Claims
- 1. A lens-fitted photo film unit, having a housing being pre-loaded with unexposed photo film, and incorporating a taking lens and a shutter mechanism, said lens-fitted photo film unit comprising:a wrapping member wound about at least one portion of said housing in belt-like fashion, and attached to said housing with water soluble adhesive agent.
- 2. A lens-fitted photo film unit as defined in claim 1, wherein said wrapping member is mounted on a bottom, a top, a front and a rear of said housing, and wound substantially vertically relative to said housing.
- 3. A lens-fitted photo film unit as defined in claim 2, wherein said adhesive agent is applied to two edge regions of said wrapping member.
- 4. The lens-fitted photo film unit of claim 1, or in the lens-fitted photo film unit would be attached wrapping member is enclosed within a bag.
- 5. A lens-fitted photo film unit having a housing being pre-loaded with unexposed photo film, and incorporating a taking lens and a shutter mechanism, said lens-fitted photo film unit comprising:a wrapping member wound about at least one portion of said housing in belt-like fashion, and attached to said housing with water soluble adhesive agent; and a substantially straight groove, formed in an outside of said housing, and extended transverse to a direction of winding said wrapping member, said groove having two distal ends, and being covered between said distal ends by said wrapping member.
- 6. A lens-fitted photo film unit as defined in claim 5, wherein said groove is formed in said rear of said housing, and 0.5-5.0 mm wide, and 0.5-2.0 mm deep.
- 7. A lens-fitted photo film unit as defined in claim 5, wherein said wrapping member is mounted on a bottom, a top, a front and a rear of said housing, and wound substantially vertically relative to said housing.
- 8. A lens-fitted photo film unit, having a housing, said housing including a main body, a front cover and a rear cover, said main body incorporating a taking lens and a shutter mechanism, a rear of said main body being pre-loaded with unexposed photo film, said front cover protecting a front of said main body, and said rear cover closing said rear of said main body in light-tight fashion, said lens-fitted photo film unit comprising:a wrapping member arranged transverse to a borderline defined between said front cover and said rear cover, wound about at least one portion of said housing in belt-like fashion, and attached to said housing with a water soluble adhesive agent.
- 9. A lens-fitted photo film unit as defined in claim 8, wherein said wrapping member is mounted on a bottom, a top, a front and a rear of said housing.
- 10. A lens-fitted photo film unit as defined in claim 9, further comprising:a projecting portion, disposed to project from said front cover, for protecting at least said taking lens; and a front opening, formed in said wrapping member, for receiving insertion of said projecting portion while said wrapping member is mounted on a front of said housing.
- 11. A lens-fitted photo film unit as defined in claim 10, wherein said front cover, said rear cover and said member are respectively formed of common synthetic resin.
- 12. The lens-fitted photo film unit of claim 8, or in the lens-fitted photo film unit would be attached wrapping member is enclosed within a bag.
- 13. A lens-fitted photo film unit, having a housing, said housing including a main body, a front cover and a rear cover, said main body incorporating a taking lens and a shutter mechanism, a rear of said main body being pre-loaded with unexposed photo film, said front cover protecting a front of said main body, and said rear cover closing said rear of said main body in light-tight fashion, said lens-fitted photo film unit comprising:a wrapping member, including: a strip portion wound about at least said one portion of said housing in belt-like fashion and arranged transverse to a borderline defined between said front cover and said rear cover; and first and second flaps disposed to project respectively from longer sides of said strip portion and directed opposite to each other, bent in a channel shape, and adhered to said housing by a water soluble adhesive agent.
- 14. A lens-fitted photo film unit as defined in claim 13, further comprising:a projecting portion, disposed to project from said front cover, for protecting at least said taking lens; and a front opening, formed in said wrapping member, for receiving insertion of said projecting portion while said wrapping member is mounted on a front of said housing.
- 15. A lens-fitted photo film unit as defined in claim 14, wherein said borderline crosses said strip portion, and crosses said first and/or second flap.
- 16. The lens-fitted photo film unit of claim 13, or in the lens-fitted photo film unit would be attached wrapping member is enclosed within a bag.
- 17. The lens-fitted photo film unit of claim 1, wherein said housing includes a main body, a front cover and a rear cover, said main body incorporating the taking lens and shutter mechanism, said front cover protecting a front of said main body, and said rear cover closing said rear of said main body in light-tight fashion, wherein the wrapping member is mounted to the housing by a method comprising steps of:supplying said wrapping member shaped as a sheet strip, there being a front opening formed in said wrapping member, there being a projecting portion disposed to project from said front cover for protecting at least said taking lens, and insertable in said front opening; mounting said wrapping member on a front of said housing while said projecting portion is inserted in said front opening; arranging said wrapping member transverse to a borderline defined between said front cover and said rear cover; and after mounting said wrapping member on said front of said housing, mounting said wrapping member serially on plural mounting faces of said housing, to wind said wrapping member about said housing in belt-like fashion.
- 18. The lens-fitted photo film unit of claim 17, wherein the method of mounting of wrapping further comprises steps of:holding at least one face of said housing while a front of said housing is directed upwards, said at least one face being different from said front and from said plural mounting faces; and placing said wrapping member on said housing being held, said projecting portion being inserted in said front opening in said wrapping member.
- 19. The lens-fitted photo film unit as defined in claim 18, wherein said wrapping member is attached to said housing with pressure sensitive adhesive agent.
- 20. The lens-fitted photo film unit as defined in claim 19, wherein said plural mounting faces of said housing include a bottom, a top and a rear of said housing, and said borderline lies along one longer side of said rear of said housing at least partially.
- 21. The lens-fitted photo film unit of claim 20, wherein the method of mounting of wrapping further comprises steps of:pressing said wrapping member against said front of said housing; pressing said wrapping member against said bottom of said housing while said wrapping member is bent along a bottom side of said front, to attach a first end of said wrapping member to said bottom; pressing said wrapping member against said top of said housing while e said wrapping member is bent along a top side of said front; pressing said wrapping member against said rear of said housing while said wrapping member is bent along a top side of said rear; and pressing a second end of said wrapping member against said first end while said wrapping member is bent along a bottom side of said rear.
- 22. The lens-fitted photo film unit as defined in claim 17, wherein said wrapping member includes: a strip portion wound about at least said one portion of said housing in belt-like fashion; and first and second flaps disposed to project respectively from longer sides of said strip portion and directed opposite to each other.
- 23. The lens-fitted photo film unit as defined in claim 17, wherein said front cover, said rear cover said wrapping member are respectively formed of common synthetic resin.
- 24. An apparatus for mounting of wrapping for a lens-fitted photo film unit, said lens-fitted photo film unit having a housing and a wrapping member for covering at least one portion of said housing, said housing including a main body, a front cover and a rear cover, said main body incorporating a taking lens and a shutter mechanism, a rear of said main body being pre-loaded with unexposed photo film, said front cover protecting a front of said main body, and said rear cover closing said rear of said main body in light-tight fashion, said apparatus for mounting of wrapping comprising:a wrapping member supplier for supplying said wrapping member shaped as a sheet strip, there being a front opening formed in said wrapping member, there being a projecting portion disposed to project from said front cover for protecting at least said taking lens, said wrapping member being mounted on a front of said housing while said projecting portion is inserted in said front opening; and a wrapping member winder for mounting said wrapping member serially on plural mounting faces of said housing after said wrapping member supplier mounts said wrapping member on said front of said housing, to wind said wrapping member about said housing in belt-like fashion, said wrapping member being arranged transverse to a borderline defined between said front cover and said rear cover.
