Abstract
A linking tread path game apparatus disclosed by the present invention consists of arched tread paths having a variety of widths ranging from broad to narrow. The diverse arched tread paths can not only be arranged in a circular configuration to form the linking tread path game apparatus but also arbitrarily assembled to form varied shaped tracks with widths ranging from broad to narrow. The bottom portions of the arched tread paths are respectively provided with grooves, which enable sequential placement and assembly of the arched tread paths from broader to narrower widths. The top surfaces of the arched tread paths with diverse widths are provided with different molded tactile patterns, and the bottom portions are further provided with a plurality of non-slip pads, thereby providing the arched tread paths with non-slip effectiveness.
Description
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
(a) Field of the Invention

The present invention relates to a linking tread path game apparatus, and more particularly to a linking tread path game apparatus that enables a plurality of configurations.

(b) Description of the Prior Art

There are a plurality of types of game apparatuses now commonly seen on the market, however, the conventional game apparatuses are limited by their invariable structural design, that is, the components cannot be mutually combined to form different configurations. Therefore, how to create a game apparatus which can stimulate children to exercise and have fun while satisfying an independent gaming behavior for children through the interaction between the learning mode and the game mode has become a central issue to be explored by both the general public and the education industry, and truly requires research, development and innovation.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The primary object of the present invention is to provide a linking tread path game apparatus, which primarily comprises four arched tread paths having different broad and narrow widths. Apart from being able to be arranged in the form of a circular linking tread path game apparatus, the four arched tread paths can also be arbitrarily arranged and assembled to form different broad and narrow tread tracks. The bottom portions of the arched tread paths are provided with grooves which enable sequential placement and assembly of the tread paths from broader to narrower widths. Each of the top surfaces of the four arched tread paths is provided with different molded tactile patterns, and the bottom portion is further provided with non-slip pads, thereby providing the varied arched tread paths with non-slip effectiveness when assembled together.

Thus, the above-described arched tread paths can be assembled into a diverse range of different configurations to form a linking tread path game apparatus according to the needs of children.

To enable a further understanding of said objectives and the technological methods of the invention herein, a brief description of the drawings is provided below followed by a detailed description of the preferred embodiments.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

Referring to FIG. 1, which shows the present invention comprising two first arched tread paths 10, one second arched tread path 20, one third arched tread path 30, and one fourth arched tread path 40.

Referring to FIG. 2, the above-described arched tread paths 10, 20, 30, 40 are assembled together in an arrangement from broad to narrow widths to form a linking tread path game apparatus having a ring-shaped or circular configuration. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the top surface of each of the first arched tread paths 10 is provided with elephant footprint tactile patterns 11; the top surface of the second arched tread path 20 is provided with cat and dog footprint patterns 21; the top surface of the third arched tread path 30 is provided with duck footprint patterns 31; and the top surface of the fourth arched tread path 40 is provided with frog footprint patterns 41. Each of the above-described different molded tactile patterns 11, 21, 31, 41 have a non-slip effect.

Referring to FIG. 3 to FIG. 5, which show the first arched tread paths 10, the second arched tread path 20, the third arched tread path 30, and the fourth arched tread path 40 with four different widths ranging from broad to narrow arbitrarily assembled to form tracks having different configurations. When children tread on the tread paths 10, 20, 30, 40, the soles of their feet contact the tactile patterns 11, 21, 31, 41 with non-slip effects, thus preventing the children from slipping and falling over.

Referring to FIG. 6, which shows that the bottom portions of the first arched tread paths 10, the second arched tread path 20, and the third arched tread path 30 with three different widths are provided with arched grooves 12, 22, 32, respectively, enabling mutual storage. The bottom portion of the fourth arched tread path 40 is not provided with a groove, and thus not provided with the function to enable storing away. The groove 12 in the bottom portion of the first arched tread path 10 enables a portion of the body of the second arched tread path 20 to be placed and assembled therein; the groove 22 in the bottom portion of the second arched tread path 20 enables the entire body of the third arched tread path 30 to be placed and assembled; and the groove 32 in the bottom portion of the third arched tread path 30 enables the entire body of the fourth arched tread path 40 to be placed and assembled.

Referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, which show embodiments of the four arched tread paths 10, 20, 30, 40 with different widths stored away, wherein the grooves 12 in the bottom portions of the two first arched tread paths 10 enable the entire body of the second arched tread path 20 to be placed and assembled therein; the groove 22 in the bottom portion of the second arched tread path 20 enables the entire body of the third arched tread path 30 to be placed and assembled therein; and the groove 32 in the bottom portion of the third arched tread path 30 enables the entire body of the fourth arched tread path 40 to be placed and assembled therein.

Referring again to FIG. 6, which shows the bottom portions of the first arched tread paths 10, the second arched tread path 20, the third arched tread path 30, and the fourth arched tread path 40 with different widths further provided with a plurality of non-slip pads 13, 23, 33, 43. When the arched tread paths 10, 20, 30, 40 are laid flat on the ground, the plurality of non-slip pads 13, 23, 33, 43 provide a non-slip effectiveness.

Accordingly, a diverse range of linking tread path game apparatus configurations can be formed by combining the above-described arched tread paths in different ways, and the combinatorial changes in tracks provide an adventure-like game.

In light of above, and in accordance with the above description of the embodiments, a linking tread path game apparatus of the present invention provides children with tremendous fun; moreover, different combinations of the arched tread paths enable playing in many different ways.

It is of course to be understood that the embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the principles of the invention and that a wide variety of modifications thereto may be effected by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
