- .PHI..sub.0 (X, Y)=k.sub.2 (C.sub.1 X.sup.2 +C.sub.2 Y.sup.2), k.sub.2 =2.pi./.lambda..sub.2 where .lambda..sub.2 is a wavelength of said incident light; and ##EQU35## where .lambda..sub.1 is a wavelength of a constructing wave used for forming said fixed hologram plate.
- 2. A light-beam scanning apparatus for conducting a light scanning on a scanning surface by diffracting an incident light from a light source portion by a rotatable hologram, and by diffracting, by a fixed hologram plate, the resulting diffracted light for use in a scanning conducted by a rotation of said rotatable hologram,
- wherein said fixed hologram plate has a phase distribution .PHI..sub.H represented as a difference obtained when subtracting a reference wave phase .PHI..sub.R defined below from an object wave phase .PHI..sub.O defined below, where X is a scanning direction and Y is a cross scanning direction, C.sub.0, C.sub.1, C.sub.2, Y.sub.0, and Z.sub.0 are constants, where
- .PHI..sub.0 (X, Y)=k.sub.2 (C.sub.1 X.sup.2 +C.sub.2 Y.sup.2 +C.sub.0 Y), k.sub.2 =2.pi./.lambda..sub.2 where .lambda..sub.2 is a wavelength of said incident light; and ##EQU36## where k.sub.1 =2.pi./.lambda..sub.1 and where .lambda..sub.1 is a wavelength of a constructing wave used for forming said fixed hologram plate.
- 3. A light-beam scanning apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein said fixed hologram plate has an interference fringe distribution prepared by two waves: a wave having a spherical aberration, the aberration amount being detected in the Y direction, an astigmatism, and a coma; and a wave having a spherical aberration and astigmatism of a wavelength different from a wavelength of a reconstructing wave.
- 4. A light-beam scanning apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein said fixed hologram plate has said interference fringe distribution prepared by said wave whose spherical aberration is produced by allowing a light from a point-light source to pass through a plano-convex lens and whose elliptical phase and coma are produced by means of a plano-concave cylindrical lens, and by said other wave whose elliptical phase and a line-light-source wavefront are produced by allowing a light from a point-light source to pass through a plano-convex cylindrical lens.
- 5. A light-beam scanning apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein said fixed hologram plate has an interference fringe distribution prepared by two waves: a wave which provides a spherical aberration from a point-light source, a Y-component of an elliptical phase wave, and a coma; and a wave having a line-light-source wavefront and an X-component of a wave having an elliptical phase.
- 6. A light-beam scanning apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein said fixed hologram plate has said interference fringe distribution prepared by said wave whose spherical aberration is produced by allowing a light from a point-light source to pass through a plano-convex lens and whose elliptical phase and coma are produced by a plano-concave cylindrical lens, and by said other wave whose elliptical phase and a line-light-source wavefront are produced by allowing a light from a point-light source to pass through a plano-convex cylindrical lens.
