Abstract
The present invention relates to a jointed coldproof building rack railway system with braking feature, comprising a number of jointed rack rails fixed to a building, connection components for connecting the rack rails together, a lift device and a number of electrically heated infrared ice melting device. An installation plate is disposed at an inner side of the rack rail, a rail plate is disposed at an outer side of the rack rail, connection poles are disposed at four peripheral locations of the rack rail. Two rows of rack teeth are uniformly and vertically disposed on the rail plate. A connection hole is disposed at the connection pole for mounting the connection components. A limiter stand is disposed at a central portion of the connection component, bolt holes are disposed at a top portion and a bottom portion of a side wall of the connection component. Through holes are disposed at a side wall of the connection hole for allowing bolts to penetrate through and correspond to the bolt holes. The rack railway system of the present invention has the advantages of being reasonable, vertical movement is safely controlled, preventing rail from being unable to use due to freezing rails, increasing maintenance efficiency.
Description
FIELD OF INVENTION

The present invention relates to the field of rack railways, in particular to a jointed coldproof building rack railway system with braking feature.


BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

Rails in rack railway systems are made by extrusion of aluminum alloy, and is the key component for the entire system. The rails are permanently fixed to the building. The rails are anodized, so they are maintenance-free and can adapt to any extreme conditions. Rail sections are jointed to each other through rivets and rail connection components. Rails are fixed to buildings through spring clips and fixtures, the reliability requirement is high for connections between rails. The railway system is for carrying people for building maintenance, when under freezing temperatures, a thin layer of ice is likely to be formed on the rail surface, making the railway system hard to use, and unable to perform prompt maintenance and endanger workers.


SUMMARY OF INVENTION

The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is: to overcome the aforementioned problem, a jointed coldproof building rack railway system with braking feature is provided. The rack railway system has the advantages of being reasonable, vertical movement is safely controlled, prevents rail from being unable to use due to freezing rails, increases maintenance efficiency and enhances safety of workers.


The technical solution used in the present invention to solve the technical problem is: a jointed coldproof building rack railway system with braking feature, comprising a number of jointed rack rails fixed to a building, connection components for connecting the rack rails together, a lift device and a number of electrically heated infrared ice melting device. An installation plate is disposed at an inner side of the rack rail, a rail plate is disposed at an outer side of the rack rail, connection poles are disposed at four peripheral locations of the rack rail. Two rows of rack teeth are uniformly and vertically disposed on the rail plate. A connection hole is disposed at the connection pole for mounting the connection components. A limiter stand is disposed at a central portion of the connection component, bolt holes are disposed at a top portion and a bottom portion of a side wall of the connection component. Through holes are disposed at a side wall of the connection hole for allowing bolts to penetrate through and correspond to the bolt holes.


The lift device comprises a lift body slotted onto the rail plate, a loading cab, a driving device disposed inside the loading cab and a control device for controlling the driving device.


The driving and control device comprises a motor, a braking box drivably connected to a main axis of the motor, and a pair of coaxially driven sprockets. The coaxially driven sprockets are conjugate to the rack teeth.


U-shaped slot mouths are disposed at two sides of the lift body, a row of ball bearings rollably fit against a side of the connection pole is disposed at end surfaces of two sides and bottom surface of the U-shaped slot mouth.


The electrically heated infrared ice melting device comprises an infrared heat tube, an arced reflector disposed at a bottom of the infrared heat tube, and a protector disposed at an outside of the infrared heat tube. The electrically heated infrared ice melting device is electrically connected to the control device. The electrically heated infrared ice melting device is disposed at a top of the ball bearing and at a side corresponding to the rack teeth.


In a preferred embodiment, handles are disposed at two sides of the lift body. A safety belt is disposed at a center of the lift body. A passenger deck is disposed at a top of the loading cab.


In a preferred embodiment, the control device comprises control circuitry, a battery for powering, a control panel disposed at a front surface of the lift body, and a wireless transceiver connected to an external remote control.


In a preferred embodiment, a PLC control chip is disposed at the control circuitry.


In a preferred embodiment, the wireless transceiver uses GSM communication module.


The advantage of the present invention is: the jointed coldproof building rack railway system with braking feature of the present invention, the length of railway can be adjusted by using jointed rack rails. Vertical movement is driven through twin sprockets, movement is safely controlled. The lift device comprises an electrically heated infrared ice melting device that can melt the ice on the corresponding rail areas, preventing railway being unable to use due to freezing rails, increasing maintenance efficiency.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

The present invention is further explained below along with the accompanying drawings. The drawings are all simplified schematic diagrams which only illustrates the basic structure of the present invention, as such only the components material to the present invention are shown.


