Claims
- 1. Light source (1) for an atomizing device more specifically an atom absorption spectrometer with one, two or several lamps (2, 3, 4 and 5), the ray of which may be selected by means of at least one of at least two dimensionally moveable optical selectors (6) in the direction of the atomizing device and is moveable and therefore characterized, by the fact that the selection element (6) can be turned by means of a rotational spindle (7) and is highly adjustable.
- 2. Light source mentioned in claim 1 characterized by the fact that lamps (2, 3, 4 and 5) are essentially linked to the selection element (6) are arranged.
- 3. Light source mentioned in claim 1 or 2, characterized by the fact that between radiation outlet windows (8) of each lamp (2, 3, 4 and 5) and selector (6) at least one optical steering element (9, 10, 11 and 12) is arranged.
- 4. Light source mentioned in one of the above claims, characterized by the fact that the steering element (9, 10, 11 and 12) is a 90°-steering element.
- 5. Light source mentioned in one of the above claims, characterized by the fact that the lamps (2, 3, 4 and 5) are aligned in pairs diametrically facing each other in relation to the selector (6).
- 6. Light source mentioned in one of the above claims, characterized by the fact that through the selector (6) which can steer by means of specific steering elements (9, 10, 11 and 12), the ray received from the light source mentioned in one of the above claims, characterized by the fact that the rotation spindle can be steered to the direction of axial rotation (13).
- 7. Light source mentioned in one of the above claims, characterized by the fact that the ray path (14) of the light source (1) is arranged subsequent to the selector (6) and optical central steering element (15), which the radiation essentially at 90°-turns to the direction of atomizing device.
- 8. Light source mentioned in one of the above claims, characterized by the fact that the central steering element (15) between the lamps (2, 3, 4 and 5) is arranged and the ray steered between two adjacent lamps (4, 5).
- 9. Light source mentioned in one of the above claims, characterized by the fact that selection element (6) and/or steering element (9, 10, 11 and 12) and/or central steering element (15) are also supplied as optical reflection elements.
- 10. Light source mentioned in one of the above claims, characterized by the fact that the rotation spindle (7) is linked to a drive motor (16).
- 11. Light source mentioned in one of the above claims, characterized by the fact that the drive motor is a stepping motor (16).
- 12. Light source mentioned in one of the above claims, characterized by the fact that the lamp (2, 3, 4 and 5) is a hollow cathode lamp or electrode free discharge lamp.
