The present disclosure relates to an electronic cigarette, in particular relates to a liquid-air separation electronic cigarette.
Among the electronic cigarette products available on the market, there is an issue where, during pre-use or storage stages, the e-liquid inside the atomizer cannot be effectively isolated from the atomizer core. This may result in e-liquid leakage or a significant deterioration in flavor after a period of storage, adversely affecting the consumer's experience. There is a need for a novel, practical, efficient, and reusable atomizer core structure in current electronic cigarettes to address issues such as e-liquid leakage, core fouling, and e-liquid flavor deterioration caused by long-term storage or exposure to varying pressure environments.
To overcome the issues present in the prior art and enhance the consumer experience, the present disclosure provides a liquid-air separation electronic cigarette. The atomizer core of the electronic cigarette achieves separation between cigarette liquid and air, addressing leakage concerns and providing an improved user experience.
Embodiments in the present disclosure provide a liquid-air separation electronic cigarette, comprising a liquid storage tank, a tank base, and an atomizer core, wherein the liquid storage tank has a hollow liquid storage cavity, and the tank base is arranged at a bottom of the liquid storage tank to seal a bottom of the liquid storage cavity; wherein the liquid storage tank is provided with a mouthpiece groove at its top, and a mouthpiece, which is movable up and down along a height direction of the liquid storage tank, is arranged in the mouthpiece groove; wherein the atomizer core is connected to a lower part of the mouthpiece, a middle part of the atomizer core is provided with a liquid inlet hole, and a lower part of the atomizer core is provided with an air inlet hole; wherein a liquid inlet hole sealing ring is arranged above the tank base, and an air inlet hole sealing ring is arranged below the tank base; wherein when the mouthpiece is lifted upward, the mouthpiece drives the atomizer core upward to allow the liquid inlet hole to communicate with the liquid storage cavity, and the air inlet hole to communicate with an external atmosphere, and when the mouthpiece is pressed downward, the liquid inlet hole reaches a position aligned with the liquid inlet hole sealing ring for the sealing of the liquid inlet hole, and the air inlet hole reaches a position aligned with the air inlet hole sealing ring for the sealing of the air inlet hole.
According to one or more embodiments, the atomizer core comprises a heating wire support and an atomizer core cover sleeved on an upper part of the heating wire support, and wherein the atomizer core cover is provided with the liquid inlet hole, and the heating wire support is provided with the air inlet hole.
According to one or more embodiments, the heating wire support has a hollow ignition chamber, in which an atomization mechanism is arranged, and wherein the atomization mechanism includes a heating wire, and a multi-layer cotton and a liquid-conducting cotton wrapped around the heating wire.
According to one or more embodiments, the liquid inlet hole and the air inlet hole are in communication with the ignition chamber.
According to one or more embodiments, the tank base comprises a tank base cover, and wherein the tank base cover is provided with a through hole, through which the atomizer core passes, and the liquid inlet hole sealing ring is arranged in the through hole.
According to one or more embodiments, sides of the tank base cover are surrounded by a silicone gasket, which is used for sealing a connection between the tank base cover and the liquid storage cavity.
According to one or more embodiments, the tank base cover is provided with an air inlet hole sealing ring support, in which the air inlet hole sealing ring is arranged.
According to one or more embodiments, a liquid filling hole communicated with the liquid storage cavity is provided on a side of the liquid storage tank, and a liquid filling silicone plug is installed in the liquid filling hole.
According to one or more embodiments, the atomizer core cover has an annular groove at its top side, and an O-ring for sealing is arranged in the annular groove.
According to one or more embodiments, a bottom of the heating wire is provided with a PCB board for controlling operation of the heating wire.

According to an embodiment, a liquid inlet hole sealing ring 45 is arranged above the tank base, and an air inlet hole sealing ring 43 is arranged below the tank base. In the non-inhalation state, the atomizer core 30 is kept in an appropriate position, aligning the liquid inlet hole 321 with the liquid inlet hole sealing ring 45 and the air inlet hole 311 with the air inlet hole sealing ring 43, such that the liquid inlet hole sealing ring 45 seals the liquid inlet hole 321, and the air inlet hole sealing ring 43 seals the air inlet hole 311.

The liquid inlet hole sealing ring 45, the air inlet hole sealing ring 43, and the movable atomizer core 30 enable the electronic cigarette to achieve liquid and air separation.
According to an embodiment, the atomizer core 30 comprises a heating wire support 31 and an atomizer core cover 32 sleeved on an upper part of the heating wire support 31, wherein the atomizer core cover 32 is provided with the liquid inlet hole 321, and the heating wire support 31 is provided with the air inlet hole 311. The heating wire support 31 has a hollow ignition chamber, in which the atomization mechanism is arranged. The atomization mechanism includes the heating wire 34, and a multi-layer cotton 35 and a liquid-conducting cotton 36 wrapped around the heating wire 34. Both the liquid inlet hole 321 and the air inlet hole 311 are in communication with the ignition chamber. The e-liquid enters the ignition chamber through the liquid inlet hole 321 and is atomized by the atomization mechanism.
According to an embodiment, the tank base includes the tank base cover 41, and the tank base cover 41 is provided with a through hole, through which the atomizer core 30 passes. The liquid inlet hole sealing ring 45 is arranged in the through hole. The sides of the tank base cover 41 are surrounded by the silicone gasket 42, which is used for sealing the connection between the tank base cover 41 and the liquid storage cavity.
