The outer case is detachably mounted around the inner box and has a drawing slot, a mounting recess and multiple holding holes. The drawing slot is formed through a top of the outer case and communicates with the at least two chambers. The holding holes are formed through a bottom of the outer case and are respectively mounted around the positioning protrusions. The label tag groups are respectively mounted in the at least two chambers and each label tag group has multiple label tags.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

1. Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a tag dispenser, and more particularly to a label tag dispenser that can be refilled conveniently.

2. Description of Related Art

With reference to FIG. 9, a conventional label tag dispenser has a baseboard 60 and a cover 50. The baseboard 60 has a top. The cover 50 is hollow, is mounted securely on the top of the baseboard 60 by glue and has a top face, a chamber 51 and a drawing slot 52. The chamber 51 is formed between the cover 50 and the top of the baseboard 60 to contain label tags 40. The drawing slot 52 is formed through the top face of the cover 50 and communicates with the chamber 51 to enable one of the label tags 40 to extend out of the cover 50. Then, one of the label tags can be taken from the chamber 51 via the drawing slot 52 in use.

The conventional label tag dispenser can be used to store the label tags 40 to allow users to directly draw the label tags 40. Since the cover 50 of the conventional label tag dispenser is mounted securely on the baseboard 60 by glue, when the label tags 40 in the chamber 51 of are used up, the conventional label tag dispenser cannot be refilled and becomes useless and this not only increases the cost of production but also pollutes the environment due to the unrecyclable waste.

The present invention provides a label tag dispenser that mitigates or obviates the aforementioned problems.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The main objective of the present invention is to provide a label tag dispenser that can be refilled conveniently.

The label tag dispenser in accordance with the present invention has an inner box, an outer case and multiple label tag groups. The inner box is a rectangular box and has at least two chambers and multiple positioning protrusions. The at least two chambers are formed in the inner box and are arranged in order at intervals. The positioning protrusions are formed on and protrude from a closed bottom of the inner box, align with each other and are respectively corresponding to the at least two chambers. The outer case is detachably mounted around the inner box and has a drawing slot, a mounting recess and multiple holding holes. The drawing slot is formed through a top of the outer case and communicates with the at least two chambers. The mounting recess is formed in the outer case to mount around the inner box and communicates with the drawing slot and the at least two chambers. The holding holes are formed through a bottom of the outer case, communicate with the mounting recess and are respectively mounted around the positioning protrusions. The label tag groups are respectively mounted in the at least two chambers and each label tag group has multiple label tags.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, a label tag dispenser in accordance with the present invention has an inner box 20, an outer case 30 and multiple label tag groups 10.

The inner box 20 is a rectangular box and has two ends, a closed bottom, at least two chambers 21, multiple positioning protrusions 22 and two inserting recesses 23. The at least two chambers 21 are formed in the inner box 20, are arranged in order at intervals between the ends of the inner box 20 and each one of the at least two chambers 21 has a same volume. The positioning protrusions 22 are formed on and protrude from the closed bottom of the inner box 20, align with each other and are respectively corresponding to the at least two chambers 21 of the inner box 20. The inserting recesses 23 are respectively formed in the closed bottom of the inner box 20 at the ends of the inner box 20.

The outer case 30 is formed by folding a board, is detachably mounted around the inner box 20 and has a top, a bottom, two open ends, a drawing slot 31, a mounting recess 32, multiple holding holes 33 and two curved segments 34. The drawing slot 31 is formed through the top of the outer case 30 and communicates with the at least two chambers 21 of the inner box 20. The mounting recess 32 is formed in the outer case 30 to mount around the inner box 20 and communicates with the drawing slot 31 of the outer case 30 and the at least two chambers 21 of the inner box 20.

With reference to FIGS. 2 to 4, the holding holes 33 are formed through the bottom of the outer case 30, communicate with the mounting recess 32 of the outer case 30 and are respectively mounted around the positioning protrusions 22 of the inner box 20 to hold the inner box 20 securely with the outer case 30. The curved segments 34 are respectively formed on the bottom of the outer case 30 at the open ends of the outer case 30 and are respectively corresponding to the inserting recesses 23 of the inner box 20 as shown in FIG. 3.

The label tag groups 10 are respectively mounted in the at least two chambers 21 of the inner box 20 and each label tag group 10 has a volume and multiple label tags 11. The volumes of the label tag groups 10 are smaller than the volumes of the at least two chambers 21 of the inner box 20. The label tags 11 of each label tag group 10 are adhered to each other in opposite directions as shown in FIG. 5. In addition, each label tag 11 has a color and the colors of the label tags can be the same or different. The upmost label tag 11 of each label tag group 10 extends out of the outer case 30 via the drawing slot 31.

With reference to FIG. 3, when the inner box 20 is mounted in the mounting recess 32 of the outer case 30, the positioning protrusions 22 are respectively mounted in the holding holes 33 to hold the inner box 20 securely with the outer case 30 and this can provide a positioning effect for the label tag dispenser in accordance with the present invention. In addition, with reference to FIG. 4, when a topmost label tag 11 of one of the label tag groups 10 is taken out of the outer case 30 via the drawing slot 31, the inner box 20 will not move relative to the outer case 30 due to the engagement between the positioning protrusions 22 of the inner box 20 and the holding holes 33 of the outer case 30.

With reference to FIG. 6, when using the label tag dispenser in accordance with the present invention, a user can push one of the ends of the inner box 20 to move inward the outer case 30 via a corresponding curved segment 34 of the outer case 30 to make the other end of the inner box 20 extend out of the outer case 30. Then, one of the fingers of the user can insert into the inserting recess 23 of the inner box 20 on the end of the inner box 20 that extends out of the outer case 30 to make the inner box 20 linearly move relative to the outer case 30 and out from one end of the outer case 30 shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 to refill the inner box 20 with a new label tag group 10 conveniently. When one of the at least two chambers 21 of the inner box 20 is moved out of the outer case 30, the positioning protrusion 22 that is mounted in the mounting recess 32 of the outer case 30 can be mounted securely in one of the holding holes 33 of the outer case 30 and this can prevent the inner box 20 from separating or dropping out from the outer case 30.

Consequently, when using the label tag dispenser in accordance with the present invention, the label tag groups 10 that are mounted between the inner box 20 and the outer case 30 can be replaced conveniently by pushing and pulling the inner box 20 relative to the outer case 30 to refill new label tag groups 10 in the inner box 20 and this can decrease the cost of production and reduce the environmental pollution.

Even though numerous characteristics and advantages of the present invention have been set forth in the foregoing description, together with details of the structure and features of the invention, the disclosure is illustrative only. Changes may be made in the details, especially in matters of shape, size, and arrangement of parts within the principles of the invention to the full extent indicated by the broad general meaning of the terms in which the appended claims are expressed.
