Claims
- 1. A process for the preparation of L-lysine by fermentation comprising the following steps:a) fermentation of L-lysine producing corynebacteria with an enhanced lysE gene, in which additionally genes selected from the group consisting of dapA gene, the lysC gene, the pyc gene and the dapB gene, individually or together, are enhanced, b) enrichment of L-lysine in the medium of in the cells of the bacteria, and c) isolation of L-lysine.