A jointed coldproof building rack railway system with braking feature is shown in FIGS. 1-2. The system comprises a number of jointed rack rails 1 fixed to a building, connection components 2 for connecting the rack rails 1 together, a lift device and a number of electrically heated infrared ice melting device. An installation plate 11 is disposed at an inner side of the rack rail 1, a rail plate 12 is disposed at an outer side of the rack rail 1, connection poles 13 are disposed at four peripheral locations of the rack rail 1. Two rows of rack teeth 14 are uniformly and vertically disposed on the rail plate 12. A connection hole 15 is disposed at the connection pole 13 for mounting the connection components 2. A limiter stand 21 is disposed at a central portion of the connection component 2, bolt holes 22 are disposed at a top portion and a bottom portion of a side wall of the connection component. Through holes are disposed at a side wall of the connection hole 15 for allowing bolts to penetrate through and correspond to the bolt holes 22. The lift device comprises a lift body 4 slotted onto the rail plate 12, a loading cab 3, a driving device disposed inside the loading cab 3 and a control device for controlling the driving device. Handles 43 are disposed at two sides of the lift body 4. A safety belt 45 is disposed at a center of the lift body 4. A passenger deck 31 is disposed at a top of the loading cab 3. The control device comprises control circuitry, a battery 6 for powering, a control panel 44 disposed at a front surface of the lift body 4, and a wireless transceiver connected to an external remote control. A PLC control chip is disposed at the control circuitry. The wireless transceiver uses GSM communication module.


In a jointed coldproof building rack railway system with braking feature is shown in FIG. 3, U-shaped slot mouths 41 are disposed at two sides of the lift body 4, a row of ball bearings 42 rollably fit against a side of the connection pole 13 is disposed at end surfaces of two sides and bottom surface of the U-shaped slot mouth 41.


In a jointed coldproof building rack railway system with braking feature is shown in FIG. 4, the driving and control device comprises a motor 5, a braking box 51 drivably connected to a main axis of the motor 5, and a pair of coaxially driven sprockets 52. The coaxially driven sprockets 52 are conjugate to the rack teeth 14.


In a jointed coldproof building rack railway system with braking feature is shown in FIG. 5, the electrically heated infrared ice melting device comprises an infrared heat tube 7, an arced reflector 71 disposed at a bottom of the infrared heat tube 7, and a protector disposed at an outside of the infrared heat tube 7. The electrically heated infrared ice melting device is electrically connected to the control device. The electrically heated infrared ice melting device is disposed at a top of the ball bearing 42 and at a side corresponding to the rack teeth 14.


The jointed coldproof building rack railway system with braking feature of the present invention, the length of railway can be adjusted by using jointed rack rails.   • 1. A jointed coldproof building rack railway system with braking feature, comprising: a number of jointed rack rails fixed to a building, connection components for connecting the rack rails together, a lift device and a number of electrically heated infrared ice melting device; an installation plate is disposed at an inner side of the rack rail, a rail plate is disposed at an outer side of the rack rail, connection poles are disposed at four peripheral locations of the rack rail; two rows of rack teeth are uniformly and vertically disposed on the rail plate; a connection hole is disposed at the connection pole for mounting the connection components; a limiter stand is disposed at a central portion of the connection component, bolt holes are disposed at a top portion and a bottom portion of a side wall of the connection component; through holes are disposed at a side wall of the connection hole for allowing bolts to penetrate through and correspond to the bolt holes; the lift device comprises a lift body slotted onto the rail plate, a loading cab, a driving device disposed inside the loading cab and a control device for controlling the driving device;the driving and control device comprises a motor, a braking box drivably connected to a main axis of the motor, and a pair of coaxially driven sprockets; the coaxially driven sprockets are conjugate to the rack teeth;U-shaped slot mouths are disposed at two sides of the lift body, a row of ball bearings rollably fit against a side of the connection pole is disposed at end surfaces of two sides and bottom surface of the U-shaped slot mouth;the electrically heated infrared ice melting device comprises an infrared heat tube, an arced reflector disposed at a bottom of the infrared heat tube, and a protector disposed at an outside of the infrared heat tube; the electrically heated infrared ice melting device is electrically connected to the control device; the electrically heated infrared ice melting device is disposed at a top of the ball bearing and at a side corresponding to the rack teeth.
  • 2. The jointed coldproof building rack railway system with braking feature according to claim 1, characterized in that: handles are disposed at two sides of the lift body; a safety belt is disposed at a center of the lift body; a passenger deck is disposed at a top of the loading cab.
  • 3. The jointed coldproof building rack railway system with braking feature according to claim 1, characterized in that: the control device comprises control circuitry, a battery for powering, a control panel disposed at a front surface of the lift body, and a wireless transceiver connected to an external remote control.
  • 4. The jointed coldproof building rack railway system with braking feature according to claim 1, characterized in that: a PLC control chip is disposed at the control circuitry.
  • 5. The jointed coldproof building rack railway system with braking feature according to claim 1, characterized in that: the wireless transceiver uses GSM communication module.
