Claims
- 1. A heat storage apparatus comprising a receptacle filled with a heat storage material for allowing supercooling and discharging latent heat by a phase change from liquid to solid in response to stimulation, said receptacle being provided with a port, a capillary member to be stimulated being tightly fitted in said port and having a portion thereof embedded in said heat storage material, and said port being covered with a removable cap for preventing said capillary member from being exposed to the outside air and from being accidentally stimulated, wherein, for obtaining heat, said removable cap is removed from the receptacle and said capillary member is stimulated.
- 2. A heat storage apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said capillary member is a yarn-like member.
