Claims
- 1. A large-depth underground drainage facility comprising an underground water channel in an underground location at a great depth and into which drain water flows from drainage channels; a vertical water channel; a pumping tank, the bottom of said pumping tank being above the depth of said underground water channel and communicating through said vertical water channel with a downstream end of said underground water channel; a vertical discharge channel having an outlet near the ground surface; and a drainage pump for drawing water from said pumping tank and pumping the drawn water through said vertical discharge channel to said outlet, said drainage pump being disposed at substantially the level of said bottom of said pumping tank and having a pump suction port communicating with said pumping tank and disposed to pump water from substantially the level of the bottom of said pumping tank.
- 2. A drainage pump having an impeller disposed between a top surface of a downstream end of an underground water channel provided in an underground location and the ground surface; and a suction port communicating with a pumping tank disposed above the depth of the underground water channel and in communication with the downstream end of the underground water channel.
- 3. A drainage pump as claimed in claim 2, wherein the underground water channel is at a great depth underground.
- 4. A drainage system comprising an underground water channel provided in an underground location beneath a ground surface, the underground water channel having a downstream end with a top surface; a pumping tank communicating with the downstream end of the underground water channel and having a bottom surface above the depth of the underground water channel; and a drainage pump disposed between the top surface of the downstream end of the underground water channel and the ground surface and having a suction port communicating with the pumping tank.
- 5. A drainage water system as claimed in claim 4, wherein the underground water channel is at a great depth underground.
- 6. A drainage water system comprising an underground water channel provided in an underground location; a pumping tank disposed above the depth of the underground water channel; a vertical water channel connecting the pumping tank to the underground water channel for providing water from the underground water channel to the pumping tank; and a pump for pumping water from the pumping tank to a discharge location near the ground surface, the pump being disposed at a level adjacent the bottom of the pumping tank and having a suction port communicating with the pumping tank.
- 7. A drainage water system as claimed in claim 6, wherein the underground water channel is at a great depth underground.
- 8. A drainage water system comprising an underground water channel provided in an underground location, the water channel having a downstream end with a top surface; a pumping tank disposed above the depth of the underground water channel and communicating with the downstream end of the water channel, the pumping tank having a bottom level disposed between the top surface of the downstream end of the underground water channel and the ground surface; and a pump having a suction port communicating with the pumping tank.
- 9. A drainage water system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the underground water channel is at a great depth underground.
- 10. A drainage water system comprising an underground water channel provided in an underground location, the water channel having a deep downstream end with a top surface; a pumping tank disposed at a level above the underground water channel and communicating with the downstream end of the underground water channel; and a pump having a suction port at a level between the top surface of the downstream end of the underground water channel and the ground surface, the suction port communicating with the pumping tank.
- 11. A drainage water system as claimed in claim 10, wherein the underground water channel is at a great depth underground.
- 12. A drainage water system comprising an underground water channel in an underground location, the water channel having a deep downstream end with a top surface; a pumping tank disposed at a level above the underground water channel and communicating with the downstream end of the underground water channel, the pumping tank having a bottom level between the level of the top surface of the downstream end and the ground surface; and a pump having a suction port disposed at a level between the top surface of the downstream end of the underground water channel and the ground surface, the pump suction port communicating with the pumping tank.
- 13. A drainage water system as claimed in claim 12, wherein the underground water channel is at a great depth underground.
- 14. A drainage pump for drawing water flowing into a pumping tank through a vertical channel from a downstream end of an underground water channel provided in an underground location at a great depth, below the depth of the pumping tank, and for pumping the drawn water to a discharge location near the ground surface, said drainage pump having an impeller disposed substantially at the level of the bottom of said pumping tank and having a suction port communicating with said pumping tank.
- 15. A drainage pump having a suction port communicating with a pumping tank which is in communication with the downstream end of an underground water channel provided in an underground location at a great depth, below the depth of the pumping tank, the level of the bottom of said pumping tank being disposed between said downstream end and the ground surface.
- 16. A drainage pump having a suction port disposed between a top surface of the deepest portion of an underground water channel provided in an underground location at a great depth and the ground surface, said suction port communicating with a pumping tank which is above the level of said underground water channel and is in communication with the downstream end of said underground water channel.
- 17. A drainage pump having a suction port disposed between a top surface of the deepest portion of an underground water channel, provided in an underground location at a great depth, and the ground surface, said suction port communicating with a pumping tank which is above the level of said underground water channel and is in communication with the downstream end of said underground water channel, the level of the bottom of said pumping tank being disposed between said downstream end and the ground surface.
- 18. A drainage pump for drawing water flowing into a pumping tank from a downstream end of an underground water channel provided in an underground location at a depth below the depth of the pumping tank, through a vertical water channel connecting the pumping tank to the underground water channel, and pumping the drawn water to a discharge location near the ground surface, said drainage pump having an impeller disposed substantially at the level of the bottom of said pumping tank and having a suction port communicating with said pumping tank.
- 19. A drainage pump having a suction port disposed between a top surface of the deepest portion of an underground water channel provided in an underground location and the ground surface, said suction port communicating with a pumping tank which is above the depth of the underground water channel and is in communication with the downstream end of said underground water channel.
- 20. A drainage pump having a suction port disposed between a top surface of the deepest portion of an underground water channel provided in an underground location and the ground surface, said suction port communicating with a pumping tank which is above the depth of the underground water channel and is in communication with the downstream end of said underground water channel, the level of the bottom of said pumping tank being disposed between said downstream end and the ground surface.
- 21. In an underground drainage facility, including an underground water channel provided in an underground location and having a downstream end with a top surface; and a pumping tank disposed at a level above the underground water channel, the pumping tank being in communication with the downstream end of the underground water channel, the improvement comprising a drainage pump having a suction port disposed between the top surface of the downstream end of the underground water channel and the ground surface and communicating with the downstream end of the underground water channel.
- 22. In an underground drainage facility, including an underground water channel provided in an underground location at a great depth; a pumping tank disposed at a level above the underground water channel; a vertical water channel connecting the pumping tank with the downstream end of the underground water channel; and a discharge location near the ground surface, the improvement comprising a drainage pump for drawing water flowing into the pumping tank from the downstream end of the underground water channel and pumping the drawn water to the discharge location, said drainage pump being disposed substantially at the level of the bottom of said pumping tank and having a suction port communicating with said pumping tank.
- 23. In an underground drainage facility, including an underground water channel provided in an underground location at a great depth beneath the ground surface; a pumping tank having a bottom surface disposed at a level between the level of the downstream end of the underground water channel and the ground surface, the pumping tank being in communication with the downstream end of the underground water channel, the improvement comprising a drainage pump having a suction port disposed between the top surface of the deepest portion of the underground water channel and the ground surface and communicating with the pumping tank.
- 24. In an underground drainage facility, including an underground water channel provided in an underground location at a great depth beneath the ground surface; a pumping tank disposed at a depth above the underground water channel, the pumping tank being in communication with the downstream end of the underground water channel, the improvement comprising a drainage pump having a suction port disposed between the top surface of the deepest portion of the underground water channel and the ground surface and communicating with the pumping tank.
- 25. In an underground drainage facility, including an underground water channel provided in an underground location at a great depth beneath the ground surface; a pumping tank having a bottom surface disposed at a level between the level of the downstream end of the underground water channel and the ground surface, the pumping tank being in communication with the downstream end of the underground water channel, the improvement comprising a drainage pump having a suction port disposed between the top surface of the deepest portion of the underground water channel and the ground surface and communicating with the pumping tank.
