FIG. 8 is cross-sectional view taken through line VIII-VIII of FIG. 6.

The area denoted by cross-hatching in FIG. 8 is formed from a transparent or translucent material and the small circular-like elements shown therein are cavities or voids formed in the transparent or translucent material.
