DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION AND DRAWINGS

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Throughout the following detailed description, the same reference characters refer to the same or similar elements in all figures. In this detailed description, reference is to a few embodiments of the instant invention, as illustrated in the accompanying and above-referenced drawings. In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that the present invention may be practiced without some or all of these specific details. In other instances, well known process steps and/or structures have not been described in detail in order to not unnecessarily obscure the present invention.

FIG. 1 depicts one embodiment of the instant invention comprising a sleeve 8, with a partition sleeve first portion 10 and a sleeve second portion 9. The sleeve first portion 10 is adapted to receive a liquid container, not depicted in this figure. The sleeve second portion is adapted to receive a partition, which is also not depicted in this figure.

FIG. 2 depicts a partition 14 having a partition top surface 4 and a partition bottom surface that is underneath the partition to surface 4 and not depicted in this figure. A partition wall 55 between the partition top surface 4 and the partition bottom surface is also depicted in FIG. 2. In many embodiments the partition is shock absorbent. In other embodiments, the partition is comprised of rubber. In still other embodiments, the partition is comprised of plastic.

FIG. 3 depicts one embodiment of the instant invention comprising a tool 1 having a tool superior surface 15 and a not depicted tool inferior surface underneath the tool superior surface 15. There exists a tool wall 5 between the not depicted tool inferior surface and the depicted tool superior surface 15. Int this particular embodiment of the instant invention as shown in FIG. 3, the wall 5 is elevated above the tool superior surface 15 and comprises an elevated wall 2. In many embodiments, the tool is comprised of impact resistant materials. In other embodiments, the tool is comprised of metal. In still other embodiments, the tool is comprised of stone.

FIG. 4 depicts another embodiment of the instant invention showing the partition 14 in contact with the tool, wherein the partition bottom surface contacts the tool superior surface. The partition is at least partially disposed within the elevated wall 2 of the tool and the partition top surface 4 is depicted.

FIG. 5 depicts another embodiment of the instant invention wherein the tool contacts the sleeve second portion 9 and the partition 14 is in contact with the tool. The partition 14 is disposed inside the sleeve second portion 9. In one embodiment, not depicted, the sleeve second portion only extends to the tool wall 5. In the embodiment depicted in FIG. 5, the sleeve second portion 9 extends beyond the tool wall and covers at least a portion of the not depicted tool inferior surface.

FIG. 6 depicts a mechanical tool 8 to be disposed between the partition 14 and the tool first surface 15 and at least partially within the elevated wall 2 of the tool 1.

FIG. 7 depicts a detachable liquid container 11 to be disposed within the not depicted sleeve first portion. The detachable liquid container 11 has a container lid 13 and a container bottom 12. The container bottom 12 contacts the not depicted partition top surface.

FIG. 8 depicts one embodiment of the instant invention wherein the liquid container 11, the partition 14, the mechanical tool 8 and the tool 1 are depicted prior to entry into the sleeve 8. In other embodiments of the instant invention, the mechanical tool is not included. In FIG. 8, the tool 1 has an elevated wall, although not all embodiments comprise an elevated wall.

FIG. 9 depicts one embodiment of the instant invention wherein the liquid container 11, the partition 14 and the tool, having the tool wall 5, are depicted inside the sleeve 8.
