The scraping method has the advantage of being inexpensive and easy to use, but has the disadvantage that the user must apply force directly, the electric driving method is convenient because a user does not have to apply force, but has a disadvantage in that costs are high, and the foot-wearing method is inexpensive and simple, but has the disadvantage that it takes 2 to 3 weeks to show the effect and is inconvenient to use in summer.
In particular, for the scraping method, as disclosed in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2006-0054571, there is disclosed a keratin remover in which an unevenness portion is formed on a bottom surface of a tip of a grippable rod.
The rod-type keratin remover is configured so that a user holds a handle formed at a base of a rod with his/her hand, and rubs uneven parts on keratin parts of user's feet to remove keratin present in the keratin parts.
However, since there are many users in common facilities such as public baths and public saunas, a lot of rod-type keratin removers should be installed, but in order to install a large amount of rod-type keratin removers in common facilities, there is a problem in that the rod-type keratin remover is expensive and costly and requires a lot of occupied area to install.
The present invention has an object to solve the problems described above.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a keratin removal tool in which a foldable metal thin plate material is cut into an I-shaped blank so that a user can fold and wear the cut blank on one finger, an uneven part is formed on the rear surface from among the front surface and the rear surface of the cut blank, and a wearing state maintaining means for maintaining the wearing state on the one finger of the user is formed on the blank.
According to the present invention, by the problem solving means as described above, the keratin removal tool is made of a blank made of a thin metal plate and thus the keratin removal tool may be manufactured at low cost, a plurality of blanks of the keratin removal tool may be stacked one on another in a single sheet and thus it does not take up a lot of space, the blank of the keratin removal tool may be folded corresponding to a thickness of a user's finger and thus wearability is good, the keratin removal tool may be manufacture at very low cost and thus may be used for disposable or for recycling, and the keratin removal tool may be easily accepted in common facilities such as public baths and public saunas.
In addition, the present invention not only enables a user to wash a site where keratin is removed in various postures such as a standing posture or a sitting posture and simultaneously remove keratin with a keratin-removing tool, but also can prevent environmental pollution since the keratin removal tool is made of recyclable metal material, not plastic material that causes environmental pollution these days.
Hereinafter, a keratin removal tool of an embodiment according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to
In
The blank 100 is made of a foldable metal thin plate material cut into an I-shape so that the blank 100 may be folded by a user and worn on one finger of the user.
As illustrated in
In addition, a corner where one end of two horizontal sides 31 and 31 of the middle panel 30 and the vertical side 12 of the front panel 10 meet is provided with a pair of first C-shaped cutouts 41 in order to provide ease of folding, and a corner where the other end of two horizontal sides 31 and 31 of the middle panel 30 and the vertical side 22 of the rear panel 20 meet is provided with a pair of second C-shaped cutouts 42 in provide ease of folding.
In addition, the horizontal sides 11 and 11 and the vertical sides 12 and 12 of the front panel 10, the horizontal sides 21 and 21 and the vertical sides 22 and 22 of the rear panel 20, and the horizontal sides 31 and 31 of the middle panel 30 are folded back toward the surface of the blank 100 to prevent user injury.
In addition, at a central portion of a bottom surface of the blank 100 in the direction in which the vertical side 12 of the front panel 10 extends, an adjacent portion of the front panel 10 and the rear panel 20 adjacent to the middle panel 30 and a portion of the middle panel 30 are provided with a series of uneven part 43 having a size and shape that removes keratin.
In addition, the blank 100 is provided with a wearing state maintaining means 50 that maintains a state in which the blank is worn on one finger of the user.
The wearing state maintaining means 50 includes a pair of plurality of female through holes 51 that are formed by penetrating through the front panel 10 at intervals in the direction in which the vertical side 12 of the front panel 10 extends, with the uneven part interposed therebetween, and a pair of male projections 52 having a size and shape that is be inserted into and coupled to one female through hole 51 of any one of the pair of the plurality of female through holes 51 at the portion of the rear panel 20 facing the pair of the plurality of female through holes 51 when the middle panel 30 is folded back upward around a middle portion in the direction in which the user's finger extends in order to be worn on one finger of the user.
Each of the pair of the plurality of female through holes 51 is a long slotted hole in the direction in which the horizontal side 11 of the front panel 10 extends.
