Claims
- 1. A lens barrel having an optical system having a plurality of lens groups, said lens barrel comprising:
a lens supporting frame to which a frontmost lens group of said plurality of lens groups is fixed; a first moving frame to which said lens supporting frame is screw-engaged; a second moving frame to which a rear lens group of said plurality of lens groups which is positioned behind said frontmost lens group is supported; and a support frame movement mechanism for moving said first moving frame and said second moving frame between respective ready-to-photograph positions and respective accommodation positions located behind said respective ready-to-photograph positions in an optical axis direction; wherein said support frame movement mechanism makes said first moving frame and said second moving frame rotate about said optical axis relative to each other with said lens supporting frame and said second moving frame being in contact with each other when said first moving frame and said second moving frame are respectively positioned in the vicinity of said respective accommodation positions; and wherein one of said lens supporting frame and said second moving frame includes a low-frictional portion provided on a contacting surface thereof.
- 2. The lens barrel according to claim 1, wherein said low-frictional portion comprises a low-frictional sheet fixed to said contacting surface.
- 3. The lens barrel according to claim 1, wherein a fixing position of said lens supporting frame relative to said first moving frame in said optical axis direction is adjusted via said screw-engagement therebetween during assembly.
- 4. The lens barrel according to claim 2, wherein said low-frictional sheet is fixed to a contacting surface of said second moving frame which comes into sliding contact with a contacting surface of said lens supporting frame.
- 5. The lens barrel according to claim 2, wherein said lens barrel comprises a zoom lens barrel.
