Claims
- 1. A method of manufacturing a light-transmissive, low-ohmic coating on a substrate, characterized in that the coating is manufactured byproviding the substrate with a porous layer comprising high index material having an index of refraction which is higher than the substrate, subsequently applying a coating solution of a monomer of which the polymer is conductive and an Fe(III) salt on the substrate, whereafter a treatment at an increased temperature is carried out, thereby forming a layer comprising a conductive polymer and an Fe(II) salt, after which the double layer is rinsed with an ethanolic solution which is capable of extracting Fe salts, thereby forming a first layer having an index of refraction which is higher than the index of refraction of the substrate and a second layer forming an electroconductive layer having an index of refraction which is lower than the index of refraction of the substrate.
- 2. A method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the high index material comprises a material from the group consisting of ATO, ITO and TiO2.
- 3. A method as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that TEOS is used as the ethanolic SiO2 precursor.
- 4. A method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that an ethanolic SiO2 precursor is used as the ethanolic solution.
- 5. A method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the temperature is increased to not more than 170° C.