Each of the pair of male projections 52 has a size and shape that may be inserted and coupled to the female through hole 51. To this end, each of the pair of male projections 52 includes a through hole 52a of an arch trajectory formed by punching at a portion of the rear panel 20, and a bent piece 52b in which one support piece 52b incidentally generated by the formation of the through hole 52a of the arch trajectory is folded back upward on the surface of the blank 100 and is away from the through hole 52a of the arch trajectory.
In addition, in order to prevent slipping between a wearer's worn finger and the keratin removal tool in the wearing state, a roughness part 23 is formed on an upper surface (inner surface when worn) of the boundary between the rear panel 20 and the middle panel 30 and an upper surface (inner surface when worn) at the center of the proximal side of the rear panel 20.
As illustrated in
First, in a state in which the surface side of the blank 100 faces upward, a tip of one finger of the user is placed on a position where the pair of the plurality of female through holes 51 may be positioned facing the pair of male projections 52 and a position where the base end of the rear panel 20 exceeds the frontmost end knuckle part among several knuckle parts formed on the bottom of one finger of the user.
Thereafter, the middle panel 30 is folded so that the surface of the front panel 10 comes into contact with a back of the one finger, and thus, the front panel 10 is pressed down.
Then, the portion of the front panel 10 with the uneven part 43 interposed therebetween is bent to enclose both side surfaces of the one finger.
Then, while the portion of the rear panel 20 with the uneven part 43 therebetween is curved to cover both sides of the one finger, the pair of male projections 52 is inserted into and penetrates through one female through hole 51 of any one of the pair of the plurality of female through holes 51 which the pair of male projections 52 faces.
Then, when the pair of male projections 52 moves in the direction of the back to the uneven part 43 with respect to the female through hole 51 of the any one pair, and thus, the bent piece 52b is coupled to one side of the one female through hole 51b, the blank 100 is stably maintained in the state of being worn on one finger of the user and becomes a keratin removal tool, thereby removing user's keratin.
When the user completes the operation of removing keratin, the state in which the blank is worn on one finger of the user is released in the reverse order of the above procedure, and then the blank is discarded.
The keratin removal tool 100 is made of a blank made of a thin metal plate and thus the keratin removal tool may be manufactured at low cost, a plurality of blanks 100 of the keratin removal tool may be stacked one on another in a single sheet and thus it does not take up a lot of space, the blank 100 of the keratin removal tool may be folded corresponding to a thickness of a user's finger and thus wearability is good, the keratin removal tool may be manufacture at very low cost and thus may be used for disposable or for recycling, and the keratin removal tool may be easily accepted in common facilities such as public baths and public saunas.
In addition, since the keratin removal tool configured as described above is a single item, the keratin removal tool is easy to recycle, can wash and scrub feet in various postures such as a standing posture without sitting on a chair, and can be used for a long time compared to the manufacturing cost, since the keratin removal tool is coupled in a button type, if the keratin removal tool is appropriately placed on the knuckles, it is possible to prevent slipping and minimize a falling out phenomenon, and since the rim of the keratin removal tool is rounded, the keratin removal tool can be handled without injury.
In addition, the keratin removal tool configured as described above is made of a recyclable metal material, not a plastic material that causes environmental pollution these days, thereby preventing environmental pollution.
Although the keratin removal tool is described as being provided with the blank 100 in the description of the embodiment, the present invention is not limited thereto, and for the convenience of use of the user, the wearing state maintaining means 50 may be provided in a folded state while uncoupled.
In addition, in the description of the above embodiment, although it is described that the female through hole 51 of the wearing state maintaining means 50 is formed on the front panel 10 and the male projection 52 is formed on the rear panel 20, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the female through hole 51 of the wearing state maintaining means 50 may be formed on the rear panel 20 and the male projection 52 may be formed on the front panel 10.
In addition, in the description of the above embodiment, although it is described that the uneven part 43 formed on the bottom surface central portion of the blank 100 is sequentially formed at a portion of the front panel 10 adjacent to the middle panel 30, a portion of the middle panel 30, and a portion of the rear panel 20 adjacent to the middle panel 30 in the direction in which the horizontal side 11 of the front panel 10 extends, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the portion of the front panel 10 and the middle panel 30 may be provided with a plurality of flattening portions 43a at intervals in the direction in which the horizontal side 11 extends. In this case, it is preferable from the viewpoint that the roughness of the uneven part 43 is not entirely uniform, so the user may selectively use the roughness of the uneven part 43.
