In order to solve the above technical problems, the technical solution provided by the invention is: a knife sharpener that can sharpen knives simultaneously on rough and fine grinding position of the knife sharpening seat, comprising a knife sharpening seat, a cover plate, a knife sharpening groove and a fine grinding column. The upper end of the knife sharpening seat is provided with the cover plate. The lower end of the sharpening seat is provided with a bottom fixing column. The inner bottom surface of the cover plate is provided with two sets of connecting columns. A connecting groove is arranged between the connecting column and the knife sharpening seat. The center position of the knife sharpening seat and the cover plate is correspondingly provided with a knife sharpening groove with notches on both sides. The fine grinding column is installed on the inner side of the sharpening groove on the sharpening seat. A rough grinding plate is set at a position symmetrical to the fine grinding plate based on the center of the cover plate.
As an improvement, the fine grinding column and the rough grinding plate are inlaid on the cover plate. There are two fine grinding columns and two the rough grinding plates and the angle between them is 25°-30°. The angle between the fine grinding columns and the rough grinding plates is on the same horizontal line. In this way, the fine grinding column is used for fine grinding the tool, and the rough grinding plate is used for the rough grinding the tool. They are installed on the inner side of the same sharpening seat, which improves the convenience of use.
As an improvement, the sharpening groove, the bottom fixing column and the connecting groove are integrally formed on the sharpening seat. In this way, the one-piece form ensures stability. In addition, the bottom fixing column facilitates the connection of the external wooden base.
As an improvement, the connecting column is integrally formed on the cover plate. In this way, the connecting column is used for connection.
As an improvement, the fine grinding column is made of ceramic bars, and the rough grinding disc is made of diamond or cemented carbide. In this way, different materials can be used to achieve different sharpening effects.

The device is used in combination with the sharpening seat. The included fine grinding position and rough grinding position can be converted on the knife sharpener itself, without taking up too much space of the sharpening seat. Two gears of rough and fine grinding positions of the device can be selected according to the wear degree of the knife blade to carry out the sharpening operation, or the rough and fine grinding positions can be used for sharpening operation at the same time, thereby improving the convenience of operation and occupying very little space.

Working principle: The device has two gears: the fine grinding position composed of the fine grinding column (5) and the rough grinding position composed of the rough grinding plate (6). The two gear grinding positions are kept on the same horizontal line. They can be used simultaneously, or can be used separately. The friction direction of the blade is kept at 45° from the horizontal direction. The knife can be pulled back from the tail of the blade. At the same time, two notches (9) are added to the sharpener, which can increase the integrity of sharpening blade of the tool and increase the applicability of the device. It is suitable for all kinds of knives to be sharpened. The function of the fine grinding position of the fine grinding column (5): finely sharpen the blade, repair the scratches on the blade, smooth the surface, and eliminate the small burrs on the blade. The function of the rough grinding position of the rough grinding plate (6): quickly shape the cutting edge, suitable for blunt knives. When in use, put the end of the knife into the sharpening edge to keep the blade perpendicular to the table and do not sway left and right. Press down with the usual sharpening force and then pull back from the tail of the blade.
