1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a linkage rod for a vertical window blind transmission seat which comprises a clamping groove used to engage with a notch located at one side of the transmission seat, a blocking head formed at a front end of the linkage rod, an inward concave edge formed at one side of the linkage rod, a flange block formed on a top of the linkage rod, and a stopping block formed on the top of the linkage rod. The flange block, and the stopping block are located behind the clamping groove for engaging with an inserted sheet of a movable seat, by such arrangements, the operation of pulling the linkage rod out causes an elastic deformation of the inserted sheet to make the flange block pass through the space under the inserted sheet, so as to restrict the inserted sheet between the flange block and the stopping block, thus realizing a linkage of the transmission seat and a fixed connection with the movable seat.
2. Description of the Prior Art
A conventional window blind comprises a plurality of vertical blind sheets. The respective movable seats of the upper rail suspend the respective vertical blind sheets. In addition that the steering seat of each movable seat is pivotally coupled with the steering rod, between the movable seats, the linkage sheet is assembled with the inserted sheet to realize linkage. The front-located movable seat must be linked with a transmission seat (the transmission seat can rotate the steering rod through the rotation of an operating rod). By such arrangements, the operating seat of the transmission seat can be used to drive every movable seat to perform the pulling-out/back operation, so as to unfold and fold the blind sheets.
The linkage rod of the conventional transmission seat and the movable seat is designed by adopting a special technology, namely, the transmission seat must be specially configured according to the linkage rod. Thereby, the conventional linkage rod can be only applied on a special structure, but cannot be used together with a general transmission seat. Hence, once the linkage rod is damaged, the transmission seat must be replaced together with the linkage rod, thus wasting the use cost and resource.
In order to solve the abovementioned problems, based on the years of experience of designing and manufacturing the window blind, the applicant of the present invention has developed a linkage rod in accordance with the present invention.
The present invention relates to a linkage rod for a vertical window blind transmission seat which comprises a clamping groove used to engage with a notch located at one side of the transmission seat, a blocking head formed at a front end of the linkage rod, an inward concave edge formed at one side of the linkage rod behind the clamping groove, a flange block formed on a top of the linkage rod behind the clamping groove, and a stopping block formed on a top of the linkage rod behind the clamping groove. The flange block, and the stopping block are located behind the clamping groove for engaging with an inserted sheet of a movable seat. Hence, the present invention can offer the following advantages:
Because the clamping groove is positioned by clamping the notch of the transmission seat, the clamping groove can be positioned on the transmission seats made by different producers, thus avoiding the problem of unable to assemble. The inward concave edge formed at one side of the linkage rod, the flange block formed on the top of the linkage rod and the stopping block formed on the top of the linkage rod are successively located behind the clamping groove. The flange block and the stopping block are used to engage with the inserted sheet of the movable seat (having reserved a thickness space for the inserted sheet to be disposed with a linkage sheet), so when the linkage rod utilizes its inward concave edge to pass through the inserted sheet, so as to be pressed above the linkage sheet, the operation of pulling out the linkage rod causes an elastic deformation of the inserted sheet for the flange block to pass through the space under the inserted sheet, so as to restrict the inserted sheet between the flange block and the stopping block, thus realizing a linkage of the transmission seat and a fixed connection with the movable seat.
The present invention will be clearer from the following description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.

As known from the abovementioned components, the linkage rod 2 is disposed with a clamping groove 21 facing the groove 11 located at one side of the transmission seat 1, so as to engage with the transmission seat 1. Thereby, the rear of the linkage rod 2 can utilize the inward concave edge 23 to pass through the inserted sheet 31, at this moment, the operation of pulling the linkage rod 2 out causes an elastic deformation of the inserted sheet 31 to make the flange block 24 pass through the space under the inserted sheet 31, so as to restrict the inserted sheet between the flange block 24 and the stopping block 25. Hence, the linkage rod 2 of the present invention can realize the linkage of the transmission seat 1 and the fixed connection with the movable seat 3 (as shown in
Additionally, between the linkage rod 2 and the notch 11 is disposed an abutting member 26 (as shown in
Moreover, the blocking head 22 at the front end of the linkage rod 2 is used to engage with an elastic positioning hole 41 of the positioning sheet 4 (to prevent the blind sheets from sliding to fold, after the blind sheets of the vertical window blind are completely unfolded). The blocking head 22 can be formed with a slot 221 to offer an elastic deformation function for engaging with the elastic positioning hole 41 (as shown in
The linkage rod 2 of the present invention further includes a reinforcing rib 27 for improving the structural strength of the linkage rod 2 and offering a more excellent fixed connection capability.
While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
