Abstract
A liftable tool box for a waist belt includes an upper cover and a bottom box. The liftable tool box worn on the waist belt using an elastic hook can be directly opened so that tools may be taken out of or inserted into the tool box. The bottom box may be opened to a horizontal state perpendicular to the upper cover so that the tools in the bottom box may be conveniently accessed. Thus, the tool box can be conveniently carried on the waist belt while the tools in the tool box can be arbitrarily accessed.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

(1) Field of the Invention

The invention relates to a liftable tool box, and more particularly to a liftable tool box that may be worn on a waist belt and can be opened on the waist belt so that tools disposed therein may be conveniently accessed.

(2) Description of the Prior Art

Tools for screwing various screwing elements have been diversified due to the provision of various diversified work pieces. For example, one single tool has been changed to several tens of tools. Taking the screw as an example, minus-type, plus-type and hex socket screw heads have to be driven by driver heads with different specifications. Also, the same type of screw heads may have several tens of different sizes. Thus, carrying only two or three screw drivers cannot satisfy the professional user or the home user. So, a tool set kid having several tens of driver heads should be prepared.

Thus, various tool boxes for accommodating various specifications of driver heads have been developed.

However, this portable tool box is worn on a waist belt through a hook disposed outside a bottom box of the tool box. Thus, the tool box has to be removed from the waist belt so that the tool box can be opened and the tools disposed therein may be accessed. Then, the box has to be worn on the waist belt, and another stoppage in use also rises. That is, the user has to remove the tool box from the waist belt and then wear the tool box on the waist belt repeatedly, thereby causing the inconvenience in using this tool box.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In view of the associated problems induced by the design defects of the conventional tool box, the present inventor has paid attention to the research and development and thus developed this liftable tool box. The main object is to change the design rule of the conventional tool box. An elastic hook is disposed on an external side of an upper cover of the tool box. Thus, a bottom box of the tool box may be opened to a horizontal state perpendicular to the upper cover so that tools in the bottom box may be conveniently accessed. Thus, the tool box can be conveniently carried on a waist belt while the tools in the tool box can be arbitrarily accessed.

Further aspects, objects, and desirable features of the invention will be better understood from the detailed description and drawings that follow in which various embodiments of the disclosed invention are illustrated by way of examples.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

FIG. 1 is a schematic illustration showing a closed state of a tool box of the invention.

FIG. 2 is a schematic illustration showing an opened state of the tool box of the invention.

FIG. 3 is a schematic illustration showing a used state when the tool box of the invention is worn on a waist belt.

FIG. 4 is a schematic illustration showing the operation of wearing the tool box on the waist belt according to the invention.

FIG. 5 is a schematic illustration showing the used state when the tool box of the invention is worn on the waist belt.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The structural features of the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a tool box of the invention includes an upper cover (11) and a bottom box (21). The upper cover (11) has a reinforced connector (12), which has a fastener (13) connected to the bottom box (21). An elastic hook (14) is disposed at a middle of the outside of the upper cover (11). A chamber (15) for accommodating a waist belt is formed under the hook (14). When the fastener (13) of the upper cover (11) is opened, as shown in FIG. 2, the bottom box (21) is perpendicular to the upper cover (11). A connection rod (22) and various tool heads (23) may be accommodated within the bottom box (21). An elastic sleeve (25) for holding each tool head (23) is disposed in each hole (24) so that the tool head (23) may be firmly inserted into the hole (24) and cannot fall out with the movement of the worker. The elastic sleeves (25) may be separated from one another or connected together.

As shown in FIG. 3, when the user wants to engage the tool box with his/her waist belt (30) using the hook (14) of the upper cover (11), as shown in FIG. 1, he or she only has to open the fastener (13) of the upper cover (11), and the bottom box (21) may be opened and thus perpendicular to the upper cover (11). Thus, the user only has to droop to clearly see the positions of the tool heads (23) in the bottom box (21) so that the user can directly take any tool head (23) out of the box or put any tool head (23) into the box beside his/her waist. Thus, the box can be conveniently carried and the synchronous operation may be done so that the maximum convenience can be obtained.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the tool box of the invention is to be used, the elastic hook (14) disposed on an external side of the upper cover (11) is opened so that the box may engage with the waist belt (30) or may be separated from the waist belt (30). When the box is worn on the waist belt (30), the waist belt (30) may be accommodated within the chamber (15) so that a smoothing effect at the position of the waist belt (30) may be obtained. When the fastener (13) is opened, the bottom box (21) thereof is in a horizontal state so that the tools therein may be conveniently taken out of or inserted into the box.

New characteristics and advantages of the invention covered by this document have been set forth in the foregoing description. It is to be expressly understood, however, that the drawings are for the purpose of illustration only and are not intended as a definition of the limits of the invention. Changes in methods, shapes, structures or devices may be made in details without exceeding the scope of the invention by those who are skilled in the art. The scope of the invention is, of course, defined in the language in which the appended claims are expressed.
