easily. When it is made of the recycled paper, it can be put in the recycled paper route after use.
