Claims
- 1. An apparatus comprising:a spindle for rotating a substrate having first and second surfaces; and means for laser texturing the first and second surfaces of the substrate.

This application is a divisional of application Ser. No. 08/954.585 filed Oct. 20, 1997 now U.S. Pat. No. 5,952,058.
This application claims priority from provisional patent application Ser. No. 60/037,627, filed Jan. 15, 1997, the entire disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
Some of the subject matter disclosed in this application is similar to subject matter disclosed in copending application Ser. No. 08/919,601 filed on Aug. 28, 1997.
