Claims
- 1. A panel of a liquid crystal display, comprising:
a transparent insulating substrate; a gate line formed on the substrate and having a double-layered structure including a bottom metal layer and a top indium tin oxide layer, the gate line being extended to form a gate pad; a plurality of common electrodes formed on the substrate, the plurality of common electrodes being connected to each other and being separated from the gate line; an insulating layer covering the gate line and the plurality of common electrodes; a plurality of pixel electrodes formed on the insulating layer, one of the plurality of pixel electrodes being arranged between two of the plurality of common electrodes; a data line formed on the insulating layer and extending to form a data pad; and a switching element having a gate connected to the gate line, a source connected to the data line and a drain connected to one of the plurality of pixel electrodes.
- 2. The panel according to claim 1, wherein the data line has a double-layered structure including a bottom metal layer and a top indium tin oxide layer.
- 3. A panel of a liquid crystal display, comprising:
a transparent insulating substrate; a gate line formed on the substrate; a plurality of common electrodes formed on the substrate, the plurality of common electrodes being connected to each other and being separated from the gate line; an insulating layer covering the gate line and the plurality of common electrodes; a plurality of pixel electrodes formed on the insulating layer, one of the plurality of pixel electrodes being arranged between two of the plurality of common electrodes; a data line formed on the insulating layer, the data line having a double-layered structure including a bottom metal layer and a top indium tin oxide layer, the data line being extended to form a data pad; and a switching element having a gate connected to the gate line, a source connected to the data line and a drain connected to one of the plurality of pixel electrodes.
