Claims
- 1. A curable composition consisting essentially of a composition which comprises a compound of the formula (II): ##STR43## wherein, R is an alkyl group, an aromatic group or an alkenyl group having carbon number of from 1 to 30, Y.sup.2 is at least one of the structural groups; ##STR44## X is the structural group derived from a lactone; ##STR45## R.sup.a and R.sup.b each independently is hydrogen or a methyl group, c and c' is a number of from 4 to 8, from n1 to nL is 0 or a number of more than 0, respectively, n1+n2+n3+ . . . +nL is 1 or a number of more than 1, which corresponds to the total mole numbers of a lactone introduced into one molecule and an epoxy resin curing agent.
- 2. A curable composition as set forth in claim 1, wherein said curing composition is heatcurable.
- 3. A curable composition as set forth in claim 1, wherein said curable agent is photo-curable.
- 4. A curable composition as set forth in claim 1, wherein said X is --O--(CH.sub.2).sub.6 --CO--.
- 5. A curable composition as set forth in claim 1, wherein said R is ##STR46##
- 6. A curable composition as set forth in claim 1, wherein said R is ##STR47##
- 7. A polymerizable vinyl composition obtained by reacting a composition which comprises a compound represented by formula (II): ##STR48## wherein, R is an alkyl group, an aromatic group or an alkenyl group having carbon number of from 1 to 30, Y.sup.2 is at least one of the structural groups; ##STR49## X is the structural group derived from; ##STR50## R.sup.a and R.sup.b each is hydrogen or a methyl group, c and c' represent a number of from 4 to 8, from n1 to nL represents 0 or a number of more than 0, respectively, n1+n2+n3+ . . . +nL is 1 or a number of more than 1, which corresponds to the total mole numbers of a lactone introduced into one molecule, with an unsaturated organic acid or an anhydride thereof.
- 8. A photo-curable composition consisting essentially of;
- (a) from 5 to 95 parts by weight of a polymerizable composition obtained by a composition which comprises a compound of the formula (II): ##STR51## wherein, R is an alkyl group, an aromatic group or an alkenyl group having carbon number of from 1 to 30, Y.sup.2 is at least one of the structural groups; ##STR52## X is the structural group derived from a lactone; ##STR53## R.sup.a and R.sup.b each independently is hydrogen or a methyl group, c and c' is a number of from 4 to 8, from n1 to nL represents 0 or a number of more than 0, respectively, n1+n2+n3+ . . . +nL is 1 or a number of more than 1, which corresponds to the total mole numbers of a lactone introduced into one molecule;
- (b) from 95 to 5 parts by weight of a vinyl compound having an ethylenically unsaturated group, and optionally;
- (c) from 0 to 10 parts by weight of a photosensitizer.
